I came in for just a standard oil change but the wonderful mechanics went above and beyond when they did a full check up, topped off my fluids, and filled all my tires without even having to ask in addition to the oil change. Every single person in attendance was so kind to me and I even found out that one of the mechanics lived in the same area as I did before coming to Spokane, reminiscing about the old stomping grounds. Top notch customer service as well as hospitality!

J and the crew looked out for me when I really needed it. You don t always come across those kind of people. Good dudes. Good mechanics.My rig was losing brake fluid and I wouldn t have realized it until it was too late if it wasn t for them. They helped me get back safely on my way and managed to lift my spirits a good bit just by being genuinely nice people. My expectations weren t just met, and as exceeded as they were, I was simply refreshed by the hospitality. Most importantly, I am grateful to have my baby back and on the road again.Thanks again, y all.

Very professional but also kind and humble. Explain what they were doing while working on vehicle and actually showed me two filters which was in need of replacement. Put air in my tires due to being a little low and add windshield fluid as well. I will be going back for sure.

Grease monkey did a great job doing an oil change on my vehicle.I got it at 8:03 and was out by 8:25They were kind and courteous.The price was a little high and it would have been better if they opened earlier than 8.

I had a loaner vehicle while mine got fixed and the trunk kept popping open while driving. I stopped here to see if they had any idea of how to keep it closed. Even though they were on their lunch, they still helped me zip tie it closed until I could take it back. Thank you so much for your kindness

I had a great experience at this Grease Monkey location. They were attentive and speedy. My vehicle had started making funny noises the day before and while they didn't find anything, they did check it out for me and recommended another local shop if the problem didn't clear up on it's own. Highly recommend this place for your quick service needs.

Friendly greeting from the moment I pulled up. Experienced employees performing all the checks and replacing all the fluids that they stated they would in a timely manner. They identified and informed me of additional issue that would need to be addressed in the future. Prices were very reasonable and overall I was very pleased and will definitely be going back.

The team is so nice, answered all of our questions about other services, gave us quotes, and were fairly quick with changing our oil, filters and doing a flush. 10/10 would recommend!

I was in a hurry and there was a couple cars ahead of me, but when it was my turn the team did my oil change at rapid speed and did everything including washing my windshield and vacuuming my car. Truly appreciated guys!!

Service was excellent. I was in and out with no issues. Customer service was amazing. All my options were explained in detail, so I did not feel that I was being taken advantage or pressured, will definitely be back.

Always fast service! Helpful & knowledgeable, plus I havent felt the need to go ahead & go back to spokane for an oil change, in 3yrs as they have earned my trust. I fully support this business.

They do a pretty good job. Previously they would wash windows, vacuum, and put air in tires. Not sure if they are still doing that.

Everyone was working really hard even though it was -2� and they got me in really fast and they were really nice and wonderful. I love grease monkey and no one will ever take care of my car again except for these guys.

I specifically asked to have my oil changed and also the fuel filters.I waited for over an hour and when they came out with the completed invoice,there was no fuel filter replacement noted.I was told I could get back in line and wait another hour or so more for them to complete the job.I didn t have time to wait so I left.I wasn t happy!

We noticed after the oil change, when driving the car, a foul smell coming thru the air vents. I m thinking oil was spilled on the engine. Very annoying and potentially dangerous.Upon stopping by, they checked out under the hood, making sure all was right.Thanks!

Excellent service recieved!So I went in for an oil change last week. Went through what all I wanted done, that was great. They pulled my car in and went to work.The tech came in a few minutes later and told me that whomever had changed the oil the time before (Toyota dealer in Lewiston) had really overtighted the filter cannister and he wasn't sure he was going to be able to get it off without breaking it.I asked him if he'd pulled the drain plug yet, and he had not. We then agreed that it would be best for me to take it back to the Toyota dealer and have them deal with it, which I did (and they replaced parts) and they found that it had been very overtightened.I tried to offer the Grease Monkey dude something for his time, professionalism (for knowing not to put too much torque on the thing and break it), and honesty, and he said he didn't want anything other than a positive online review. Well here it is dude! Thank you, I'll be back!

Not happy about recycling fee. Waste oil is worth money. It's not a used tire. Otherwise great service.
