Terrible customer service. New vehicle purchase from this dealership has been in multiple times. First time they lied claiming the issue was due to the vehicle being a used fleet vehicle. (Again, bought new off their lot). Once a part was replaced on a following visit for the same issue, they didnt bother to test if it actually worked. Now its consulting with ford and there has been absolutely no follow up from the dealership. Issue started in October of 23, it is now January of 24.

I'm going to be 100% honest on what happened and then let you decide if you want to take the chance to go here. I scheduled an appointment and dropped my vehicle off for the day on Friday, the problem was identified before and parts were ordered so everything would go smoothly. Call to see what's going on they tell me I don't have an appointment, then they said they'd take care of it. They call me back at 10am and say the part is wrong and the part I need is $400 dollars. I called the parts department to verify and it is the correct part. Then I can't get in touch with them till 1:30, they tell me there's no time to do the 2.5 hour job today and I'll have to bring it back monday. Wait in the town till Monday at 7:30 and bring it back and sit in the waiting room for 2.5 hours with no information. The service advisor finally tells me the price is now more than double. I cancelled my appointment and took it to a different Ford instead. I've been going to Ford dealerships all over the country for the past 6 years and this has never happened before. This is unacceptable and I will never be doing business with them again.

Worse than useless management.Buying a 1500 mile 2022 Ford and the service disaster that has resulted has convinced a lifelong Ford fan to start considering other brands.Impossible to overstate how terrible the customer experience when you need service on a basically new premium enthusiast Ford vehicle. Car with 1588 miles when I picked up threw check engine light on the first drive home. Frontier Ford took 3 trips with the vehicle to be unable to diagnose themselves.I suggested they should quickly check for an issue prior to an incorrect replacement of the PCM, got the let the professionals do their job line. PCM didn t fix the issue, they had it in their shop for two weeks before finally deciding to check the 5-15 minute thing I suggested- then had the audacity to send me a $350+ bill on a in-warranty vehicle I bought the extended coverage to 100k while I haven t yet had it 90 days.They are charging me to not fix anything and to have deprived me of my car for over two weeks doing the wrong things.Ford would have saved so much tech time, the cost of a PCM, and not lost a lifelong customs of Ted the service manager was just incompetent and not also money grubbing.Effectively repossessed a car I wrote a $65k check for over a $350 diagnosis the customer brought you in day one of a 90 day saga? SMH.

Yet another unethical auto shop my friend had an awful experience here. I ve been stuck in waiting rooms and also had to leave without getting my vehicle fixed because of such terrible customer service and trickery by mechanics trying to overcharge me. You argued with my friend. You were disrespectful and outright dishonest. You didn t help him with his issue and you should be ashamed of your company. DO BETTER.
