My boyfriend & I have both gotten our vehicles lifted @Bison. They re very thorough, patient & knowledgeable. They have always treated us so well, do great work & they ll beat anyone s prices! I wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else!

These guys are fantastic! I've taken multiple vehicles here for various issues. If it is beyond the scope of the services they offer, they will point you in the right direction! They even fixed my flat for free, they have earned a loyal customer in me!

Made it 15 min into my 4 hour drive before I noticed a screw in my tire. Every other shop in the area told me it would be 3-6 hours before they could see me, but bison tire had me in and out within 30 minutes free of charge. Great shop and great people.

My husband took my car a week ago to get fixed. He hit a curb and messed my alignment up and needed to get my car balanced! Bison tires did it in a greatly timely matter!! Yesterday I took my husband truck in to also get alignment done and 4 new sets on!! As well with all 4 tire sensors replaced. We will definitely always choose to go to Bison Tires!! Highly recommend them!!!

Brought my pickup in for an alignment after I replaced front end parts. I was in and out in about 1 hour with no appointment. I just called before to check if they were busy. The alignment was spot on. Please support smaller businesses like this. Much better service than the corporate tire shops.

I'd heard a lot of great things about Bison Tire and decided, when I needed new tires in the future, that I'd give them a shot. This morning I discovered a leak in my truck tire so I called Bison Tire to ask about an appointment. No answer however they called me right back even without leaving a voicemail. Wow. Told me to come right in.Even though they looked very busy, they insisted on taking a look anyway. After about 15 minutes, they had fixed the leak. On top of that, they didn't charge me. Unbelieveably great customer service.With that one interaction, Bison Tire has gained a customer for life. Great people, great service, great everything!

Mom's tired had been leaking she had braught it to poor boys about a week before this and they didn't fix the problem. We were stuck I airway. We went ti bison to have them fix the tire. The tires was ruined and they didn't have a replacement in stock so they found a used one out it on fire is and didn't even charge her for it it was nice she

Trustworthy & Efficient! I'm new to the area and hate having to trust new repair facilities away from home. Bison had our tire finished within 10 minutes of walking in no appointment and didn't even charge me! This was a lucky find. They attained a loyal customer today.

*negative post* if you don t want to read keep scrolling you all know my passion is boosting small local business. This has to be said though.DO NOT GO TO CAL Cars CDA or Bison Tire! PERIOD!Do not give them your business! PERIOD! The truck is better after the first debacle and visit. However, They marred my wheel replacing a bad tire. The truck alignment still isn t right, I believe it wasn t done after lifting. There is still at least one bad/out of balance tire.BUT*Here s the issue now.. The rear suspension is loose... I had a local tire place diagnose and confirm it s the wrong shocks/installed wrong. The wrong sized bushings are pressed in. It s still very very very hard to contact. The conversation pictured is bison. I only got a reply either time by going in to CAL and raising hell.CAL sold me this truck, held it for two weeks for what was I expected was to do the lift detail and safety. I got it back, after no communication meanwhile, disgustingly dirty, DEFINITELY NOT detailed, empty gas tank and no lift or tires. I had to contact bison myself over months to set up lift wheels and tires. Wrong parts were ordered a couple times.I was over charged. Took FOREVER. There is NO communication. Wrong parts were put on. Parts were put on wrong. It s still not together right.

Went in without an appointment and as a new customer on a Monday morning to get new tires put on my truck. They were very accommodating and job was done in a little over 30 minutes. They also advised me that I would need new front brake pads soon. Very pleased with the service they provided.

4 stars is my usual high mark so, they did good as far as work and customer service go. Initially I had them do an alignment on the Bonneville and she drives so much better than before.Then I ordered tires online and had them sent to them and they installed them. As far as I can tell, they did a good job with that part, however, I paid online for the installation when buying my tires and the guy who checked my car in was aware of this, but somehow this information wasn't passed onto the closing guys and I had to pay for installation again.Luckily, (according to SimpleTire,) they will take care of it and refund back to me, however... I don't know that another customer would have gone through all this so quietly. It should be something that's put in the system so this doesn't happen to other online buyers. Just my opinion though.As far as their work, I have no complaints. Prices, High for my liking but good compared to other places.Ability to find...Not so good. If you come from 1 direction you can't find it as they have no real sign and the banner thing they do have, is directed in a way it can only be seen coming from 1 direction. However, luckily I was aware of the area it should have been due to Google maps, so, I pulled over right away when I didn't see it and the guy who answered for them got me there quickly and painlessly.

I can not say enough ice things about Bison Tire. I just bought my second set of tires for my truck from them. They had my wife in and out in under an hour. They are the only place I will buy tires from in this area for my truck and my wife s SUV

Had a nail in my tire on a busy snow tire swap day. Schwab had a 4 hour wait. The folks at Bison took me right in and fixed it in less than an hour. Really excellent folks. Thank you Bison. Liked them so much i bought a shirt!

Monday morning flat tire, they were able to squeeze me in. It ended up being so much worse than just a flat tire and they fixed it all! Can t ask for better service or people to support with your business. Highly recommend!

Tyler, and his crew were amazing! I have never been more impressed by a work ethic of the entire team. Tyler has an amazing team of hard working men that poor their hearts into their work and most importantly, customer service. I will be sending my entire family and all of my friends to Tyler and his crew. They do amazing work, specializing in lift kits, tires and all accessories for your truck or keep. When we need the trucks we rely on to be reliable, Bison Tire is the way to go! We all know the difficulties in finding a fair price, expert service and quick scheduling when it comes to keeping the work vehicles on the road. Bison Tire hit all the marks on that list and more! I've been in twice, once VEEERY last minute to buy winter tires and have them put on and then again to switch back once the snow had passed in the spring around a month ago. They were friendly, professional and not pushy about anything plus their prices on studded tires beat out Les Schwab and tire-o-rama or whatever in Spokane. I always like a better deal!
