Kara & the team were efficient & kind. I felt heard & informed throughout my time at jiffy today. They never talked down to me or tried to pressure any additional services. They offered suggestions & recommendations based off my concerns. The process was smooth overall.

Thank you so much Sam, Mack, Kara and Mike. My car was sitting for about two years and I wanted to take it somewhere reliable. They were super kind and friendly told me all the recommendation about my car and why. I will be coming back here. I told them about my car and that the head light were super dim they clean them up for me and said if I still thot they were too dim to bring it back or what bulb to buy if I wanted to change the light myself. Again thank you so much you guys were great.

Had an out taillight, easy fix, took no more than 10 minutes, and guy even removed old wasp nest inside, all at no charge. I also get my oil changes from this location, and they're usually very friendly and efficient

Am really grateful for everyone here, great service, kind, respectful workers. Everytime I come they make sure my car is at its best. Came today to get my tires checked. Thank you to Michael and every worker there for making it such a great experience every time. Will be coming in soon to get the oil changed.I recommend this place if you love great service and joyful people that welcome you.God bless you all!

Recently moved to the area. Came to Jiffy lube in Smokey point. After my oil change, my car nine light came on. It has never come on before so I called and they had me return to the store. Diagnostics said a O2 sensor. Not sure what happened but the Inew manager Mike sent someone to Autozone to get the part and they changed it while I waited. Certainly above and beyond service I experienced today. Enough for me to take the time to write my first ever review of a place. Thank you. I found my new oil change place. Happy holidays to everyone down at Smokey Point Jiffy Lube.

Very efficient, knowledgeable, and light-hearted crew. Got my big '01 F-350 done in no time at all! Even inspected the differentials, transfer case, and suspension bushings on their own initiative. Highly recommend!

Despite only 3 people working, Kara, Samuel and Fernando managed to quickly and efficiently assist Customers on a very busy and sunny Saturday. All were friendly and helpful, even assisting one Customer with resetting her milage on her vehicle. Will return again.

Kara and Clint were friendly and efficient. I've been getting my oil changed at JiffyLube for years, and I've never been dissatisfied. But there was something to be said about their exceptional teamwork and communication.

I go to Jiffy Lube in Smokey point by my house. Fernando and Conner were so helpful with checking out my fluids in my jeep that recently got a new engine. Ever since I bought this jeep ago from a bad car dealer this shop has saved my life more than a couple times! Love these guys!!!

Best experience I've ever had! The customer service was spectacular. I went in to get my air pressure checked on my tires when they kept going flat. While Anthony was filling my tired he noticed I had a nail in one of them. They changed my tire for me and even told me where I could go to get my tire patched for free! He also noticed my valve system on one of my other tires was stuck. He wasn't able to replace it for me due to liability, but he helped talk me through how to replace. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Sam, Anthony and their team are an absolute unit! Professional, Knowledgeable, Transparent and kind. This team is absolutely amazing, I wish the Seattle locations were even remotely close to this service. Thank you for taking care of my car! 20/10

This is my preferred Jiffy Lube. I tend to go out of my way to visit this store for my mazda needs. They are super friendly and efficient. They do an amazing job communicating with each other and offer recommendations with out being pushy. I like the crew and will continue to use them. Shout out to Kara, Cameron, Samuel and Michael for making sure my car runs smoothly until my next visit.

We were in Smoky Point Jiffy Lube. The service was impeccable. I live in Kingston WA and would drive all the way out here again, due to there great customer service. All employees were exceptionally professional. Thank you for all you do.

My truck wouldn't start when I was picking up pizza next door but the guys (and gals) at Jiffy Lube lended me some starting fluid and then I was good to go!!! Definitely getting my next oil change done there. Very nice employees as well.

Thank you for fast and efficient service, and for answering questions about the ECS warning codes I ve experienced in the past. Honda has changed the Catalytic converter multiple times, clearing the code, only for the code to return. The multi-care service tech who was at Jiffy Lube when I went in (from Silver Lake Multi-Care Jiffy Lube) answered my questions about whether the issues could be the O2 sensor and fuel filter. I appreciate his time and advice. He is very knowledgeable. I left feeling as though I could trust him and the team at Jiffy Lube to perform more than just oil changes I trust them with my car. This reminds me of the old Texaco service station jingle you can trust your car to the man who wears the star . I give 5 stars to Jiffy lube employees!

The new manager Tim was AMAZING!! They didn t have the right filter for my car and he went and bought the correct one. I then told him about my check engine light and that I was going to get the codes checked and that I was going to bring it to the shop for new spark plugs and things he then told me that he could run my codes for free and when I was ready he could do my sparks plugs and everything for $100. Way less than my original quote at my other mechanic shop. Tim was very personable and knowledgeable and went way above and beyond. This was my first time at this shop in a long time due to my experiences the previous times, but I am glad I came! Thank you Tim for being so amazing and passionate about your work!Service: Oil change

Love this Jiffy Lube! They are always so kind and helpful. My car is burning oil and they top me off every two weeks. My car also had a weird smell and they helped diagnose that as well by checking my hoses under the car. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube in Smokey Point!

Brought two vehicles to jiffy lube, Smokey Point, on the same day. Great service and friendly technicians. After a couple days I noticed the second vehicle seemed to be leaking a small amount of oil. Brought it back to JL. The gal there was kind and understanding. Got it all squared away. Another technician informed me of the top off service. I had no idea! Even better! I highly recommend the Smokey point Jiffy Lube!

Went in for an oil change on 11/29/23 and received amazing / quick service! I ve been going to jiffy lube for years but their staff at this Smokey point location are by far the best I ve ever had :) I didn t catch everyone s names but Tim, Chris, Anthony and a couple others were such gems.
