I would give this place 10 STARS This place is amazing and phenomenal. First Bruce got me an appointment in on my birthday got here at 8:30ish. I told him about the sunroof and they got the motor to replace it. I stayed there for over 5 hours but it was worth it especially when Bruce offered me longhorn bbq. This place is the best to take your vehicle in no doubt they will help you and get it done if you have patience but if you don t I would wait because they have the best customer service and they will fix your situation or problem. One of the techs fixed my sunroof for our 2016 ford escape titanium and now we have a brand new sunroof that works. Thanks guys and thank you Bruce for your help. You ROCK as a service manager. I ll refer to other people about this place and CAL.

I have had 2 vehicles worked on at Cal Cars Service Center. The experience was absolutely amazing. Bruce, was spectacular to deal with. He called me with every update. He was kind, and cared a lot about me getting my vehicles back as fast as possible. I would recommend anyone get their vehicles worked on at Cal Cars Service Center. Talk to Bruce, he will absolutely take care of you.

I have nothing but great things to say about Cal cars service in Airway the whole team led by Bruce really went above and beyond with helping my family and I. I had 2000 dollars worth of work done and the warranty company was not going to cover 900 of it and Bruce s team went to bat for us and spent several days getting this issue resolved. I would highly recommend and they have earned a customer for life!

These guys absolutely rock it! Every vehicle I have brought in has been extremely efficiently serviced, and they have always been really easy to deal with and work with. 0 negitive surprises from these guys. I highly recommend them.

My appointment was at 1pm and got there early, 1245pm and my service was completed by 116pm. I brought the part as other car servicers in the area would not let that happen. Very courteous staff and would come here again.

We just had the best experience here thanks to Bruce, thank you so much for going above and beyond. He was able to address the issues our truck was having, and fast, too! Bruce is a true professional- he took great care of us, and showed concern and urgency for the problems. We would purchase another vehicle/service plan through Cal based on how great the service was.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went to Cal cars this morning. Took my car in that I had just purchased three weeks ago. The alternator has completely failed. And I talked to Don and Don was not willing to waive the diagnostic fee of $135. I also told Don that I am not going to be paying for the alternator repair due to the fact that Cal cars needs to do a courtesy customer service and fix this for free because of the fact I barely purchased this vehicle three weeks ago. Don proceeded to give me a bunch of political and corporate jargon about how I needed to talk to the sales department to get anything compensated. At this point, the service has been poor with Cal, and a very terrible representation of the company. They are not willing to extend a hand and offer any courtesy at this point, or even condolences for the fact that the alternator failed on my car within three weeks of purchase. Do not do business with Cal cars.

While I was concerned about my vehicle brakes and performance, Bruce assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that he'd call and check up on me later in the day to keep me in the loop regarding replacement parts. I feel so much more at ease now and confident that my vehicle will be in tip top shape once Bruce takes care of it. Thanks Calcars and team.

This service center will bend over backwards to help you get your rig back on the road. From just about day one of buying my truck from CAL, it was a nightmare. That thing probably should have never been sold, especially in the mechanical condition it was in. So don't mistake my four star rating of the service dept for the sales dept. They maybe get two stars at best. That's another story and another review. Everybody I dealt with all the way to the manager of the service dept did everything they could to fix my truck, get it reliable and back on the road. Granted it took many, many visits to the service center, they really did do everything they could. As the problem kept occuring and new DTCs popped up they'd get me to the front of the line, even when they were booked out for weeks. They covered many things the warranty didn't cover or at least at minimal cost to me. When I say they bent over backwards they really did. Buy the warranty btw! We paid $3200 for the warranty and they're easily $7-8k deep in repairs that have almost cost me nothing more than a few hundred bucks as the service dept covered the vast majority of what the warranty didn't. They truly took pity on me after the sales guys sold me truck that should have never left the lot in the mechanical condition it was in. The problem(s) the truck had were intermittent and hard to catch. Bear in mind for the warranty to cover any repairs there has to be an active DTC. These issues hid themselves well but had the sales dept done a more thorough inspection of my truck they would have at least known there was something very wrong. Be that as it may, I really can't give the service dept, especially the manager Kate, enough praise. She personally took on my truck and wasn't going to give up until it was actually fixed. She personally drove it on and off all day even though she was short staffed and had a service dept to run. She went above and beyond and kept very good communication. I'm still getting emails from her simply checking in and asking how my truck is doing. You just don't see that level of customer service anymore. I see why she's the manager. She seemed equally as frustrated as I have been trying to figure out what the problem was. I even got a bit salty with her at one point and she took it like a champ. She understood why I was so irritated after almost a year of battling the sputter and die issue my truck randomly had. I ended up buying my own Blue Driver DTC code scanner so I could try to get to the bottom of this absolute headache. Between doing that, which finally gave them what they needed to narrow down the problem, the extreme efforts of the entire service dept, an immense amount of time and patience on my end and thousands of dollars paid by the warranty, my truck seems to finally be fixed. I sincerely thank Kate, Don and everybody else who had to deal with me and my truck for all the hard work, time and desire to legit get to the bottom of things and get me to a place where I think I can trust and finally be able to enjoy my truck.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Engine repair, Side view mirror repair, Oil change

Very fast, efficient, and friendly. This place is the best in Spokane county hands down. They made my day. Shout out to Tyler.UPDATE: This review was done when Tyler (a black guy) was working there.
