I had a tire starting to come apart on my camper trailer we noticed this morning. OStopped in at 910am and Amy was able to give me a noon apt to get me out quicker. By 1240 I was back on the road. Thanks for making our move to Michigan less stressful!

I ve used Les Schwab for years and have always received good service and products. Last month I put new top quality tires on my Jeep. They drive really nice. I appreciated that the employee explained siping to me in detail and I opted for that as well. Well I noticed on the speed control things police put out to tell you your speed that my jeep was going slower the the speedometer showed. After this happened with several different locations I called my Les Schwab. I spoke with Tony and he was very helpful. He discovered the wrong size tires were installed. I was give an appointment the next morning. He addressed me by name when I walked in and quickly helped me. I am super happy. I highly recommend Airway Heights Les Schwab!

Spent a huge sum on new brakes and now they say the red brown discoloration on front rims is because I need to wash them. I suppose I need to wash the "abnormal brake wear" sensor that is now malfunctioning? I think they put cheap replacement shoes on the front and that's what's causing this unsightly darkening of my front wheel caps that doesn't just wash off!! VERY UNHAPPY!

My Ford Edge had bad wheel bearings and other things. Drove really loud, and just was not performing well and was dangerous to drive. I took it in. It was like a 7 hour job for everything they had to do. So I left it with them for a few days. So finally when it was ready to be picked up. I was so impressed. This car cruises so smoothly now. No humming, vibration, pulling back and forth. It drives perfectly. These guys do a great job. They fix what needs to be done and make sure it's all good. No other place I will go.

Gray helped my family when we was in a crunch and had flat tire. I explained what had happen and he was more then happy to help me. I really do appreciate it. I definitely will pay it forward! You sure are a angel.

Great service. Honest, helpful, & kind.Update: We came in back again a year later, and yep they are still amazing. Extremely efficient, organized, and helpful. The teamwork at this place is great, and it shows in their service. They deliver above & beyond our expectations. Way better than any of the many other tire shops we've been to. Highly recommend.

over the years I haven't been a big fan till recently I had 4 of my own tires mounted and all was good till a week later one wheel snapped all 5 lugs off and the wheel came off while driving. I called them up in Airway heights and within a couple hours they sent someone out got all 5 new lugs installed and replaced my 300 dollar wheel for free and put in a 5 new lug nuts all for free without me even asking. that's good customer service and warranty you can count on. any other place would have told me to kick rocks and charged 600 bucks or more while denying any wrong doing etc. Les Schwab didn't even question the how or anything and handled it so they deserve 10 stars for that!

They put 44 to 46 psi in my 35 rated tires and didn't teset my tire sensors. Needless to say, we had to go back in. This should never happen especially when the say 3 people worked on it. Obviously not to double check their work! Go next door to the other tire center. Anywhere but here.

I have used them for all of my company vehicles (about 12) and for the most part they do the job, quick and easy. But its the times they mess up that takes it all away. When they damage your vehicle they usually wont admit to it, and the one time they did admit to it, they said: "Yes that damage is from dismounting tires, there is a plastic guide that is supposed to prevent that but some times it digs into the wheel, what do you want us to do about it? Put $1600 of new wheels on it?" They scuffed the paint off of about a 1/3 of a rotation of all for wheels, on a car with less than 10k on it. I didnt notice at first because of the amount fo grease they left on my wheels, but once i got down the street to the car wash i noticed when I washed them. Then, when loading the studded snow tires back into my car, they tore the headliner with the studs, the gap in the side door is about 1/2 inch narrow of the tire so it snagged the liner on the top and tore 4 little holes that exactly match the spacing of the studs. Again, "that was already there" Finally, the ruined the hugs on my car trailer, it had kind of a stupid design anyways, but it had the hubs that are tapped and you put a lug bolt into the hub, not a lug nut onto a stud. After a bearing service and new tires, I was standing out back watching them put it back together and watched as they put the bolt into the impact and rammed them into the hubs. They should ALWAYS hand start them first before even a wrench much less and impact! They stripped out 3 out of 5 on one hub and 2 out of 5 on another. Making it unsafe to even pull home, 3 out of 5 I'd drive it home empty (only empty!) but 2 is not enough for more than 100 feet across the lot. They hubs are a rare size and design and are $300 each so brand new axles were actually cheaper. Which silver lining... at least now I have new dexter EZ lube 6 lug axles instead. Still having watched them ram them in with the impact. Tyler said we don't do that, ever. I said i just watched him do it, and he said no you didn't, because we don't so that. So break my stuff AND call me a liar. Thanks.So long story short, TAKE PICTURES, clearly of all four wheels in their lot before and after, and inspect it before you leave, if you have nice wheels.

We were traveling thru the area on a cross country trip and on a schedule to make it home in time for meetings. Our tire got a puncture. We threw the spare on and checked into a hotel. First thing the next morning, my husband went to Les Schwab. They quickly got the tire fixed and then changed out the spare. They were courteous, quick, efficient and thorough. Coffee and snacks in the waiting room. To top off an extremely positive experience, they did the repair for free. Can't recommend them enough. Great place.

First time using this Les Schwab. I arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday to drop off one tire and wheel for a mount and balance, expecting that they'd get to it sometime the following week. One of the guys from the shop offered to get it done for me right away while I waited. Saved me time and money and got my truck back to work days sooner. Thanks!

This Les Schwab tire store rated five stars on this visit.The guys helped my wife with a tire problem that included a free replacement tire and a great price on a matching tire. Mounting was free also , balance on both tires was reasonable.My wife called me and turned the phone over to the Schwab tech, he told me the situation , I agreed, gladly, and they took care of it for us.It was a safety related problem and they got her back on the road.

Our RV trailer had a blow-out on I90. I pulled over to the gore -point right at the Fairchild AFB exit. They dispatched their roadside support and they put my spare on in no time. I went to their store to replace all my tires, not wanting to have another incident on my way home. I got to their store at 6:30pm, a half hour after closing. I pulled into the truck service bay where they had four of their team with jacks actually waiting for me. It looked like an F1 race pit stop. My trailer was in the air, tires off and being replaced in no time. What a crew, what a store! Les would have been proud.

Les Schwab is the only place I ll buy tires. Very upfront with customers and want to do right by them. Very reasonable prices, and their guarantees / warranties are amazing. Les Schwab once fixed a tire I didn t even buy there for free. Customer for life!

Performed a tire rotation for free and I ended up paying half what they quoted me to balance my tires. Only took 25 minutes. I'm very pleased with my experience.

I purchased a small used motorhome that required neglected maintenance and service. The staff at this Les Schwab location has been awesome! From making an appointment to hearing the diagnosis of the issue...The mechanics (Kyle, Chris, Dustin) are professionals, super helpful and havent failed to explain their findings in layman terms I understand as well as the suggested corrections. I knew when I purchased the motorhome that it would require work, and I am happy to have this business help prioritize the identified issues as I could schedule and budget the items for correction.It's been a process and this business has come thru for me every time I have returned for another visit/followup. What they couldnt do, they referred me to an awesome mechanic nearby who also provided excellent service!They have a comfortable reception area with snacks, beverages, phone charging station if you choose to wait for your vehicle. There is a large viewing window that you can watch the bustling activity in the bays.A friend referred me here. I enthusiastically pass the referral along to anyone else who is looking for excellent customer service (Sande, Loretta, Hanna) and quality mechanical skill. I can only keep crossing my fingers that Les Schwab does what they can to retain the staff here... they are great!

Les Schwab really came through for us today! We had lost a tire on our trailer headed toward Lake Chelan for our 30th wedding anniversary. We got towed in and the manager Chris got us right in and saved the Day! Thanks So much for all you did for us today! Also big thanks to Logan!

I came in without an appointment for a screw in my tire that miraculously wasn't losing air *yet* at 5pm. They close at 6pm. Despite being somewhat busy in my mind, they were happy to help and without charging me. Every interaction was with kindess and respect. Thankful for people and places like this!

All around great experience. Everyone was so nice. We were able to get our brakes checked, cleaned and packed on our rv; and it was done within an hour. Thank you! We will be back!
