Helpful helpful helpful I can't go anywhere else and get this anywhere else!!The woman went above and beyondvtobhelp me with the filter we needed. The other 2 gentleman were helpful too when I asked about their code reader. They showed me the plug so I could see if it fit the motorhome we are working on.Thank you!

I have to say, Sean was the most helpful and patient parts specialist I have ever worked with in my life. I came in for wiper blades on my 22 Tesla Model 3. We got the blades off easy enough but the new blades had some challenges to put on. We took to google and found that the connector has to be modified to fit the Bosch blades properly. Sean grabbed the tools to do so and we set to work. All throughout he reassured me that he wouldn t leave or give up. He was kind, thoughtful and kept a smile on his face the whole time. I am so thankful that Sean was working today and we were able to get new wiper blades on my car. Something normally so simple on other cars was a pain on this one. Thank you Sean for all your help and patience!!!!

This store is always such a pleasant experience. All the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.The parking lot is huge and easy to navigate which is important if you're driving a huge vehicle like my RV.I come to this location often due to these reasons. Highly recommended!!

Young white guy at the register had a cocky attitude. He annoyed his coworker that was on hold on the phone and cut him off when he said I could get a better deal. Won t be back even though I ve been coming here for years. Will be telling a company I worked for down the road to not order from this place anymore.

Excellent customer service!! I'm very new with car parts, and a week ago my dashboard lights went out. I needed to change the light bulbs but had no idea the right size. I just had the physical bulb and the socket.First I went to a different auto parts shop and they gave me an idea for the size but were uncertain, and suggested I call the car manufacturer. So I went over to AutoZone for better luck. And the guy who helped me was awesome! I believe his name was Mike? I told him my situation and showed him the light bulb and socket. He looked high and low on the store database and even did a Google search to find out the right light bulb! When it came to 2 possible sizes we went over to the light bulb aisle and picked out the bulb packages. He opened the packages and had me try each bulb in the socket. He made sure I chose the correct bulbs! I purchased the best fitting bulbs and went home and installed them into my dashboard.The dashboard lit up and after 1 week the dashboard still works! Thank you Mike for your hard work and great customer service! This place goes above and beyond to help you with your needs!

I needed a mass air flow sensor. It was almost time for the store to close when I got there but both guys who were working were friendly and polite. They had the part in stock and it was priced less than other stores were quoting. A very pleasant experience!

Forced me to pay for an item to pick up (which took 20 minutes on the phone) and another 20 minutes in the store to tell me they didn't have it and the order was canceled, blamed the hub, but they definitely could be checking on orders when they don't show up. Literally 6 employees at this time with no customers, but they can't take the time to check on orders that don't show and make a courtesy call. Gonna stick with O'Reillys whom doesn't force to me pay ahead of time and creating a time consuming inconvenience. Prices are always the same anyway, better service.

Went there today with a very hard and unique piece of a car to replace today and was met with two employees both inspected it closely and were unable to figure out what it was. But then Mike walked up and told me to follow him, he finds the the thing somehow and as I m leaving with the product I thought was going to be a treasure hunt I see my car has a flat tire so I go back inside and ask for a air pump and one of the employees tells me they cannot help and recommended a gas station. Than as I m looking for the nearest gas station the man Mike shows up and tells me to follow him back in the store. He hooks me up with a portable air pump and helps me pump the tire from 0 psi to 35. This man Mike deserves a raise.

Very typical auto parts store. Good selection of parts and accessories. Probably will be able to find what you need for an oil change and general maintenance. Staff were very friendly as well. Lots of parking with easy access to the store.

The only thing better than a part price guarantee is when they honor it and pay you back $280 cash and not store credit. Even if you lost the receipt that have it online as lifetime guarantee I was shocked this manager needs a promotion wasn t easy doing what he did but it was pretty obvious that I deserve the part refund and to make matters worse I kept it for two years in storage which took me two years to find it but the part never did work it blew up my car in the Chevy dealer told me to go to eBay and get the part they said to not buy anything that s made in China when it comes to electronics so I went back to where I bought the part the car I mean and said you need to buy this from eBay it was made in Mexico imagine that?

Anthony C. Was absolutely amazing! He was dropping off a part at the Lake Stevens store when I was there. I was talking to him about an oil pressure sensor on my Ford Taurus. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and good at his job. I would like to thank him for making me feel more comfortable working on my vehicle by myself.

April 11 2023Needed new headlights.... the manager went above and beyond to help me and get my bulbs installed. When you are a single female without many people to help you this means alot. This is my go to location even though there's one just down street from me.Previous review:These guy are awesome.... did diagnosis and then helped me by coming out to car Showing me the part in question and told me what I could do to fix myself. It was either $100 replacement part or $10 dollar cleaner to fix. Used cleaner and solved problem Just because I'm a female -doesn't mean I'm helpless and I'm glad they didn't treat me like that.If it's doable I will try!!!!

Outstanding customer service was provided by Sean and John. I was in need of new wiper blades for my car. Sean helped me get the right ones and he and John installed them for me. Very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated their help.

Came for an oil filter wrench told me i need to find the number on my own showed no help at all, very inattentive.. went in autozone website found the oil wrench in their own website.....

I go to this location semi frequently lately and I have never been let down. Staff is always helpful and kind and the store is in good shape at all times. Being from way out of town this location really has been great and has pretty much everything I need on every occasion I have been there.

Best auto experience ever! Animal traipsed something over our windshield..no amount of scrubbing with gas station squegee would remove it..employee of the year directed me to product he guaranteed would clear it w one spray wiped w microfiber towel. Was he ever right. To top it off, he realized we only required one spray, so he walked out and did it for us at no charge!

I have been in a lot of stores, this is one great looking store. To compliment that, the team there are true professionals, fast and parts are stocked better than anywhere else. Thank you Dan for putting my wipers on and installing my lights. A store manager that leads by example and does it in the rain. For this , you have my loyalty. Thanks AutoZone!

Nice clean store. They have parts other stores generally don't carry in stock. Yes some of the employees are young, but I have found everyone knows what they are doing. Very friendly. I'm comfortable enough that I send my mother there to buy her parts with out fear of them trying to sell her stuff she doesn't need.

The young lady who helped me took advantage of my minimal knowledge in regards to parts and pricing. I asked for ngk spark plugs and she failed to inform me of the second option which was half the price of what I was duped into buying. I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone nor will I bring my business here ever again.

Employees and customers were not wearing masks. Employees coughing without a mask on.Response: You clearly do not follow CDC/WHO guidance; nobody was wearing a mask indoors. Don't follow up with me, follow up with the store manager. I'd love to "stay safe and stay healthy" but like the review said, your employee was coughing behind the counter without a mask on.

Don't waste your time. Staff are too busy in the back to help with checkout. Wife and I came in today to get car wash "stuff"1 young lady at registers trying her best. 2 other guys in back while we were just standing there in line. The one who finally came out decided a phone call was more important. Walmart was happy to take my 70.00. Thanks auto zone I won't be back

As an opener I have NEVER left a bad review for any business and would rather not do business again when having a bad experience. I have been doing business with AutoZone for many years and have never seen an AutoZone store so disrespectful and incompetent.My recent experience with this particular store involved Dan L. who ordered me a torque converter and he claimed it would be there next day, never received a phone call informing me it was there after two business days, so I called and the person I talked to on the phone said Dan L. failed to order the torque converter after I paid for it. They corrected his mistake, however never received a phone call again that it had come in. Another 4 days past so I called and the customer service rep I spoke to said it was in. So, I drove to the store the following week and much to my surprise the torque converter wasn't there, after searching they store for 30 minutes requested my money back.My first contact with this store resembled the same type of customer service and unprofessional demeanor of some of its associates, some are very courteous and helpful.I will not do business with this AutoZone again, however as a loyal customer will continue to use my local AutoZone in Marysville and Lake Stevens, WA which I don't recall having a bad experience at.

Cassie went above and beyond the call of duty after I bought some screws to install my license plate and didn't have the right tool to tighten the bolts. She not only offered to lend me the tool, but went outside in the rain and installed my license plate frame for me. Thank you so much for your great customer service!
