Bought a new travel trailer in 2022 from them. The front windshield was cracked in transit to the dealership, but they said they would repair it before we picked it up. They didn t. Since we had a trip planned, we still took delivery after they promised to fix it when we returned. We then spent EIGHT MONTHS trying to get them to respond to emails and phone calls to schedule the repair. Finally I emailed the owner after finding his email on the Sec of State website and got the repair scheduled.The new windshield was finally installed in March 2023. Fast forward to December 2023 and the front end of the trailer is now damaged by water ingress resulting from Halterman s failure to seal the windshield during the install.Now they ve apparently sold to Camping World and all attempts to get Halterman s to fix the damage they caused have gone unanswered. I sincerely hope that the incompetence I experienced here doesn t translate over into whatever new venture is involved in the Camping World sale. I really can t say enough bad things about this whole experience and I hope no one else has to deal with something like it. Super sleazy way to run a business, Justin. Hope you got paid and can still sleep at night.

Absolutely the worst experience. We bought a beautiful, new motorhome and when we picked it up several things were broken that were not broken when we signed papers.They got grease on the cream leather seat, there was a gash in the table, the sink was dented. The unit was poorly cleaned when we picked it up.After months of lies and run around they now tell us Camping World is buying them out and they have no record of repairs. More lies! They told us to take our camper and bring it back because everyone finds little things that need to be fixed. More lies! Michelle= master at lying, Joe= enabler of lies. RICK= he is the worst of them all - ignorant and sexist and made several degrading comments to me.We will contact Thor, the manufacturer to report this dealer and hopefully they don t open up elsewhere to scam money off people.

I went a lot of places while looking for the perfect fifth wheel for me and my fiance. This is the only place where I felt like they really cared about what we wanted. Other places just wanted our money.I had a couple issues with my fifth wheel as you will with any new fifth wheel and they took care of it very quickly. Great sales department and service department was 10/10

From start to finish an all around great experience. We walked in an hour before closing and Ryan (salesman) had no problem walking us around to see all the units. We were so impressed with the no pressure straight forward pricing that we ended up doing paperwork the same day. When we went back to pick up our amazing new camper, we were received a walk through with one of the most knowledgeable people in the industry Bobby. The best part about the transaction was we left with the feeling that they really cared about us as Bobby saying goes I don t want you to have a good time some of the time, I want you to have a good time all the time. We departed with a stack of business cards and a promise that if we need anything day or night just call. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a great product and to feel like the most important part to the process.

My dad was looking for a small travel trailer, they went out of there way to find him the one he was looking for. On way home with it dad noticed his frontend was to light, do back to dealer we went. They took the time reset the hitch and noticed they truck was springs where not strong enough. So they let us leave the trailer there until we got the parts we needed to fix it. We took them the timberlins dad orders within in hour we got a call that truck and trailer where all set up they took it for a test drive said they loved how the timberlins made a big difference, now they are going to carry them in stock. These guys are so great very friendly, not pushy, and will answer all your questions and treat you like family.

The team at Haltermans literally made my dreams come true!!They helped my son and i get into the perfect trailer for us and had way better financing options than any of the other dealers I had checked into.They even held the trailer while we worked out glitches and went over everything inside and out to make sure I was comfortable with the appliances and hooking up,I am so Thankful!!

We recently bought a travel trailer at Halterman's and had the best experience! We were welcomed right when we came in and all of our questions answered without anyone being pushy or too sales-like. We purchased the same day and it was a smooth process. They went above and beyond taking their time with the walk through and as first time owners, we were so appreciative. I would highly recommend purchasing an RV here and am so glad we did.

We bought a beautiful RV little over a year ago. The product is beautiful. The quality control is awful, and I really mean awful. You are unable to get parts to replace things. It s not the service department fault it s the manufacturers. They can t fix something if they don t have the part to fix it with. The problem is I feel but what parts are being manufactured are going strictly for the brand new things the brand new trailers because that s where the money is at that s where the big bucks are at.. The existing customers that are waiting to have things fixed they ( the company), don t care about us. If we would have known before we bought we would never have bought from this company.

Great experience. No pressure sales. Justin, the owner was laid back and easy to get along with during the process. I showed up right at closing and just before a torrential downpour started. He had to put away a couple of rigs he was servicing. he unlocked the trailers so we could look around while he protected the rigs he was servicing. He stayed well after closing to answer our questions and help us out. I had been to every RV dealer from Everett to Burlington He had the highest quality camper for the best price. The follow up process with our bank and the paperwork took about 15 minutes. You can t go wrong with Haltermans. Prior to arriving I had emailed Bob (one of the other salesman) he answered all of our questions and followed up quickly and even measured the tub and shower for headroom for us tall guys.

Not impressed. Had warranty work done. Camper was vandalized. License plate stolen and walked the roof and the tv antenna was snapped at the bracket. Also bathroom vent was open (closed by myself prior to transport to them) so once I get home will update pictures if water damage was incurred. If you go remove your license plate and walk around thoroughly prior to and upon receipt.

Bought a new Durango from Haltermans Arlington. After looking at other RV dealerships that made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by wanting to look at multiple fifth wheels, we were delighted to be greeted at Haltermans Arlington. The salesman, was very willing to show us anything and everything. He didnt pressure us, didnt care if we took 10 mins or 2 hours. After we selected our unit they made us a very fair trade in offer, a good price on the unit, and worked with us to add things we wanted. We went in a couple of time to measure things and were always greeted with a positive attitude. The day of pick up we left and thought we had an issue with a slide and Robin was willing to come to our location on his day off to look at it. So nice to have a dealership that isnt just about getting your money, but cares about their customers. Buy from Halterman's in Arlington.

We stopped by Halterman s during a long road trip because our hitch needed an adjustment. Robin came right out and listened to our situation. He then immediately went to get some hand tools and proceeded to resolve the issue in a few minutes. He also asked if he we had any other questions and gave us some good advice re: our brake controller. He then gave us his business card and told us to call him if any other issues came up on our trip.He was kind, friendly, helpful and charged us nothing. We did not purchase our RV here nor had we ever visited the dealership before and still Robin treated us like old friends. This is what REAL customer service looks like.

We bought our RV last summer from Halterman's. We have been really happy with both our RV and the service we have received. The staff is very welcoming and remember our names when we stop by. Today's stop was to originally leave our trailer to have the dual batteries installed on Sat. But surprise they were able to do it on the spot, just a 20 min wait! Customer forever

I'm a stickler on customer service and quality. I'm not a friend of anyone at Halterman's RV, all I did recently is business with them. I can honestly tell you, you are not going to find a better price on RV's and accessories in the Puget Sound area. You are not going to find better customer service in the Puget Sound area. Those attributes are hard to find these days with a lot of RV dealers. Justin stands behind his products and customer service. Great people, great service. I plan on buying our accessories, propane, and hopefully another RV from Halterman's.

I've known this "Halterman" family for many years. My wife and I bought land over east we have intended to build on. Building isn't really in the cards at this time due to prices ect. We decided to purchase a large 5th wheel to set up and use for a few years untill it makes more sense to build. We visited many dealerships (even though we really wanted to give our business to Halterman's) just to compare options. We landed comfortably at cartoon Justin's (commercial lol) and our new "home away from home" will be delivered this weekend! You want good service? Good selection? Good price? Good people? Look no further than cartoon Justin's Halterman's RV! Justin himself will be maintaining and servicing our sprinter unlimited loft edition fifth wheel. (Don't count on that!) We're kinda best friends. All joking aside you can not go wrong doing business with this company. Tony and Deana

I bought a used 2013 Coleman by Dutchman, 30' trailer from Halterman's My first Camp Trailer buy. Got it home, realized that back axle was bent, the black, and gray water tanks were completely full, the AC didn't work, it just ices up after about 5 minutes, there is a cut in the shore power cable sheath that might have caused someone to get electrocuted, and there was an entire panel missing behind the mattress. I get it that this used RV was sold to me AS-IS, and I have no recourse, they wanted to make sure I knew that when I handed over the check. Don't buy from them used, they just want to shuffle the trade ins off the lot onto unsuspecting buyers apparently without any repairs, or even a quick look. Dumping the tanks was a pretty disgusting way of enjoying my new camper for the first time.

absolutely hands down the best costumer service ever!!!! bought a new travel trailer in August . Had a leak in bathroom( yes new trailers get bumped around during shipment) that they fixed in a timely matter. Then after some very cold weather my toilet valve cracked and sprung a leak!! GRRRR.!!!! The owner Justin made a house call and came out to my home where trailer is parked and fixed it after hours!! Can't say enough about everyone that works there. Absolutely no pressure to buy, super helpful, and everyone is very knowledgeable. I would will definitely buy from them again, and I highly recommend them to everyone looking to purchase a travel trailer or fifth wheel.

Bought a brand new destination trailer in March of 2020 and was happy until August when the state notified me the proper paperwork was not submitted by Halterman's. Was told that a lady had quit and the new person would fix it. All good once again, until the state notified me the paperwork was still not in order. Contacted Robin Brigge, the GM, and asked him to email me the purchase order, which he never did after repeated phone calls. Sent him the form from the state that needed to be filled out to release liability and get registration complete. Robin said it wasn't his job and fill it out myself. Repeatedly have emailed Robin with no response asking them to fill out a simple form. Terrible customer service and won't be counting on them when it's time for another RV. If you can find what you're looking for somewhere else, I would suggest doing so. Could have earned a repeat customer and chose not to.

We bought a new trailer in April at Haltermans RV. NO pressure sales at all, we dealt with Bob he was fantastic! We recently took it in for a recall and a couple of things that needed taken care of on the warranty, we called Nicholle, she said make a list of everything and they will take care of it, and that's exactly what they did. They were fast, friendly. We live in Enumclaw, they are in Arlington but we would recommend them to anybody and make the drive again for their care and service. Thank you!

Bought my SportTrek trailer earlier this spring. Not only am I in love with the trailer.. I am 100% satisfied with the sales process. I did 95% of my purchase online and over the phone. I knew what I wanted and Bob did a great job of getting me the info I needed. When it came to financing, the Haltermans was able to get a better rate and term with a local credit union that was better than my credit union! Other places around them wanted to charge an additional $1000 or more for required packages and charge you a fee if you did not finance with them. These hidden costs do not exist at Haltermans.. it was frustrating to visit another "Big Chain" operation and find out about hidden fees. Keep up the great service!! Jim

What a great experience. Ryan was technically our salesperson, but everyone there just pitches in amd answers questions. No pressure and honest, simple answers. We would highly recommend this dealership.

They aight. The owner is pretty straightforward with you. Which is nice. He ain't one of those wheelin dealin types. They sold me a small trailer and it does have a few things wrong with the panels separating and they probably should have fixed that but eh. What trailer doesn't start doing that after some time? He sells the cheapest propane in the area and he will mention that any chance he gets lol and he's right too. Good people there.

The Manger does not know how to treat customers, he is very rude. If you don't buy from them, they won't service your RV, and his words "cash doesn't ruffle his feathers" so, don't come with cash. He must have too much money that he doesn't need any more. I would have bought a brand new RV from him if it wasn't for his rude attitude. His ego is way too big to be in a management position.

I bought my RV there and they have been friendly and helpful throughout my purchase and follow up . I would highly recommend them. Joe Nash is the best sales person in my book and Justin, the owner is hands on and quick to answer any questions.

Stopped in to get some propane. Signs out front said $1.79 per gallon. Great price! Service was quick /efficient. My go to for propane from now on

I bought a trailer from this place in October of 2021 a week after I got it we noticed some things that were either broken or not installed correctly it s now September of 2022 and I still can t get them to fix my trailer even though I payed for the extra warranty. This place has horrible customer service and they really don t care about their customers as soon as they hand over the keys
