Reid, John and the whole team are awesome. My family and I have been customers for many years. They are professional, honest, knowledgeable, reliable, reasonably priced, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We've had all kinds of repairs done, major and minor, hard to remember them all. They can get very busy, but somehow manage to work you in and have a speedy turnaround time. We've also had them inspect several cars before we purchased. The lobby area is comfortable, clean, and well-lit. The location is conveniently located on Hwy 2 in Airway Heights, near Yokes.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

I found them to be knowledgeable and friendly. Appreciated the fact that they not only show me the air filter when they went to replace it but also checked with me before completing the work. Found it refreshing that they were up front with other customers when they ran into an issue they could diagnose but did not necessarily have the skills to complete repairs adequately. In most cases they were able to recommend a competent source to complete the repair.

Always treated as a valuable customer. Every time I have had car problems Inland (John Shunn) have taken great care of me. Its the place to go when you need your car worked on. The Place is exceptionally clean, and the waiting room is inviting and comfortable.

I have been an avid customer at Inland Auto sales for at least 7 years now, I have only received the finest quality care for my vehicle. John at the front desk, and Andy have always made sure nothing was accomplished before asking first and gave me the best advice especially if it wasn t something that they could fix. You can always trust and believe that they will repair your vehicle correctly and in a timely manner. One last thing, ask about synchrony credit it s a game changer for the unexpected emergencies. At one time I was without a car for a month because Wendle at the Y didn't keep me updated on the progress of the heating and cooling project I brought them, so when I sat and waited for my oil change here, at Inland Sales and Service, I overheard a phone call politely asking if a rush was needed on a vehicle of which needed more time. I was so impressed and have decided to take all my vehicle here from here on out! Communication is huge and appreciated!

Transmission failed on my 2023 F250 pickup. I looked online for various repair shops in my area to consider for working on transmission and found Inland sales and service was the closest available service. In general all reviews were very positive so I called Inland and arranged to have my truck towed in. Diagnostics were completed thoroughly and it was recommended that transmission be replaced. I had also asked for alternator to be checked as I suspected it was failing. We agreed upon the course of repairs to replace the transmission and the alternator along with the drive belt. Timeline and costs were estimated. I had expected it would take several weeks for repair and that was the case. Upon completion I received texts emails and a phone call to confirm it was ready for pickup. The work appeared to have been completed thoroughly and I was happy that the new transmission seem to be performing better than the original transmission ever did in terms of smooth shifting. Costs were about what I had originally anticipated. I will certainly reach out to Inland for any future vehicle maintenance and repair work.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Transmission replacement

John was great to work with. He called and let me know what was going on and even the bad news was easy to feel like he wasn't trying to get more work upsold. I have been in the automotive business for 30 years and know when someone is being dishonest. Right away I could tell he wasn't trying to gouge me. The bill I got was very clear as to what was done and not a big surprise. I will be a long term customer as long as I am treated the same.Tom

Inland Sales and Service is a wonderful auto mechanic shop. The place is very clean, inviting, and organized. I spoke with John. He was very friendly and helpful. They diagnosed my car problem and fixed it in a day. Thank you guys, you're the best!!!

I have had all my vehicles worked on in one capacity or the other with the same outcome every time. They Say what they re gonna do, do what they say, and charge what they say they re going to charge. Never a surprise! Everyone is always pleasant to work with, and they always have a smile on their face.

The customer service was wonderful. The people are kind and attentive. They also have free drinks while you wait. (Cute straws toooo). They did my oil change in under an hour and were incredibly kind. PLUS a nice customer secretly paid for my cabin air filter that I couldn t afford to replace and I just want to say thank you to him for that. I probably won t ever see him again so maybe he will see this review and know I m going to pay it forward. Thank you.

Had U-joint replaced on my truck. Reasonable quote, timely service, quality work. They checked a few extra safety things and had some recommendations, but weren't pushy to have work done, just FYI type advice. Would recommend to friends and will use again for future repairs.

I have been a customer for years. Employees are upfront, honest and willing to work with warranty issues when it occurred in my situation. John was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. Work is done in a timely manner even when you don t have an appointment or they are booked out.

John and everyone else was very nice. They called around and located my parts along with a quote for my clutch job. They saved me money by replacing my rack and pinion steering while they had the frame down for the cost of parts only. They got me in and my car back in the same week. They got our truck in right away, diagnosed the issue and fixed it in an amazingly timely manner. I was expecting the cost to be much more and it was very affordable. I was referred to this shop by a tire shop. I have to say, they did not disappoint! I liked that I could see my vehicle from their reception area and appreciated being kept informed on its status. I am a raving fan and will definitely be back for service as needed!

My visit this week was to replace the leaky transfer case, front differential, and front brakes. Since my rig was dismantled anyway, John called and got the ok to replace the wonky ball joints. Less than $1900 total!
