Amazing staff. We had a flat on our sprinter. We were walk-in customers and they were able to get us four new tires in a matter of an hour or so. The tire tech even noticed the tires that were on it weren't the stock size, they were smaller and more narrow. Our girl is all set up with four awesome all terrain tires, that fit her! Let me tell you she drives so much better. And they even let the crazy beast come in and hang out while they worked on the van. Thank you all so much! You made an unpleasant start to the day 100% hassle free!

After my experience at Les Schwab I don't think I'll go anywhere else.They were courteous and professional. They got me taken care of in a timely manner.Overall an excellent experience. I'm now a customer for life.

They were great. I had a slow leak in my tire, and they put air in it for me twice before I was able to stop in and have it actually looked at. When I was able to get it looked at, they were quick, courteous, and were able to fix my old tire so it was free. Definitely will be doing business here when I need new tires, or I get another nail in my tire.

Very friendly and helpful. They repaired my tire in 45 minutes total. I have purchased all my tires from Les Schwab tire centers for the past 40 years and will continue to do so. Thank you

Don't get swindled... Or at least get a second opinion.I bought a 2023 brand new specifically so I wouldn't have to fix a car in the rain in my drive way. Took it it in to have the breaks checked. Les Schwab told me that both front rotors pads and calipers were going to need to be replaced because they were "stuck". The pads, according to them, had worn unevenly and were now grinding the rotors. Of course they quoted the dealer price for parts and serviceNeedless to say after pulling the wheels... In the rain and looking for my self I took it to a second shop that replaced the pads and called it a day.Not sure if Les Schwab is making their employees up-sale or what but I am done as a customer.

Went there to ask about new valve stem since mine isn't good, guy just checked air pressure on tires and said good to go. Didn't address the issue.

Great visit. Tires were rotated fast and efficiently and I was in and out of there in about 1 hr just like I was told when I checked in. The popcorn was fresh.

They got to my car on time and the service was quick not a long wait if you do your appointment in the morning and they give you a list of anything that has an issue

They put a dint in my door and tried to say it was alreay there when i left it and i know what my rig looks like and i know for a fact that it wasn t there all i wanted them to do was try to pop the dent out and they were rude as hell about it and refused to do anything

Im impressed with their customer service and got a free tire fix for my first visit. Photo is showing my flat tire that they fixed. called them (Aberdeen location) on saturday noon to fix my tire. they said it will take 30-45 minutes wait.. when I arrived, instantly got approached by one of their employee and assisted me to take care of my flat tire. once they took my car it only takes 10-15 minutes wait and my tire is fixed and the good thing is that they not only help me fixed my tire they also did it for free. We rarely see business offers free service but they did.. Thank you very much and I will return also recommend them if you have and issue with your vehicle..

Very clean & spacious waiting area. The customer service was fantastic, they met me at my car & got me right in.They still honor the flats for ladies fixed free policy that has been in place for yearrrrs now. Thank you to a great team.

Sometime ago, came in with a one rear tire with a leak. (~40k miles on tires/even wear) Les Schwab stated tire was unrepairable and recommended replacement of rear tires with a in stock tire that were of a different size and at a cost of ~$700 for two. Was warned if I did purchase the incorrect size of tire the speedometer will be a little off because of the different tire sizes.Got a second opinion by an independent shop. The other shop repaired the leaking tire free of charge.My original set of tires have now been replaced at 84k miles and still had legal tread available.Moral of the story is this Les Schwab location doesn't always have your best interests in mind.

I dropped a tire off for repair that was from there and it was so simple and fast the front desk lady was awesome and they even cleaned my tire and offered to put it on for me. Five stars great people

I went to this location today 10-21-2022. I had a screw in one of my tires. I got the absolute best service. Friendly smiling faces, prompt results to my almost flat tire. Jarrett was a blessing this morning. I recommend this location to others. Thank you for being Great!!

Les Schwab is my go-to tire store.My RV, pickup truck, horse trailer, or the Tesla. Les Schwab's trained staff at all their locations have taken great care of my cars. First used Les Schwab in 1971. I had the pleasure of meeting Les and his wife at the Lewiston Idaho store that same year. I always check prices, and Les Schwab's prices are always the lowest or very competitive. But when you add the service, the value added and ease of using any of the hundreds of locations as if they were your neighborhood shop makes Les Schwab the best independent tire store chain in the United States... I just wish they were everywhere as I have lived all over the USA and I always miss them when I am out of the service area.

Had a terrible experience at the Les Schwab in Vancouver. Fortunately, the service is much better at this store. I'm not sure if they have gone independent or something, but the service here is still good, just don't go to the one in Vancouver!

They were so pleasant and helpful.I immediately felt welcome.They replaced my battery on a timely fashion and it runs great now. I'm no longer worried about the car dying before I get to my destination. They have a great warranty.

My employer has a fleet account with LS, which I utilized when I needed to address low air pressure in my tire during a trip back to Olympia.Despite not having an appointment, the technician seemed annoyed and didn't check the recommended tire pressure on the door sticker.He filled the front tire, displaying his frustration toward me.Fortunately, Lacey Les Schwab replaced the tire the following day.

They treated me very well here. I needed a couple tires but was broke at the time so they financed them for me. It only took a couple minutes and they did a great job with the tires. They are the only place I know of that actually does more than what they charge you for.

They are always great. My last visit I was on a time frame and they made sure to get me out of there in time! Everyone is always nice and they have spanish speaking associates. Highly recommend!!

I made an appointment to have my emergency brake shoes replaced. The truck is 16 years old and the e brake was going down to the floor even though they were adjusted at a Dodge dealer about a year ago. After a half hour or so, Derek came out to tell me that the brake shoes were fine and just needed adjusting. How about that? An honest mechanic. I'll take as much business here as possible while I'm in the area.
