This is the cleanest AutoZone I have ever been to. We went before noon and there was one other customer besides us. The store was incredibly organized and well-kept. We were able to find what we needed right away. The employee working seemed to be in his own routine and was a little rough around the edges, not overly concerned about greeting us or checking us out. Overall, not a bad experience.

This is our local store. We've come to expect a friendly welcome and offer to help, and the store delivery method has always been on time or earlier. We appreciate that autozone does everything they can to help us get what we need to fix our cars.

Larry at the autozone in airway heights saved me 7000 bucks.I was at a loss and thought my engine was done. He found me the proper spark plugs and car is running like new. Need great customer service? Go see Larry in airway heights WA. Imma see this person every time I need something!!!!

The manager here is a great person and helped me immensely when I bought new rotors for my truck and parts for my van.Being disabled and using a cane tends to limit my carrying ability but they jumped to and helped me carry out the parts and bring my cores back in.

I'm a disabled vet with mobility issues and I needed a battery for my truck but could not install it, the gentleman I believe was the manager came out and installed it for me, for his assistance I decided to do as much business with them as I could justify so I had him sell me antifreeze, windshield wipers, windshield deicer fluid, a quart of oil, etc. all of which he topped off my vehicle with and cheerfully thanked me for my business.Wonderful customer service very much like your old time neighborhood store being neighborly helpful.

These guys (and girls) r the best. They r knowledgeable about their products and they even will charge my jump box for me when i have batteries tested n recharged, since I'm homeless. Very caring and amazingly friendly staff.

I bought a battery there with cash didn't need it. I tried to reurn it they said they don't have enough cash and would not open there safe to complete the return and I could drive 30 minutes out of my way to another store. We're very rude about it will not be going back.

Store was clean. The floors were clean. Everything was organized well in the store. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get all the things I needed for my auto parts needs while I was shopping there. It was a cold day outside when I went but I still had a nice visit. Thanks for reading my review. Jack and Madeline at the airway heights store rock!!! I had left on my lights numerous times thinking that they were on "auto"... But silly me didnt realize I don't have the option of auto in this car so it drained my battery. I called and asked if they tested batteries and if they could even replace it along with my burnt out lights. I arrived at the store in about an hour and they we're very efficient at replacing my battery diagnosing any further issues and replacing my headlights!!! Way to go guys, Great customer service!!!!!! We need more of that in today's world!!

Been going here for just over a year now and tonight was not my night. Just got some gear oil for my truck and a pump to add the oil and halfway through the plastic piece broke a rendering my truck broken until I could get the rest of the gear oil in. I called up AutoZone and talked to Tony who was super nice and let me come in last minute to exchange the broken tool and had me in and out in a matter of minutes. Tony has always been super helpful and enough so that he deserves a good review! Thanks Tony!

The people that work here are incredibly helpful when you need it. Not only did the employees help me find the parts and tools we needed, but they replaced the part for us completely when we didn t have the right one. And on top of that, even helped with a stubborn bolt when we were changing plates. Amazing employees that I can t say enough about

Retail Auto stores are like the last great gasp of hope for the DIY crowd of mechanical hopefuls; typically they are pretty routine and carry more in the way of an extension of the auto department of big box stores or local hardware stores who cross-merchandize to provide a little bit more convenience for the public odd. Gone are the days where the local auto parts store is value-added for much more than the quick grab and go, that's why you can find energy drinks, candy, and a small selection of stuff you should never see at an auto parts store. At any rate we need some gasket glue and the local big box store (you can probably guess the one) didn't have any. This place did and since we needed it right away the overpriced product was handy and allowed us to keep making progress, if I had a day or two I likely would have ordered it on prime and got it in 24-48 hours. Still, the gents working there were helpful enough, they addressed us as we entered the store, told us what we needed was on isle 5, we paid and were out of there in about 2 mikes (that's minutes for you non-military types). Average at best, expensive but works in a crunch for most things--I wouldn't buy windshield wipers, wiper fluid, energy drinks or skittles there though.

If you need auto parts in Airway Heights, make this you first stop over Napa. Immediate assistance and went above and beyond. Also they weren't afraid to say they didn't know and help you find out something. Great service!

When I went elsewhere to get a light bulb for my car, I was given no help on how to install it or anything. When I came to Auto zone even with another stores product they helped me right away and explained how to properly do it for next time. Will 10/10 shop here again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The guy behind the counter was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure the oil reservoir cap I was getting would fit properly. Even helped with some advice and had I not been in a hurry I'm sure he would have helped even more.

I called and asked for a starter for a chevy 350 from 70's and 80's stating I didn't know what type of car it came out of. Then he replies "73 chevy what car truck. I reminded him that I didn't know, he says we'll our system requires a make and model so I told him "pick one", he hung up. I called back and asked for a supervisor imagine that he was the supervisor. He said I was rude for not answering g his questions and I replies that as the supervisor of an autoparts store he A. Should be able to manipulate the system to search for one of the most popular engines of the 20th century. B. As the supervisor of an autoparts store he should be able to pick a cat from that Era with that engine to find the starter. Ridiculous. I will never shop thier again. Orielly's had no problem finding what I asked for. So they may cost more but thier is a reason. They hire competent employees. I will tell everyone I see to never go to this store because they have incompetent workers.

This is the only Auto Zone I have ever used and I'm pleased to say that this location is my first choice when it comes to parts stores.20+ years as a auto technician and I've seen it all. AZ had some hard to find parts in stock for a tpms sensor that self destructed. Saved my babysitter $45 right there.When it was time to replace the front control arm bushings and lower ball joints on my 03 cr-v. I was able to order exactly what I wanted (very particular about parts I use) and they arrived within a day.Solid customer service and the points program is far superior to the other big guy in town.Store is always clean and well organized.This AZ is setting the standard.

Helpful and friendly staff. I avoid the place because I'll end up spending too much money. Great selection of extras for your vehicle. Good prices compared to other locations. Definitely recommend.

I dont normally take the time for reviews but I just had to share my experience. Hanna was so sweet and was able to find my parts for me. It is tough when you are broke down on the side of the road and needing assistance thank god I was able to find Auto Zone and Ms. Hanna was able to get me the part I needed to get my car off the side of the road and home to Reardan.

My alternator went out on my rig. No big deal, right? Wrong. Finding one to fit was more difficult that I had anticipated and we went through two local stores(who brought them in but they were wrong) before calling AutoZone. They were fantastic on the phone and when the alternator was picked up. Super helpful!

I went in knowing what I needed from their awesome finder on their website for my vehicle. I put in what area I was in, and boom! In and out within 3 minutes. The employees were also very nice.
