Not sure what happened to this place, used to be great. Brought my car in to get fixed after a wreck. After about 6 months the paint started bubbling and now is chipped off in some spots. The owner won't even talk to me about it, just leaving me hanging

Wow! I knew I had a good feeling about this place when I first called, very professional and then when I came with my vehicle he was SO kind, SO clear and communicative and he cared about helping me; human to human. I always work with Austin, the owner. He is very friendly and competent. I needed to have some damage to the bumper on my 2004 4Runner fixed. Austin is happy to work with you on price. In the past I have had them do a tail light replacement using aftermarket parts but this time I told him to do it using OEM parts. Cost was $585 which which included a new bumper bracket, new in-bumper reflector and painting. It was a good deal in my opinion.Service: Body & Trim

My parents needed a last minute repair on some body work on their truck. I took it to 360 and Austin came out in the parking lot and gave an estimate right there. They ended up using him for the repair, the truck got finished today and the work looks factory new! His final total was right around what he said up front and the entire process was painless. This place is honest and upfront, helpful and professional! I would definitely use them again in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

360 Auto is definitely a diamond in the rough. I visited ten body shops to get quotes on our 2004 KIA Optima, 360 Auto being the eighth. Austin was the only guy that came back with a very fair and reasonable estimate. He didn't run up the repair bill like every other shop did. His honesty and integrity were refreshing. The repair work was outstanding! When Austin and the 360 guys were finished, the car looked brand new. Austin kept his word on his estimate. It was spot on, to the penny. Now that's integrity. I highly recommend this shop for body work. This will be my go to place from now on. 5 out of 5 stars here. Great find!!!

I saw this place had great reviews online so I thought I'd try it out. Great people to work with! Gave me a quote right away and even more importantly, stayed true to the quote. Worked well around my time schedule and delivered in the estimated time as well. The end result looked fantastic! I definitely recommend 360 Collision!

Car died got PRESIDENTIAL VIP KNOCKOUT SERVICE car saved!!!!!! My well kept vehicle suddenly died on the road, after safely parking, i happen across a couple gentleman with a flatbed truck i flagged em down and asked em about the truck and their line of work....oh we have it for the shop....well my car just died, really well my shop isnt far is your car close what model? Yeah just over there(i point) i can tow that to my shop where we can take a quick look....how much am i lookin at to start? ( a very resonable if not exceptionaly low bid) we pick up my car(in a very clean respected flatbed) a few turns later and we arrive at the shop..... People tools and work consume my vehicle the diagnostic and repair of my vehicle takes relatively little time. I've known some wrenchers(mechanics) and been around some race track pits and my personal local favorite mechanic i originaly met while he was working on race cars like legit circuit racing.....and ive been in the pit flippin tires while the master mechanics pull motors swap out pistons in minutes just like NASCAR. The level of expertise and professionalism I experienced today is refreshing and frankly didnt bust my wallet. I got excellent service for a fair and resonable cost, when we talked about what parts to use we ran into a part that was almost several hundred dollars, i asked about refurbishing the existing part and if the mechanic knew how to refurbish the part in question and the mechanic nodded and found the price of the part needed for the fix was about a fourth of the cost and we ended up using a reputable performance part which cost even a bit less.....I found myself with a real debacle today and a real efficient honest work the problem team to help me get back on the road to work. 100% recomended, oh and if your worried about beards 1 trip to alaska and you will see less people without beards than with. Trust the beard
