Great, quality service! The owner and his wife are very friendly and professional. The best oil for German automobiles was used on my car. Service was extremely thorough. After the oil change was complete, he did a full vehicle inspection to check my engine, breaks and tire pressure. He also checked to find any body damnage to my car and gave me reasonable advice on what to fix in order to keep my car in its best shape! And the best part, the shop is in a great location so I went for a short walk around the area while my car was being serviced. 10/10 service! I highly recommend this place!

5 stars doesn't quite do this wonderful shop justice. I have never had a more professional, reasonable, and explanatory experience, nor one that even comes close to what we experienced with NF Automotive.We brought our 2006 BMW 325i in after it sat under a Fir tree in our driveway for almost a year. They went through the roof and way beyond any expectation. They got most of the sap off, cleaned out the drains and engine compartment that had been clogged by fir needles (and a butt-load of spiders) just to inspect the car. They were honest and sent us a online document listing everything that was wrong with the car, with photos of the actual issues and the cost of each item. With how much there was wrong with our car, we were expecting a much higher price tag, especially for a BMW. There wasn't a single item on the quote that was unreasonable and the overall price for all the work was well worth it.We are officially lifelong customers. They even beat out some of the "cheap" places for an oil change. The level of awesome simply cannot be matched. Our Beemer is back and runs better than ever thanks to the fine folks at NF Automotive.

These guys are great! I run my own repair shop and ran into some hurdles with an Audi and reached out for some help. They were prompt, fairly priced and able to get the issue diagnosed within an extremely reasonable amount of time. The customer service is top notch as well and I have no doubt that is how every customer is treated. We will definitely refer all European repair that we don't handle to them in the future for sure!

They were super nice and honest about what repairs were necessary for the Audi I bought recently, and costs were on the lowest end of what I expected. The customer service was amazing as they went above and beyond with extras like washing the car and even driving it to me at work so I could use it over the weekend when I was too busy to pick it up. I will definitely be returning to them for future service on my Audi.

Great people at this shop. I have taken my 2008 VW GTI in multiple times. One problem was so minor, he didn't charge me at all and even showed me how to fix it if it happens again! With the other problems my car had; he was very thorough in what needed to be done and got it fixed pretty quick. I'm probably never going to a dealer again, because I know these are people I can trust.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at any mechanic. I do my best to support small, local companies but the lack of communication and overall deceit at this shop ensured I will never come back.After dropping off my car (2000 mercedes SL) I explained exactly what happened to it (basically engine stalling after filling with gas). After that, they didn't contact me for nearly 5 days. It was a total of 7 days before they gave me any type of diagnostics report-- which didn't ever pin-point the problem I brought it in for. They claimed they couldn't recreate the problem I experienced, even though they never tried refilling the fuel tank-- exactly what I had said caused the problem consistently. I said to fix other stuff they found (old brake lines, crank pos. sensor, etc) and keep trying. After 10 days, the receptionist told me she had forgotten to tell the mechanic, so he will start diagnosing the fuel issue the next day. At this point I was annoyed by the lack of transparency and the fact that it was hard to reach them, but she said they had already done the brake lines and were about to start the crank sensor so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.I went in the next day (today) because she never contacted me, only to find that my car had not moved from the day before. I went in and the receptionist said the mechanic never came in that day because the heater wasn't working, but she "forgot" to tell me. I found out that they had also lied about doing my brake lines and that they were never actually installed. At that point I said I would like to tow my vehicle to a different shop. She told me that I couldn't have my keys because they were "locked in a safe and the mechanic isn't here to unlock it". I stormed out and 2 minutes later she called to tell me she found my keys.I am writing this as I wait for a tow truck.-Peyton

Easily the most professional auto repair that I have ever worked with.Took pictures and videos of all the issues they found with the car. Wrote up lengthy diagnosis of the problems and repair recommendations, with exact prices.Kept me update on repair process and followed up quickly and reliably with all questions.Then after repairs, they wrote up exactly what they did and any follow on recommendations, again with photos and videos.Used OEM parts.Bundled repairs together to save labor expense. Replaced ONLY those parts that were necessary and then only with permission.Very reasonably priced for all this service! Especially for a Mercedes/German car repair shop, where we are used to paying premium prices. Completed repairs on time as promised.It's a small family owned shop. Shop specializes in German cars and has all the tools and diagnostic computers to do the work. Jennifer and Nermin are really friendly and genuinely concerned with every customer. I was especially impressed with Nermin s thoroughness in locating and diagnosing an intermittent problem that is notoriously hard to find and fix. Another shop had tried but failed to fix this very same problem. Nermin found the real problem and fixed it right.Highly recommended.car: Mercedes ML350, Mercedes ML 550

Nirman, Jennifer and NFAutomotive were great when my Mini Cooper S broke down on the way from Seattle to B.C. They did a diagnostic, found the part, got it installed, and had me back on the road in no time at all. Nirman also asked me to let them know that I made it to Canada -- talk about caring about your customers! Finally, he told me more information about different aspects of my Mini than I'd ever been told before. I felt like he was really interested in informing and educating his customers. A great business, and I will return again, but next time in a preventative scenario!

Best auto repair shop in town! Nermin is the greatest mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Both my fianc� and I have taken our vehicles to him multiple times and he is always super informative and honest about what needs to be done. The customer service, prices, and quality work that this shop offers is unmatched. We are so happy we found Nermin and his wife to take care of all our future car issues!

Top Quality Service! I was impressed by speed and precision this place offers. I had my car diagnosed in few places (including bmw dealership) but they couldnt figure out what was happening with my engine. I decided to give this place a go and off the back Nermin (master mechanic) was able to tell me exactly what the root cause is and why this was happening. I had these guys do the repairs and i can finally say my car is fixed to perfection! Thanks Nfautomotive, i will definitely be back.

Great repair shop took good care of my 2006 mini cooper. Very friendly owners honest and do the job right. I would definitely recommend checking them out. I've used them twice now and have not been disappointed. Go see them if you have any issues.

Very friendly husband and wife team. The waiting room was comfortable not awkward. Very family friendly/oriented place. The prices and service are amazing. I never felt uncomfortable or awkward my entire time there which is a miracle with my social anxiety. Doesn't try to upsell and is extremely honest. Brought air filter out to show us how bad it was explained it would need changed soon but would be ok for a short while longer. I've been other places that have refused to release my car unless I fixed it. Over all I had a great experience and an awesome time, and I can't honestly say the for too many places I've been.I will definitely be back for all my cars needs!NEED A NO RUN AROUND HONEST MECHANIC?You've come to the right place!

Honest mechanic, very thorough detailed and itemized printout for what needs to be done to your vehicle and ranked on severity of issue so you can fix what is absolutely necessary and then schedule over time to fix other issues. Was able to fix my BMW when the dealer said the part was not available. Thank you

I drive a '01 Volkswagen Passat. With it randomly shutting of in drive or idle, I was getting desperate to just make it to work.I do most mech work myself but when it comes to computer and wiring, I usually fall short.The overall turn around was under 24hrs. Given my car was not a difficult repair. I do greatly thank the effort of the technician (owner/operator) he gave my car a full run down telling me what issues to address next!I definitely will be coming back!

Wow! Jennifer and Nermin are wonderful! First thry treat you with respect. Secondly, the work! The reports come with visiuals, videos, notes and more. I received recently a 19 year old Mercedes-Benz and it started to smoke, I took it in, in less than 12 hours they had the issue worked out, and an estimate. They had the car for 1 full day amd inwas back on the road by the weekend. Honesty goes a long way in this line of work and you can always seek their help for honest answers. Highly recommend

Brought my Porsche in for overheating. They had it fixed fast. Their prices for parts are as good as you would find on your own. They send detailed reports to you saying everything they found, what they did etc, so you can stay in the loop.Would go again

They ran a diagnostic test for my son so we wouldn't spend more if something serious was wrong and then Honestly said it wasn't worth fixing. The professionalism and honesty is a refreshing change from the average mechanic shop.I highly recommend this shop! They also text which was AWESOME!

Jennifer and Nirmin are wonderful people. I have a 2015 GTI, with the DSG transmission, a first for me. Trying to figure out how and why it shifts the way it does was explained in a language i understand by Nirmin. Bottom line, nice people, better pricing than the dealer, personalized service. You would be very happy with NF Automotive.

Had to wait 8 days for an appointment and then after dropping off the car at the appointed time they never even got around to looking at it. After 2 days with no answers we picked it up and went somewhere else that was actually able to do the job. Terrible dishonest customer service. Family friendly, honest and very professional. Won't upsell on something not needed yet but will let you know about anything that will need fixed or replaced. Extremely fair on price and treats you like family. I'm coming here from now on!
