Not the worst service I ve experienced, but definitely not the greatest. I called them the Friday before my appointment to get a better understanding on the scheduling for a windshield replacement, so I m not sure if I spoke to someone at this specific location or at a call center but whoever they were, they were not helpful at all. I asked very clear questions and it felt as if she didn t have the answers. When we dropped the car off, the receptionist wasn t very personable. And when we picked the car up, they gave us the keys and didn t tell us where the vehicle was parked (all the way in the back of the building). This location was easy to find and was well-kept and organized.

Scott and his crew made the entire process seamless and pleasant. Not only did they communicate with my insurance, keep me updated on the progress, and do a wonderful repair job, they gave me my car back clean and detailed. All the stars for this company! Highly recommend.

One star is too many. Long story short, do not go here. We had a insanely horrible experience throughout the whole process. We were lied to multiple times. They called to tell me my car was done and told me I needed to bring a new battery with me because they had been jumpstarting my car almost the entire time they had it there but they didn t tell a single thing about this. I talked to them weekly for over 4 weeks and they didn t mention a single thing about it until the day they called to tell my car was done. Seems like a pretty important detail to leave out, unless they were at fault and purposely didn t tell me they were jumpstarting my car for weeks.

I've never had a bad experience with Gerber especially this location. They made my wife's car as good as new and then they worked on my Frontier. It was like nothing ever even happened to it. They always stay in good communication. The techs are all super friendly. And the work is done in a timely manner and vehicle nice and clean when you get it back. I won't go anywhere else for repairs.

You better hope they fix it right the first time because they won't stand behind their "Lifetime Service Warranty".I selected Gerber to repair the front end of my truck after hitting a deer. Though the repairs were lengthy, it turned out really good. 4,800 miles later, my transmission broke and the first question the mechanic asked was "did you get your radiator worked on recently?". It turns out that Gerber forgot to refill my transmission fluid after doing all the rip and replace work under the hood. While there was some fluid left in the reservoir, the dipstick didn't register anything and there were no signs of any leakage. They forgot to top it off and I had been driving my truck on insufficient fluid only to have my transmission break after. Simple mistake, but after approaching them I was treated like an afterthought. The manager wouldn't respond nor did his manager. Call after call, email after email- nothing. When I finally did get in touch there was 0% ownership and a "you can't prove it" attitude which made me feel as if I was just harassing them. I called them out on their "National Lifetime Guarantee" and still have yet to hear back. I since have had to pay to get my transmission fixed and feel that this guarantee means nothing. It's just a marketing scam so beware if you decide to use Gerber and need to rely on that "guarantee". I just wanted them to at the very least take some responsibility and meet me half way. They didn't even listen or entertain it- leaving me out to dry. I would never use them again and if you do- better hope they do things right the first time because after you pay them you will be tossed aside as I was.Services: Transmission, Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I accidentally backed up to a parked car in the middle of the night. And the rear right bumper has been pushed out or dented, I didn't took care of it, and as time flies, it went hanging down because one of the bracket breaks and clips got broken and due to wind pressure while driving on the highway it keeps flying out of position and makes a squeaky noise. Went to this collision center since it's close to my workplace. People are so nice, Rob hook me up by replacing the clips absolutely for free, they did it so quick with quality work, now I can go 70mph on a 70mph highway and will not be bothered anymore being concerned that it might unhook again. Great place to go for a collision fix.

I brought my jeep here for a minor repair and they exceeded my expectations! The front desk gal is very sweet and was very helpful! Elijah the manager was very knowledgeable and is amazing at what he does! Whole staff is amazing and had my car repaired and detailed in less than 2 days! Definitely recommend

Amazing! Took our 2022 toyota 4 runner in for a front end repair. The staff took care of every detail and brought it back better then new. The front office was always cheery and made me feel like my business really mattered. Could not have asked for a better service. My car was in a hit and run collision while parked at my home. Gerber Collision and Glass were very professional, fit my car right in, completed an estimate right away and worked with my insurance for me. Elijah not only did superb workmanship on my vehicle, to include cleaning interior and running diagnostics, he completed the job within a few days. At first I was told it may be a few months as all repair places are running that far out. I couldnt have been treated better and am very happy with the repair job to my vehicle!! Made an appointment 5-29, 36 days out at 11am 7-3. Melissa and Scott were great. I walked in at 1045 am. July 3. A wicked Witch Teresa who was laughing with a 90 year old lady, treated me like a transient off the street.Who are you? Why are you here? I said unfeffing believable. This was the best and quickest service. Elijah was literally the best! Very friendly! He made sure to explain everything that was on the paperwork. My appointment was an hour and I was done in about 30-35 min. The lady working at the desk I didn t get her name but she was sooo nice! Made sure I was comfortable. They kept the conversation going while Elijah was doing my estimate. Over all best experience there props to Elijah! I will def be going back!

Despite my insurance totaling the car so I could not see the repairs actually be completed, the staff were friendly, cordial and vocal throughout the process up to that point. Elijah in particular was very helpful in the final stages today.There may be other locations where you might get a quicker turn around, but this Airway Heights location is worth it just for the honesty and helpfulness of the employees.Service: Body & Trim

Elijah did an incredible job with my collision estimate. It took less than 2 hours for him to get it to me directly. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I got in an accident in November, insurance took forever but once I got my car into Gerber it seemed like they made it a top priority to fix my car. They made it look brand new, fixed the mechanical aspects and even cleaned the inside and out! Everyone was so kind and professional. I would highly recommend this location and Gerber in general to anyone that needs body work. I m so unbelievably grateful for all the help and peace of mind having my car back. Walked in to Gerber and immediately felt at ease. Both Teresa and Elijah were extremely hospitable. Elijah notified me that they were booked for a month and a half out, but he would work diligently to get it in sooner if I left my vehicle in their lot. A week later, I received confirmation that they had gotten it in the shop much sooner and were working on it. Though my vehicle ended up being totaled, I'm glad I chose Gerber in Airway Heights.

Had a great experience here after having someone hit my car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tim went above and beyond when assessing my car to see if it would be safe for to drive before it could be brought in for repairs. Their partnership with Enterprise made getting a rental hassle free. A rental was brought out to me when I dropped my car off and I was able to leave to keys with them when I picked my car up. The repairs were finished on time and have not had any problems with my car since.

Less than 1 star. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The receptionist, Theresa, had told me my paperwork was lost along with the huge turnover in their shop (this is after waiting and waiting and emailing their person who did my quote). I had gotten a quote at the beginning of July and had still been waiting to hear from them to schedule me. I told her it sounded like I slipped through the cracks and needed to schedule ASAP. She replied with, "That's not our fault. Most customers have been calling back to schedule since they didn't hear from us." Ummm, no. I asked if I was supposed to be psychic and now that they lost my paperwork and recently had a high turnover. She said, "Yes, I guess". I will never bring anything here and will tell all my connections not to. I went to River City Auto Body instead (my insurance company's recommendation after hearing what Gerber Collision said). AMAZING customer service so far!

Great customer service - Gary and the staff made the process easy. Dropped off my wife's X3, the rental car guy picked us up and Kelsey from the shop keep us posted on the repair progress with a text every couple of days (which I really appreciated) AND they dealt with the insurance people on a couple of issues. When I picked up the car - it was super clean and most importantly, it was like it never happened!

I've had a couple of body work jobs done here, they've done a great job. One was after hitting an animal and the other was after someone smashed in my car to seal some things.You never know by looking at the car. They've been honest and easy to deal with. They've gone out of their way to be helpful both times.
