This is a business that is not to be trusted. The fact that insurance companies use them to store vehicles that have been involved in accidents is crazy. I was involved in a minor accident that was no fault of my own, and my insurance company had my vehicle towed to Copart Airway Heights. My insurance company decided my vehicle was a total loss, and while we were negotiating whether I would buy it back or not Copart caused damage to my vehicle by destroying my tailgate. I was not notified, nor was my insurance company notified that they had caused this damage. I bought my vehicle back from the insurance company and when it was delivered to my house, I noticed the damage to the tailgate that wasn't there from the accident. I had photos after the accident to show all the damage to my vehicle. I contacted Copart and the general manager admitted they had caused the damage and asked me to get two quotes which I did. After sending him the information he later came back and said that Copart wasn't gonna pay anything because the insurance company had deemed my vehicle a total loss. I got my vehicle back and now have to pay $2500 to get a new tailgate because they destroyed the one that was on it. It's very apparent that they hoped I would not buy the vehicle back, and then the damage would never be discovered once my vehicle made it to the wrecking yard. Do not trust these guys.

One star because google doesn't let you go any lower on undeserving businesses.Got my car picked up as part of a total with my insurance company. Was told I would be called about buying back the car. Never was called, and Copart sold the car at an auction. Car had a lot of sentimental value to me. Do yourself a favor, and go anywhere else in Washington State.Thanks a lot.

I drove 60 miles and arrived literally one or two minutes late. They didn't care. I drove home empty handed. Customer service is certainly not a priority here. Two stars rather than one because the girl working the desk was pleasant.

Bomb diggity deals on wheels, make sure if you are cutting a Check.. make it out to; COPART.NOT COPART SPOKANE, or any other names

The GM Devin is running a scheme with the insurance and tow truck companies to empty your vehicle of any values or personal belongings after an accident and then refuse to provide the tow information. They will take staged photos of your vehicle with the tow companies before removing items. Devin offers a free lot to store vehicles in after accidents just to have better access to people's goods. Explain driving a wrecked vehicle past the drop point and another 10 plus miles out of the way to the lot, just so the vehicle can be gone through, and then returned to the original drop point. You even stole my floor mats!!!! This place is a scam and Devin should be ashamed of himself!!

A company that bully s you into fees. Horrible customer service, The pickup process is atrocious! I have been to this location consistently for 12 years and an additional 8 with other locations. Avoid this place as much as you can.

WoW, This is one of the best Copart's I have EVER dealt with! The team truly tries to get it right! From the top down they are a great team! I having bought from all of the west coast, I have seen many deceptive photos and NONE of them are from this yard! It is always a pleasant and friendly transaction!The changes that have taken place here at the Spokane yard are wonderful! I have help several friends buy cars here, and I always recommended Copart first when anyone is looking for a project or in need of a major part.

I m just beginning to get into the auction world and have made so many mistakes already just figuring out the system, but the managers and customer service reps here have been amazing and helped me out WAY more than anybody else would have. They ve footed the bill for some mistakes I VE made. Absolutely 100/10 location. I would highly recommend them any day to someone trying to start auction work!

This place does not care if your car is a salvage title or dropped off for assessment by insurance agent. They will manhandle your car with a huge fork lift with little care for causing further damage. Absolutely ridiculous the way they treat your car!

This place is a joke. Our truck got towed there by our insurance company and ended up not being a total loss so we got our truck back. When we got it back, both the front and back license plates were missing. The front one had actually been ripped off and the corner of it was all that was left. My husband has called several times to get to the bottom of it. All they can say is they took them off and cannot find them and it is up to us to replace them now. Thanks a lot Coparts.

You never know when you will find a hero. Stephanie came to our rescue when we had left some items in a vehicle that was taken to Copart from our Autobody Shop. She went out of her way to make sure the items got back to their rightful owner. She is always helpful and friendly but this time she took it to a superhero level. She rocks! Just had the opportunity to work with Amelia at Copart as well. How many great people can work at one place at one time? Top notch!

I have purchased numerous cars at Copart and I've been pleased with every transaction that I've done. The Spokane Copart I've only purchased one car at but I have used it to pay for cars in other locations and I helped someone load out a car here once and every experience I've had with the Spokane Copart has been fantastic. If the right deal comes up at the right time I'll come back to the Spokane Copart. Keep up the good work!

Day and night difference between iaai and this copart yard. Lady in the office was very nice/helpful. Had to pull into the yard to pickup a boat (they don't fork boats you load yourself) but they let you do your own thing nobody breathing down your back and no one rushing you. Wait time was almost unexistant. The loader drivers have manners(will thank you) and are very helpful as well. Would definitely recommend. Read the policies before you get mad at a policy they have that you didn't know about.

Excellent place to buy if you know what you are looking at AND some experience in fixing a car that had damage.***** One side note, the forklift grabbed and tore my CV axle boot when the truck was loaded. I had checked out the truck very well ahead of time. Nothing I can do about it but cost me extra I didn't need to spend

I'm sure it's good, but, I joined and was unable to place bid same day. They must vet your identity prior to bidding. Takes a day or two.

Hi, let Me tell You about Copart Action (here-in Spokane-Airway Heights, WA) :It's one of the BEST Insurance Action in Spokane or Spokane valley .!!Why? Well, let Me tell you why:#1-- Manager .! The main-manager (older -Guy) is one of the nicer managers you can meet in one of this car Actions.!Just NICE guy, and He be "happy" to try to help you with what He can.!#2-- Staff/People that works there - just NICE people.!Managers/front desk/and others - just NICE people.!When they meet you, they always meet You with Smile :-) ( like --"Amy" on front desk, and She knows her job Well-if you have a ? - She will do her BEST to help you (with what she can ) .!#3-- Pure-Sale ..!! This is nice to have it - on any actions -- so, if you bit on car and won--It's is yours.!P.s. Other Insurance do NOT have this future (Pure-Sale), on other actions :-(..So, you see why I wrote this review and hopefully this info will help you.. :-)P.s. - Many - Customers of Copart (in Spokane) will say same-think as I did (spes.- about Manager or Amy or about Pure-sale)..!!P.S. I hope --- this review get read by Copart-Corporate office also..!

Corporate Mandates from Hell. Rules on top of rules to protect themselves. Office person very rude with attitude... like she's doing me a favor. "Buy It Now " so difficult I walked away from situation . Went in to look at a car and found out that i came on a day they dont let people in the yard. They only let you out on Tuesday. The lady behind the counter was very nice and let me look at it anyway and gave me some very good information that helped me buy it.

The girls in the office are kinda rude at times. Not sure if it's because of a heavy workload, or something else. Customer service could improve.

I have a sad experience with the new Copart team at Spokane wa they find different reasons not to give you cars and then charge you for storage and number 2 horrible forklift driver and he hit the flatbed and scared my child bad customer treatment.

Quick Service considering that when they went there there was snow but they will not let you anymore to have your running driving car drive out for some reason so they do have to use forklift which usually messes up suspension components

I came to pick up the bike here and come to find it tipped over and frozen to the ground resulting in additional damages not disclosed. All motorcycles here are outside covered by snow. Workers here don't even care to cover them with plastic. Will not buy from this location again.

Bad customer service at this location, just talked to guy on the phone asking some questions about 2 atv i was trying to buy from them, he answered 2 questions, then he sad sorry I'm really busy, and hang up on me.Way to go copart.

This place doesn't even deserve one star!! They are rude, have hidden fees and tell lies about the cars. Poor customer service and very rude!!
