I've unfortunately had the pleasure of having multiple cars towed by North County Towing. But there is nothing unfortunate about the team and the services they provide.They have never quoted me a price that was different at the time of billing. And they've never been late meeting me for pick up without first calling to let me know. I've never had an issue with damage or loss. And I have never experienced items missing from my vehicles that they have handled.I appreciate NCT and recommend their services for anyone seeking them.

3/22/2024My vehicle was impounded quilceda. Casino tulalip 1999 rangerSunday evening following the tow the soonest I was able to drive be see my truck in North county tow yard. First thing Monday morning ( cheaper to pick up Monday rather than the weekend fees)Monday I have valid license truck is in business name needed the hard copy of business license to get vehicle out. Pulled into up on the. Washington. State department of revenue website. The women in the office points to the wall and says she needs the paper that looks like that one right there. Then she the only attempt to assist or suggest or slightly help the customer through this entire ordeal. " you can get that document from the licensing place just up the road buy the Lowe's on 172nd smokey point .They do not deal with business licenses.UPS store at the Safeway prints documents for customers so I saving myself a trip half hour north to get hard copy of license print of license on some thicker paper everything was in the upper left hand corner of the paper but o well let's see what happens. Sure enough the pointed to on the wall of what I needed was nothing like I brought back she filled that along with my expired license my old one I pulled out first by accident took a copy and. Said that I was vood. AT THIS TIME I SAS STJLL HNDER THE IMPRESION NORTH COUNTY TOWING DID NOT HAVE MY KEYS TO START THE TRUCK. They must be inside the truck must be after removing every item from. The truck no keys where flind. I ask the lady to double check there end of possible misplacement of the keys. Meanwhile I'm on the phone with the agency who has the truck towed and assumed they still had the keys or would be the reason north county towing didn't have any keys with the truck. After finally two days of phone calls and conversations the box was checked and the officer remember handing the female driver the keys quickly call the North county towing and of course they have keys. But wait I make it back to the tow yard this being Wednesday following within the week of being towed. Before I pay these fees that have added up do to north county towings misplacement of my vehicle keys before ei hand this lady the cash to I. Want to be sure they would start my car and like most of us we recognize our keys I did not recognize the keys that they said where for my truck sure enough would not start the vehicle. So my truck still sits in the yard gathering more fees without keys. And I have not been able to get anyone from this northcounty towing to respond to my emails the same person who works in the office answers the phone the second number on the North county towings business. Card I was told by the one person able to contactOr. Communicate with in the entire company tells me she isn't sure who number the second number belongs to on the business card so I call that number and her phone rings right there in front of me. Very profesjonal. This. Business is im sure not the easiest to run and have a lot of pissed off people when you make a mistake own up to ir come up with a solution and everyone. Can continue on there day northcounty towing has tried everything accept do the right thing they have shut down any and every possible solution or suggestion and given zero care or concern to there wrong doing.

It's always a little stressful when you have to call for a tow truck. The woman who answered the call took all of my info and asked a couple more questions, and told me a truck should be to my location in about 30 minutes. Awesomely short time.The driver Travis was worth his weight in gold. He asked if I had someone coming to pick me up or if I needed a ride with him. I told him about the error code on my code reader and he asked if he could take a look under the hood, to see if it was something easy he could help with. He towed my AWD safely, and pulled over to let a string of traffic on HWY 530 pass. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and warmed the truck up before I got in.I hope I don't need to call these guys again, but I would use them for any towing or service need again in a heartbeat. Thank you for rescuing me and my vehicle, and for safely getting us home.

Had my work vehicle towed by this company. Have damage done to my truck you can tell where they parked it they hit the pole. Then just pulled it forward and set it down. There are cameras at the shop they dropped it off at, but of course it was too late. The cameras have relapsed so I get to watch the morning of the next day. They didn't capture them dropping it off but I have every day of them working on it until I picked it up and they were not even close to hitting the pole. They should've just told me they hit it in first place. There is no way the driver did not know he didn't hit the pole too much damage. we would've took care of it easy. Terrible company will never do business with them again. Whoever Doug Is won't even call me. Just keeps emailing me back not enough evidence. Bad company!Yes it was a few days later I found the damage. The trans. Went out can't move truck. It took them a few days to do repairs. But the cameras show all the work the shop did to my truck. The next morning you can see my truck before the shop started to work on it. You can see the marks from my truck hitting the pole. Later that day they jacked up my truck a did the trans work I can watch all the work the repair shop did. So it happened before the shop started to work on it. The truck is heavy no way to move it they did the repairs where it was parked. The shop showed Doug the marks on the pole where the truck hit it. So I think there is plenty of evidence. When we go to court over this I will post what the response is win or lose. Then I will tell you how to process a court action because this is all new to me. So I will help ppl out. Lots of bad review here. We will see if there is enough evidence I took video of all the times the truck was moved from the repair shop. So it happened before they started working on it.

Needed to have a vintage trailer 1977 Argosy moved (200 feet to another part of the property) to prep for sale.Nick came and provided fantastic service - allowing for the necessary adaptations unique to the situation. The task was much easier than anticipated with his powerful tow truck.Well worth the service fee!Nick came sooner than anticipated as well!Thank you Nick (you are a gem! :) ) and North County Towing!

Travis helped us today when we found ourself locked out of our truck with the key in the ignition and truck running.Took them only 30 minutes from the time we called until they got to us (we re in the country). And it Travis only 5-10 minutes and all done! Great job and appreciate the efficiency and quickness!Before that we spend 2 + hours on the phone with ford and GEICO road assistance, they appointed towing company out of Everett , whose ETA was 50 minutes, then called, then 1.5-2 late, and half hour later called and cancelled!

Our experience was excellent. We needed a tow from my wife's place of employment to our home (about 5 miles). After being on hold for 30+ minutes with our insurance company, then being told by a large towing company in the area that the wait would be 2.5 hours we gave North County a call. Was very pleasant on the phone and quoted us about 30 min. They arrived in less time and were super nice and friendly. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone and everyone.Service: Car towing

We were locked out of our car. 4 kids with me and our dog. It was super cold outside. The 1st company we called never showed. At that point we were already waiting in the cold about an hour. I have a medically complex kiddo who uses a wheelchair. He doesn't hold his temperature well and not much meat on his bones. I was a bit panicked. I called and within 15 minutes North County Towing had a driver out to us, the kids and dog were back in the warmth of my car within 5 minutes of the driver arriving. Seriously a big thank you for helping this mama out as I was feeling overwhelmed with cold children. The driver was super nice and even allowed me time to get my kids loaded and warm before I paid. Hopefully I don't lock my keys in my car again, but if I do...I know who I'm calling Service: Car lockouts

Whoever took my call on Saturday morning definitely did not make a note of a sign of release to my insurance agent, further delaying the process saga of my stolen car. Thanks for that.

The owner lady is the rudest person , she instantly treated me like I was an issue. when I was wanting to get my ID and bank cards from car . My car was impounded and the title hadn't been switched over yet the registered owner was not helping me out so I could at least get my things and they show no sympathy , empathy or care for human life . They judge people in the worst situations and seem to think they are God's gift. She called the cops on me when I was actually having good talk with two of her employees saying I was causing disturbance. What the hell kind of a disturbance am I causing when I'm having a good talk with them and they were explaining things.Then I asked for a report to be printed and they refused it saying only the registered owner of it can file the paper. So wouldn't that mean that if I can't get my belongings out if a car I bought because it was in someone else's name that makes my belongings stolen which again I should be able to collect my stuff at that point free of charge. Nope this company suxks . She makes everyone else look bad . Her partner needs to buy her out and get her as far away as possible . I have never been treated so bad .

Poor Customer service. I called because I received an odd letter and I wanted to clarify some questions. A man answered the phone and immediately began asking passive aggressive questions. I had not even began to explain the reason for my call. I will be contacting the state of WA because the letter sent has incorrect information and dates sent are not up to the RCW: when you work with towing companies or in customer service you treat people with respect. I understand they get calls from angry people but I called being respectful and tried to explain the reason for my call.

I had an unexpected flat tire (that blew the whole tire off) driving home late night and North County Towing was not only available but fast and helped me calm down over the phone. My car was able to get towed fairly quickly and the process was smooth, highly recommend North County Towing for any emergency situations! Could not have asked for a better response and experience on such an unfortunate event.Service: Car towing

My husband was unfortunately involved in a recent motorcycle accident and had his bike towed by North County Towing. During what is considered a difficult time for us, they were accommodating and informative. You must have power of attorney to retrieve any vehicle on behalf of another if you are not the registered owner, so thankfully we had our affairs in order for a situation like this. When I arrived, unfortunately I was unaware it was their lunch break 12-1. They still answered and made someone available to assist me which was so appreciated! Not to mention they had put his bike out of sight from the street view. They made this process so easy while they had ever right to make me wait, they did not. Thank you for helping me and accommodating me during a difficult situation!Service: Motorcycle towing

We had excellent service with North County towing. Nick arrived earlier than the promised time. He was courteous and friendly. He efficiently hooked up our car and delivered to the repair shop. Prices were reasonable. I would use them again

Kind, helpful and fast! North County Towing helped my daughter when she found herself with car troubles in the middle of the road. I'm so thankful that pulled over to help her out in a busy traffic situation. They earned loyal, lifetime customers!

Great service and very reliable! I called Nick at 7am on a Saturday morning and it was a holiday weekend. I'd hit a curb and my tire blew! I was stranded, and as it's a new car, it doesn't have a spare, Who knew ! Anyway, Nick coordinated a tow time with me for a short time later and he arrived on time. He was professional, honest and had reasonable fees. Nick, Thank you so much for assisting me during my crazy experience, Your awesome!!

I have gotten my car impounded with them and they were actually amazing, I loved the front desk lady she was super nice and helped me with everything I needed. And it was cheaper than I thought to get my car out, they also take split payments witch is amazing. I totally recommend this place to any one who needs there services.I hope I get the same service when I show up today to grab my Chrysler 200.

I locked my self out of my truck on Sunday. Nick came to my rescue within 15 min of my call. North county was clean professional and prompt. They had me back in my truck in 3 min. Price was right and fair. I would recommended to every one

Nick arrived quickly and took about 30 seconds to unlock my car. Both he and the dispatcher were very friendly and professional. So grateful to know that I can count on these guys to rescue me when I have a blonde moment and lock my keys in (which happens often!).

Just went past. *As in I was just passing by your tow lot. Maps must have detected my device 'pinging' off your WiFi or something like that. I'm adding a rating for the timely response. Ha-ha! Sorry to cause any confusion. **That being said, I noticed one of your reviewers mentioned attending an auto auction at your facility. Could you share some details about this? ie; when are they held, are any special permits required, etc... I was serious asking that previous question as the wife and I are seeking a used vehicle. Some minor damage would be acceptable, As I'm a Auto/Marine/Aircraft Body & Paint Pro (I understand a bit of 'the workins', too! [*Mech.]). My last gig, I was doing mobile auto body & paint for dealerships & Fleet work, USPS, DHL, Coke...etc. As the business owner. Anyways, I'm somewhat familiar, or , think I am, or maybe just should be, with the processes involved in obtaining vehicles through auctions, repo, lien forfeiture, etc... So, I'll reiterate; I'd like to know if your business entity ever takes to auction or offers for sale, any of your unclaimed or forfeited vehicles, through a service auction or otherwise? We got ourselves stuck backing our travel trailer into a tight space. The dispatcher sent out a serviceman to see if there was anything they could even do to help. Derek showed up and helped us get it unstuck. He definetely went the extra mile to help even though he knew he might not be able to do anything and the whole experience was very professional and well handled. We have been Overcharged, treated rude, and forced to make very difficult decisions under high stress after our Truck was stolen and Illegally towed by this disreputable so called company. We have contacted the better business bureau who stated there are multiple complaints from all types of situations. Always explained away with false accusations and lies. I have also contacted my lawyer and will be starting a lawsuit against North County Towing for unlawful towing of a vehicle parked correctly and falsely recording inaccurate dates for a increase in charges. I expect this to be resolved and made right in every way. If your company will fix these issues I will be more than happy to delete this review. Buyer Beware. And anyone who has been treated poorly by this company in any situation will be invited to join the class action lawsuit we are filing.

Nick was absolutely amazing. We were at the tail end of a 2500 mile trip down from Alaska when the inevitable happened... Dispatch was quick and straightforward, and Nick got us back on the road in no time. You don't ever want to be in a position to need a tow, but if you do, North County will make it as enjoyable of an experience as it can be. Thanks!

Moved a 6000 lb. tractor with no fuss, no damage. Had to wait a little for the truck (was a busy day), but got a call from the driver to let me know when he would actually show up.Very reasonable price. No problems. Would definitely use them again.

They were WONDERFUL!!! The husband and wife owners came and towed our truck to the nearby dealership and their driver towed our boat with us home. They were all very professional and I paid up front with my credit card. They even told me how to get reimbursed from our insurance company if we have towing on our policy. The price was reasonable (even for going 20 miles with our boat to home on a Sunday evening). Thank you North County Towing!!!

Nick came out and got my car to take it to a local mechanic. He was very friendly, gave me a good price, and got me taken care of in shirt order. He arrived exactly when he said, and all in all? A good experience.

I had to get a couple of vehicles towed. I have sibling who has a significant other that operates a competitor tow company. I was quoted $150 for one vehicle to be towed 5 miles. I used North County and was able to get both vehicles towed for $150. What a deal, two for one. Nick is great. Definitely worth contacting. Thank you.
