We purchased a 2023 Honda CRV and a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 from Honda of Grays Harbor, now Interstate Honda, in December of 2023. The new CRV, as expected, has been great. Our problem is with the truck. We paid a little more than it was worth because it had a bed cover and a toolbox, and because my salesperson told me that they had done a full diagnostic and replaced the brakes, fluids, battery, and a list of other things. We were concerned about it's durability as a 21 year old vehicle but it had low mileage and we were assured that it was in prime running order. Within a month, the transmission started skipping. Then it started overheating and we had to replace the radiator. A month after that, the rear brakes starting going out. I went in to our free 1st service and asked how brand new brakes that they'd supposedly just replaced could go bad in 3 months and was blown off my the service manager. My guess is out salesman lied about the list of things they'd fixed. Since then, we have had multiple other issues including the transmission. I understand that as an older vehicle we can expect things to need replaced, but not so many things so quickly after purchasing. This indicates unfair business practices on their part.

I like the service and they are great, but when it comes to the car wash, not impressed, my windshield had bugs still on it, and my rims were never touched..

It is so nice having such a quality establishment to bring my Honda to! I m a little ways out of Aberdeen but I wouldn t bring my civic anywhere else. The Service crew is amazing, friendly and informative.

This is a long positive review which Honda of Gray's Harbor completely earned!!We drove from Vancouver, WA to Aberdeen, WA to get our wonderful new car.We had contacted 3 dealerships about purchasing a car in the Portland-Vancouver area before we had the good fortune to find Honda of Gray's Harbor. None of the Portland area dealers came close in customer service and purchasing experience to Michael, Jake, and Mike P.First, Michael responded quickly to our initial email with a written offer good for a week that was better than any price we had seen. He also offered a fair price for our trade.Second, Jake quickly crunched numbers and got us financed at a very competitive rate.Third, Mike P. went through our final paperwork with us with absolutely zero hard sell or pressure to buy something we didn't want.And before we left the lot, Jake got us road ready with an excellent tutorial on our new car safety features and Bluetooth hands free phone set up.It was the most painless and effortless car purchase we have ever made in all our long lives! I drive from Gearhart Oregon to have my Honda Pilot serviced at Honda of Grays Harbor. They have always delivered what they promised, at a reasonable price and without trying to sell service that isn't necessary. I rarely give anything five stars!

I am usually happy to have my service done here.I brought a coupon for an oil change which included a vacuum out of my car and I did some additional maintenance as well.The paperwork shows the car was vacuumed out, but it wasn't.I was also told it would take "30 to 40 minutes" for the additional service, and waited for more than 2 hours in total (over an hour went by in the additional service time)Car is running great, don't know what took so long that they couldn't get the vacuum job done, also makes me wonder if they skipped on anything else?

I had an exceptional experience bringing in my wife s Range Rover for an annual service. Unlike many other service centers I was able to get an appointment scheduled very quickly. The staff was very nice and inviting and left a very happy customer!

I would highly reccomend Grays Harbor Honda, especially if you are selling your used vehicle. The salesperson Jake was awesome. He was clear and upfront and honestly. A complete pleasure to work with.We were offered top dollar for our used SUV, so we made the drive from Tacoma to Aberdeen the morning after the offer and everything went very smooth. We were in and out in less than an hour. No haggling or anything. They paid off the car and gave us a check for the remaining amount.Thank you all!

Purchased a new Honda and everything was perfect! They gave me a great deal on the new vehicle and offered more than any other dealership on the trade-in. The Salesman Jake was excellent - he was non-pushy, answered all questions professionally and gave us good information about the new car. Overall it seems like a very friendly small-town dealership and I look forward to dealing with them in the future. Even the owner came out to say 'Hello' and introduce himself on the day we picked up the car - never had that happen before!

Some dealerships say they are the no hassle dealership but Honda of Grays Harbor truly is a no hassle dealership. Our salesman Jake was so chill. He walked us through the whole purchase process and explained everything that was happening. There truly were no hidden costs or surprises. Since we had not bought a new car in a long time and technology has changed so much, he made sure we knew how to work everything on our new Honda Pilot. He then gave us his contact information so if we had any issues we could call him anytime and he would walk us through the issue.The dealership is a bit of a drive from Tacoma but it was so worth it. We saved almost $8000.00 over what a local dealership was trying to charge us for the exact same vehicle. They do have a very limited inventory, as most dealerships do currently, but the Honda Pilot we bought was exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be more happy with it.

This is the best Honda dealership/service center I ve been to. I used to go to the one in Olympia and service would take days (no exaggeration) due to lack of parts or they were too busy to finish working on my car. However Honda of Grays Harbor seems to always be stocked with the right parts, excellent customer service and they are NOT pushy. They are always upfront and usually let me know what I should keep an eye on and perhaps what to prepare for on the next visit. For example, last oil change they let me know my brakes may neeeded to be changed but that we could worry about that next visit. I loved that.Today, I prepared myself to wait a while due to lack of having a ride back to Monte and during this time an employee came around offering everyone a bottle of water, even though they have a water/coffee/snack station set up. Then the owner came out, thanked me for waiting and for being a customer and offered me a red rose. Never had that happen before but I loved it. And to put the cherry on top, they wash your car as a complimentary service once your car is done! Such kind people here.

We had our Acura serviced at this location and were so pleased with the service. We were greeted and asked if we needed assistance multiple times. Tyler H as well as every other person we interacted with was very pleasant and kind. They went as far as to wash and vacuum our vehicle free of cost. The owner introduced himself and even gave my wife a rose. Great experience and great people!

Recently I visited the Gray harbor Honda. Facility is disgusting and does not meet Honda standard at all. Salesman (Jack), receptionist, managers seem to be highly unprofessional, unpolitic and ready to misbehave. Salesman promised for accessories package but was installed unproperly. When I complained about it they removed it start saying that they are giving it for free. Salesman boss was even more pathetic, he yelled on me for requesting to install it correctly. I will not recommend anyone to visit this dealership if you want quality service and treated well. They are so reckless that dealership did not sign PDI document which is required for quality check.

The front bumper of my car was really messed up and they were kind enough to refer me to a body shop (saying that it'd cost a lot more for them to do the repairs compared to a body shop). They didn't even charge me for it.I'd just recommend calling for a service appointment since their website appointment systems is a little outdated.

Made buying a new Honda Ridgeline super easy, even going the extra mile to resolve some financing hiccups with our credit union (outside banking hours no less...) The friendly staff were upfront about pricing from the outset, with no dealer markups, unwanted add-ons, or low-balling on our trade. A bit of a drive for us to get there, but definitely recommended!

I had a really good experience with these folks. They came out to meet me on a Sunday when they were closed to sell me my camaro. After that, I ended up having a fairly minor problem with the car. Even though it had been almost a year since I purchased it, they still sent me a check to help cover the expense. I was very impressed! I would definitely buy from these guys again. :)

I called around to price an oil change. Most places want $70-$125 for a 20K mile service. Honda did it in synthetic, rotated my tires, and sent me out the door for under $50!The service tech was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and very courteous. The showroom floor has an old 1971 Honda in it, which is really cool to check out! The chairs are comfortable, the coffee was fresh, and the big flat screen TV was an awesome touch.Ignore the bad reviews from inexperienced people. I've been a mechanic most of my life, and I've been in the sales end of things as well. These guys are a top notch dealership!Keep up the great work fellas!
