We have taken our vehicles here for outstanding service for 25+ years. Jeff, the owner, runs an excellent customer oriented business. Sean, the service manager is Always polite, professional, organized, & strives to give every customer individualized care & attention! & always with a smile Definitely, my go-to auto shop!

Very pleased with the service provided by both Dan & Sean @ Anacortes Automotive. They were professional, very informative, courteous and provided great service to me and my vehicle. These guys were great. Prior to any work being done they gave me a list of issues that needed to be addressed. Afterwords a complete and detailed description of the work completed plus the old parts that were replaced. The only negative is having to wait so long to get the truck into the shop, because they are so good and so busy. It's wonderful knowing I've found a shop where I can trust the mechanics and the business. Thanks you guys!

I brought my car in for a check at the 60,000 mile point. I have very low mileage on my car and don't drive unless I have to. They were very up front and honest with me that there was nothing to fix so he just did an oil change and I was on my way. My wallet and I really appreciated the honesty of their assessment. I'll definitely be returning later.

Did a great job servicing my 2016 Outback. Only sold me what was needed on the car at the time. Very thorough and professional paperwork at the end explaining what they did. We will definitely be back for my next service and oil changes. They also have a shuttle service that is very convenient.

Anacortes Automotive was recommended to me by my sister..while she was typically knows her stuff, I like to check out car places myself. Having moved from the East Coast and sadly left my around the corner garage, my old Baby Subaru needed a new car care center. I took Baby to Anacortes Automotive for a service. Staff responded to my email for an appointment and two days later I dropped her off. In a very short time, I was called to authorize a few replacement filters and soon after my Baby was ready. The overall cost was comparable to past visits with my old mechanic. The overall service and explanation of future care and follow up was clear and sensible. I will be taking my car to Anacortes Automotive with regularity.MH

1990 Isuzu Trooper was taken in for oil change, lubrication, requested they check the battery and charging system. The battery was found not performing but still under warranty and was replaced without further cost to me.Trusting a quality auto repair business allowed then to maintain records of repairs and saved me additional cost on things I wouldn't know whether or not have a warranty. I am very pleased to encourage others to try and learn for themselves the gain in having a professional business like this one, keep you family vehicle safe and reliable.Services: Transmission, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Anacortes American makes it easy to schedule appointments either on-line or by phone. I recently took my car there for an oil change and tire rotation. They offered to drive me home or elsewhere, but I chose to get a coffee down the street. I returned a few minutes before my car was ready, and they had it parked and ready to go. The service is quick, I like the staff. They are informative and no high pressure sales, just an explanation of work done, what they noticed for the future. I will continue to use them as my go to place for work on my car.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

They are amazing! It was my first time going here and i never will go anywhere else! They were so kind and got me in so fast! They were finished within a few hours and explain throughly what happened! They also have a shuttle service and i ve never seen that , it s the best thing ever!

Great shop, felt they were very honest and the repairs were much less then I anticipated. Shawn was very helpful and really listened to my issues. Berry, I really enjoyed our conversations on the shuttle ride. Would highly recommend this shop.

Great customer service I opted to have my 60,000 mile sevicing done locally rather than take my Jeep back to the dealership in Bellingham. Anacortes Automotive did an awesome job also much less expensive then the dealership I would highly recommend them.

Jeff helped me out, after I brought my Toyota Rav 4 in for help nothing mechanical but aesthetic, and I didn t have the direct tool to fix it myself.I had bumped the towing package while parking, so the hardware piece around the around hitch was bent my bike rack then couldn t be removed.This is where Jeff stepped up didn t charge me either and straightened out the hardware with the proper hammer.It was something so simple, but much appreciated. Now, my bike rack can be installed and removed without being trapped.Thank you so much for the help, Jeff!See you guys down the road

Sean and his crew did a great job repairing multiple complex problems, including electrical issues, on my truck. They took the time and effort to get everything fixed so I have a safe and reliable truck again. We love Anacortes Automotive. We have two older vehicles, a 1994 Mazda B2300 pickup and a 2007 Toyota Rav4. Their work is top notch and their repairs are reasonable. They never upsell. Anacortes Automotive runs a great business. They are honest, reasonably priced, and quick to do the work. What more could you ask for. They even noticed a coupon I left on the center console but forgot to tell them about and applied that discount to my bill without my having to ask. Wow. We are summer visitors to Anacortes - 3rd year and loving it. My 2008 Prius (new car for me) was fine on the trip out from Florida, then a light came on. Came to Anacortes Automotive since a golfing buddy highly recommended it. Turned out to be a major repair and they went out of their way to get it done so I could drive to Burlington for an eye appointment. Shuttle to our house - needed since it is the only car for the 2 months here. All the staff I spoke with were knowledgeable, kind, caring, and got the job done. I add my high recommendations for this company.They rescued us again, working us into their schedule so we could depart anacortes on time. They even told us how to get the part easier and for less than they could. Amazing people and service!!!

I had recurring dead battery problems,Mt hen charging system malfunction error worried me. We were headed on a family vacation to Oregon. Anacortes Automotive ran several diagnostic tests and determined the problem was with the battery. It was under warranty, and the replacement didn t cost me anything. I had the car back in a few hours, and a load off my mind.The staff there are friendly, competent, and efficient. Did a nice job of selecting necessary services vs ideal services. Car ran great for trip to Mt hood & back. Easy to work with and nice detailed assessment of car's needs.
