This Oreilly wouldn't honor the warranty on an alternator with a "Limited Lifetime Warranty" after a bearing failure. They pointed out a crack on the aluminum housing claiming I had dropped the alternator at some point and they won't warranty an alternator with physical damage. The alternator was installed correctly and "used normally and in accordance with the purposes it was designed for" as stated on the warranty fine print. This place will find any excuses to not fullfull lifetime warranties on thier products.

If I could put minus one I would worst parts store I've ever been to hands down. Bad bad attitude bad customer service when they help you they act like your inconveniencing them. I've been working on my own cars my whole life I'm 53 years old they sold me a faulty fuel pump that requires me to pull my bed to install it. after doing it twice I go back to return the first fuel pump and they won't take it back because I don't have the cheap plastic o-ring that goes around the lid to tank. They should have to pay me for having to install two fuel pumps. If they did not sell such cheaply made parts at double the price that it should sell for than I would not have to return there garbage. I highly recommend going to AutoZone around the corner. great customer service better parts just all around a better experience.

I walk in at 5 pm two guys are sitting there behind the counter playing on their phones. Then they explained to me how at this particular orielly they are so busy they can't call people to notify them that their order is ready. I wouldn't have posted about it, but they laughed at me and acted like I should know that their Orielly they "almost never call" Because they are so busy that they can't do it into days later. No Dude I didn't realize your orielly was so diss organized and understaffed. Like what do you even say to people that are that rude and dumb?

All 3 workers that helped me were terrific! The best auto experience I've ever had. Even a few jokes were made, and that was refreshing that we don't always have to be P/C 100% and fear offending each other. I stopped in for a trailer plug tester & went to leave, but the friendly woman O'Reilly rep observed my plug was dirty and suggested an electrical cleaner spray.Happily purchased item #2. One more time I remembered a 3rd Item and went back inside again; the guy took extra time to be sure it was the right product and I couldn't have had better service.

They are usually very helpful everytime I go there! Was able to order the new plug. 9 bucks for shipping though. I'm sure that's the manufacturer.

Customer service went beyond the call of duty to AVOID Eye contact and went out of their way to stay out of my way when I asked for assistance. THE MODERN WORLD!

The workers were helpful and very friendly! They didn't have the shade of paint we needed and the employee offered to call other stores, look in back, and order it specifically for us. All right before close at 9pm. I usually find people in retail can get short near the end of the day, but both workers were still chipper and helpful with smiles! (At least I'm guessing about the smiles, they were both wearing masks!) I will definitely choose to come to this location again.

FIVE STARS TO THE SECOND GAL, for offering to look up on the computer what's "in stock" and then go in the back to find the last can of what I needed, belt conditioner. She was actually WORKING for a sale. The guy at the counter, and the gal stocking shelves couldn't be bothered to assist me further then to say, it's on isle blah blah if we have any. And yet, you did have one to sell me....if you'd only do your job.

My counter person was sharp but hadn't patients for the likes of me.Sent me to look for tail lights and the shelf was out of product and the row was litterly2 inches of the ground. Being 67 I had the hardest time getting down to read the tag with no product ! After a second wait he went to the back room and handed me a pack of the proper tail lights.

My check engine light came on today so I stopped by to get the code checked. Augusto (August) was very helpful and checked it for me no problem. He seemed very knowledgeable and informed me what was likely the problem -a dirty O2 sensor. Thank you! Great service!

Great service for the DIY person aka backyard mechanic. Helpful and knowledgeable. Products have guarantees and if it's not in stock, it can be in the store anywhere from an hour to the next day on most products. They even tell you where the item can be picked up from another store if you can't wait.

Great! The girl working ( I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) was great helping out my husband and the guy working looked up and got the parts I needed really quickly. I'm happy.

This is by far the best O'Reilly, and I've been to quite a few of them. The staff is always super helpful and very polite and they make you feel welcomed. They will help you find parts, give you advice on the problem your car has and then even refer you to a nearby trusted mechanic! If I could give more then 5 stars I would have that's how great this O'Reilly's is!

There is an older gentleman that works here. He knows what he is doing. He also doesn't hesitate to jump in and help. I had trouble with the two other employees not having answers or being able to point me to the right aisle. It is a good thing he was there or the score would've dropped. He made a good experience.

This o Reilly s is really helpful. Everyone who works there takes their time with each customer and makes sure you have everything you need. They are willing to help you with product advice or check out your vehicle to see what they can find out. They always have everything in stock and great prices

Little bit better than the one in Marysville, but they seemed overwhelmed with only a couple customers in the store. Not sure if there was something else going on though.

O'Reilly is a terrible place to get parts. I switched to Napa and AutoZone after having problems with this location. They soured me on the whole O'Reilly's experience. Will not be taking any more business here.

Customer service is spot on. Love the atmosphere at this store. Primary wire has thick copper strands and thick coating making it difficult to manipulate. Octane boost makes a nice burnout! Brrrrapppp

Another old guy that gives me a hard time and kept asking me if I needed help as he followed me around the store must have thought I was going to steal something so I just left before buying anything really uncomfortable but the store is great other than that!

Have you ever walked into an auto parts store and feel a little intimidated you don't know a part name or number but feel you could probably work through it, despite the gruff person across the counter at the computer? Well, I went in for a simple headlight (running, bright, headlight? I want sure about the first or third.) And I was warmly greeted by a really nice team member. Now, I knew I was going to be discovered when she asked me which type of bulb. I said confidently, "running". She said, "easy", at that point I confessed I wasn't sure (risking my American manlyhood!)Terry W. took a moment and warmly asked me some clarifying questions and made me feel pretty good in front of a bunch of very skilled looking men sporting grease all over their work clothes. Thanks Terry!

Helpful as always, great friend staff...always enjoy going there. It's the closest auto parts store to me so I went there for convenience at first but now it is my first choice. And they give a military discount so that is nice, one of the few places around here that I have though to ask...most places dont.

A well stocked automotive store. This particular outlet saved the day for me. I was able to pick up the tools necessary to repair my broken down car and get home under my own powet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have used this location for the last year or so and every and each time both the retail and wholesale staff has always gone above and beyond to help me. The staff communicates well, knowledgeable and the store is clean, sufficiently staffed and well stocked. Thank you!
