Asked about LED headlights and if they could put in... told me no problem but I'd have to come back later. Went back later and they refused due to a small plastic piece they'd have to remove (takes nothing to remove) were not very nice about it. Was mad especially because I had my time wasted by them having to go back

I use the orielys in Arlington and have gotten to know ow most of the people that work at this site also the one in nampa id. Which I delt with for years . I have always been satisfied with there service and knowledge. Always a smile and a laugh that's important to me . The parts have always been quality and if something does happen they stand behind the products they sell . ..way to go crew

I would have rated a zero if given that option. I called this morning asking if I bought a battery, then would you be able to install. I was asked for make and model and was told , yes. We entered the store and I stated that I had called this morning regarding a battery and installation. The female that I had spoken walked to get the battery list and told Dylan, Don t hate me but is either you or x. He did not look happy and gave quite the attitude. She continued with her barrage of excuses regarding her physical limitations as to why she couldn t lift, etc. my husband said, if this is a problem, then we can go somewhere else. They continued to make idiots of themselves to where I left exasperated. Dylan made it worse by say sorry as we were leaving the door. I will not ever return to this O Reilly s and ensure none of my friends to either.

Depending on who s helping, they can be very helpful to her. In today s visit a young man name Andrew was helping me. He completely ignored me, and help someone who just walked in to the building, and then rolled his eyes when he saw me. I asked some very simple questions and his answer to everything was I don t know. He ended up grabbing a lightbulb instead of a sensor, so I ended up purchasing was some oil and I was out of the door. Very dry no customer service thankfully when I was leaving right across the street they have an AutoZone so I will go ask them for help.

Excellent customer service usually. But after spending $2,300 on my transmission, called back and said that the consumer amount of transmission fluid had leaked out into the transport bin. I was talking to the manager as I was explaining but it taking place and he said that there is no transactions over the phone and hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Keep in mind this is the younger manager that works in the evening, not the older military veteran. The military veteran is quite crucial and helpful.

Went in to grab something real quick & remembered something else I truly needed more. It was a hard to find item & the Very Nice person was More than happy to help find it & in my opinion went Above & Beyond to locate what I needed! She would not stop until I had the full solution that I needed! Thank You!I came back a little later when I forgot a few other things, due to searching for the other parts. I made a list this time & with the same lady's help, was able to get everything I needed & again, she searched for a hard to find item & found 1 of the one I needed 2 of. She immediately called a nearby store & ordered it. Said within 2 hours it would be at the store & I couldn't be more happy with my Amazing service I received by this young lady! I wish I remembered her name (I am bad with names & my memory). She deserves some Great Feedback! She Definitely has earned my business no matter where I am located! I will be heading back to grab the ordered part & grab it & make sure I get her name! I apologize for forgetting names, I will make sure for my next review, I have her correct name to let you all know how she goes above & beyond with her Excellent customer service & knowledge!

Everyone is always great at this O'Reilly s store. It is stocked well and clean. Most always, the staff is well educated in the parts world and know their stuff. My trusty companion Sabella is always welcome and takes full advantage to say hi to each of the staff.

Okay people it happened, O'Rileys is know doing there commercial people dirty, I guess there desperate for money, I had a costermer pick me up a jump box, it messed up on me and corporate said because I didn't buy it personally they won't do a thing about it.. that's just wrong.. and steeling out of my Pocket and my family's the 200 + dollars it costs hurt bad.. so I say more O'Rileys!! Plus AutoZone will beat there prices by 10 percent... I've had my commercial account there for over 20 years and haven't ever been treated so badly... BOYCOTT O'RILEYS!!!!.

I called this store because I wasn't getting the help I needed at the location closest to me and Kelsey helped me look up my warranty on my truck battery without any hesitation and even went above and beyond to pull my dads account in Texas to find the right battery in my truck vs. his. She was so sweet and so willing to help me even when I was frustrated at the other store. Kelsey even went so far as to call me back when she found a manufacturer phone number to the battery so I could file with them. Thank you Kelsey you're amazing and your customer service is so wonderful ! Keep up the great work :)

Went in this morning to get new wipers. Gave them my VIN number and quickly received wipers. After spending an hour trying to get them on I gave up and went back to this store. I told the gentleman behind the counter what was going on.After he attempted and determined these were the wrong wipers we went back in to exchange the wipers. He installed them for me as well. After a few minutes of typing and questions I came out with new compatible wipers.The better part?- they were a better brand (the best in the shelf actually). The best part?- no extra cost to me!I will be back!

If you have anything wrong with this store it's probably just you. I come here almost every other weekend for my car motorcycle and project truck and can't say enough good things. The whole staff is great to work and respect customer service. And even though not every employee is as knowledgeable they don't go on with helping without having the correct answer from someone there. For being a corporate chain store this place is great.

My wife has worked here for over 2 years now... She's the crazy short blond girl! I think that if you have negative thoughts about this place you should really try it again. The staff like any other in the necessities of the pandemic world whom None of them got time off, (and everyone else has time and money for working on projects ) and with being one of the few things open with a million new processes and procedures, if you felt like you received poor service I can promise that if you go back in you can even ask for kelsey because she will make sure that you will not only want to come back but that you feel good when you leave!

Went in desperately needing a new bulb for my headlight as a crazy snow storm was just beginning and I was driving around with my kids in it! I don't know much about cars but Ralph was nice enough to help me get what I needed and quickly installed it for me as well! Will definitely be coming back to this location!

At times you need auto parts I live in Arlington and near me I have both Auto Zone and O'Reilly's well on numerous I went to AUTO ZONE...occasions I stood in front of the staff looking at wipers, rags etc.. need help... they tend not have the time of day to offer to help you they ARE too busy for their own lives.. but when I cross the street to O'Reillys their customer service ROCKs they greet you at the door ask you is there anything they can help you with and walk around the counter to help.. this is NOT a one time thing it is most of the time and I am loving it... KUDOS to that team keep up the good work and for now on I will make it a point to go there for my auto part needs....
