Family owned, Colby the owner is great people, knows his business as did his dad, he so impressed with his knowledge as a kid and his families commitment to customers and community its the only parts store I use, the help and information from staff is better than a U tube video, you'll never meet a friendlier bunch.

Stopped by Napa to get some brake cleaner to clean the underside of an engine that had an oil leak. This store is big and spacious. They do not have a lot of product on their shelves, but they have enough. It just looks under stocked, but they are most certainly not understocked.I found the staff to be helpful and friendly.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Had exactly what we needed, windshield wipers. And, the nice fella came out to our car, took our old ones off, & installed the new ones. Highly recommended!

They have parts but the staff is rarely friendly. More of a grunt then a hello. Their competition in the area is far friendlier and more willing to offer up help. This is an area that is easy to improve upon if they wish to do so. I am sure their customers would greatly appreciate it.

On the ball and quick to help as usual. Although they didn't have the brass fittings I was looking for but neither did two of their competitors. I always try to buy local first, and if I strike out. then I hit up Amazon Prime.

Auto parts store with people who really know what they're talking about. Prices aren't the cheapest but their stuff is pretty good! Good selection and they'll order whatever they don't have within a day or two

Stilly Auto Parts, aka NAPA Auto Parts in Arlington is an exceptionally well stocked parts store that almost always has even the oddball parts or tools in stock. If they don't have it they can usually have it the next day. Their prices are very comparable with big chain stores that don't carry the same variety of items in stock.Counter people are knowledgeable and always helpful. Great home town parts store that has been around forever and remembers the small town customer service oriented business that is often lost at big corporate chain, cookie cutter stores. I try to shop locally first and Stilly Auto is a great local business I'm happy to support.

Phenomenal NAPA store! They carry a wide array of parts, and have an excellent selection of AMSOIL oils in stock. The staff are always kind and willing to help you find whatever parts you need.For me, it s worth driving out to this NAPA knowing that I will be able to solve my issue in a single stop, than risk skipping around 3-4 auto parts stores in my local vicinity.

These Gals and Guys are always ready to answer questions and help you solve your parts problems. They are always excited to visit with my Golden Retriever Sabella. And in turn Sabella is more than happy to have a sniff around to make sure that the possible rogue mouse checks out of the hotel. Thanks for being there!

The group of people at Still Auto Parts is, by hand down, the most knowledgeable data base of individuals you can find in the DIY auto repair here in Arlington. The boss takes pride in listening to each transaction and provides fantastic input. The counter clerks focus on your need when helping you and anytime I need something, if they dont have it in stock, they have it for me the next morning. Go to the auto part store one time and get the right part with these guys. Dont go to the other guys.

Great place. Knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me find a pulley for a power steering pump, despite the computer having a different product than what I needed. Then they put the pulley on the pump! Talk about winning my business. Well done Napa.

Awesome staff, honest, educating, and recharged for 4 hours, my battery for free, great dichotomy for a random diagnostical dead battery! It cost almost nothing instead of another countless $thousands dollars of 'what is this mechanic going to tell me how bad it is' they are sincere :)

Came in to get a hub pressed outThe employee told me he put 5 tons on it and it didn t wanna come out. He didn t even put any effort into it. was a hurry to go on lunch.I ended up coming home and getting it out with a hammer. I m 100 percent sure if he put 5 tons of pressure on it would have popped out.

Employees were rude and took 10 minutes too finish their conversation about their weekends before attempting to ask what I needed. It then took another 10 minutes for 2 employees to grab a belt for my car. I was treated like a complete inconvience to them by being there.

Went to napa to get the parts i needed for a jeep. Customer service was spot on, place was clean and felt like home. Its a parts store but you get the feeling they care to have you back which is more than just a click and deliver feeling you get most places.

Took a drive shaft in for U joints. They said it would be done around noon or a little after and $25 per U joint. Called around 1PM. The guy was rude and said he had not got to my driveshaft, maybe tomorrow. Called back the next day at 12:20 since they still had not called me. The 'machinist' said he was just about to start on it. I had to send my wife to get the driveshaft for my truck that had now been out of commission for two days. They charged her $80! He said he tacks on another $25 if he has to use his own tools! What a punch to get the C clips off!? I wont be going back unless I absolutely have to!

I needed light bulbs for my 1985 Mercedes-Benz 300D. The man behind the counter found the right ones and very kindly didn't laugh at my ignorance. He said NAPA can get parts for almost anything, which is comforting when you have an elderly car.

Huge store. The largest auto parts store I've ever been in. I arrived 10 minutes to close on memorial weekend, they had the part I needed and I checked out with ease. Would recommend.

Something has changed here. Used to be highly knowledgeable with quality parts in stock, now no different than a O Reilly's. This has been my experience with them.
