Excellent customer service at this location! I was driving from Kent Washington to Vancouver B.C. and got flat tires on freeway, I was so lucky that they have my 4 all wheel drive tires available before the shop closed. 5 stars all the way! Very good team work!

My breaks were making a growling noise when I stepped on the breaks so I took it in to les schwab. They called me back in about 30 minutes and told me my break pads were good and didn't need to be changed so I wanted to thank them for their honesty. I will be back.

The employee's do not alert you before performing their own solution to problems they create to your vehicle. They will not even pay for the damage created by them. I will suggest not to use the Arlington branch.

The staff are always helpful. They went above and beyond in helping me resolve an ATV wheel issue. The team knew just what to do for something out of the norm. Thanks to the shop for all the help.

I made an appointment to get my tires rotated before a long family road trip. Shortly after dropping off my vehicle the guy called me and lied to me stating they had already been rotated when I got my oil changed. They obviously had not since oil change shops do not provide that service. So instead of rotating my tires (which were long overdue) he just requoted me for other work that needed to be done. He obviously didn't want to help us and therefore they will no longer get any of our family's futures business.

Alex swapped out the tire on my dump Truck. Not only was the work done quickly, but the valve stems were lined up correctly. Brandon the manager should know that Alex's work ethic, knowledge of tires and there correct placement, and professionalism is the epitome of what every Les Schwab employee should strive for.

They found the slow leak that has been there for a year when no other place could. They repaired it quickly and didn't even charge for it. We'll definitely come back to this place for our tire services.

Great customer service. Great work as always. Extremely helpful in finding the right fit for "Thumpr" our m1097a2 humvee. As alway. I would highly recommend. Shout out to Hilario, thanks for all your time and help.

You can tell the workers have been told to try to sell extra unneeded parts. I went in for a brake pad quote because i didn't want to do it myself. They came back trying to say i needed to replace everything & my struts were apparently "going bad." I've had cars with bad struts & I'm not just some lady who signs for $2k+ labor without a second opinion. I gave just the slightest pushback & the employees started back tracking. Apparently they weren't expecting me (a woman) to know they were full of it. I saw on social media it seems to be an order from higher up, not the fault of the employees. The car's struts are still fine over a year later & a different mechanic got my money to replace the brake pads.

The level of incompetence and I don't care attitude is rampant at this place. Don't plan on being happy with your overpriced non service.

AMAZING, FAST, FRIENDLY, OUT OF THIS WORLD AWESOME!!! Went in with a flat tire and they took it in, repaired it and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Seriously! Customer service is second to none! Thanks for being AMAZING Les Schwab!

My tire had a screw in it and was almost flat.and the workers pulled it out patched it and inflated it for free. They saved my day, I don t know how to air tire on my own. Highly recommend. Thank you so much les shwab!

I stopped in here to have my brakes inspected due to a horrible noise. While waiting a customer had an incredibly violent outburst, screaming obscenities in the faces of employees. This altercation lasted approximately five minutes and during that time the staff at Les Schwab handled this situation with tact and professionalism. They fixed my problem (rock stuck in brakes) at no charge and I was out of there very quickly. Thank you for maintaining such an incredible level of customer service even during a challenging time. I am beyond impressed with this Les Schwab branch.

It was nice, good people good service. But I made an appointment to have new tires put on my vehicle at 1:30 and they never even started on my vehicle until 4, pm!!! I was out of there by 4:45 but it took waaaaay longer than I thought. But they are great tires taking me easily through this weather!

I have been a returning customer here for 15 years. My experience today reminded me why. The manager (Jeff) was so welcoming and informative, as usual for him. My work was done in the time promised. This place will continue to be my go to!

Best tire shop in town! Been going here for 15 years. They take good care of me and my family. My daughter was dragging 1/2 of her front bumper on the way to school and she stopped in, they fixed her up with a couple of screws and a few zip ties. No charge! They have the best customer service of any place I go. I'm a life time customer.

This was a wonderful experience. I hit a very deep pot hole at 172nt exit. I am not from this area but was able to Google the closet shop. They assessed the damage and had a new tire on and me on my way in 45min. It was way less than I expected. Great service.

It amazes me how great these guys are at what they do. Mom had a screw in her tire. Called to see how busy they were. In and out and Mom is now safe to drive! They should have a tip jar on the counter so when they fix a flat, free, we can show our appreciation with a tip!

They were extremely kind and so helpful. They worked very quickly and what took over 3 hours at the Dwayne Lanes Chevy took less than 30 minutes and was free at Les Schwab for them to do an inspection. Their customer service is very good and all of their workers are extremely friendly and helpful and I was in and out of this Les Schwab in about 30 minutes after they did an inspection for free and really stepped up to the plate after a terrible experience at the Arlington Chevy dealership.

Called at 8 am to make a service appointment at 1 pm. I called 10 mins after my appointment time. They said they were working on other thing. I assumed they would show up by 1:30 pm, but they didn't.So I called them again 10 mins before 2 pm. They finally showed up 1 hour after my appointment time. My point is they should have called me to let me know that how much longer I would have to wait or shouldn't have made the appointment if they couldn't make it on time. There is no point making an appointment if they can't make it. They charged me full service fees even though they didn't come on time.

I went in to my local store here in arlington and was greeted by Jeremy. I explained to him my goal for how I wanted my tacoma to look and he took time to show me options and prices for what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and gave me the confidence that they could get me where I wanted to be with my truck. When the time came to install everything, Jeremy was in contact with me throughout the day and even suggested a few things to make my truck better. I picked the truck up and it s everything I couldve asked for plus some. I appreciate his cooperation and confidence to get the truck done and done right. I ll definitely be back on my next purchase through les schwab and I highly recommend these guys!

Les Schwab is pretty awesome. I had a slow leak in one tire, and I dropped in in the morning. The counter person was super polite and I went off to do some shopping. They gave me a call an hour later saying it was all fixed. I came back expecting to pay for it, but they actually gave me a complimentary free repair. There was a nail in it, and they took it out and plugged it, for FREE. How amazing is that. I will come back when it's time to get new tires. This is super service for sure.
