These guys are fantastic. They went above & beyond for me & my Jeep.They did an excellent job, had shining tenacity & persistence to get a HUGE job done to completion. I am so grateful & can't thank them enough for their service & taking such good care of me.(I moved to the area last year & I must admit, I have been Less than impressed w vendors & customer service in this part of the country.)Glass Doctor surpasses all others, a lovely, much appreciated surprise!! The guys deserve a generous holiday bonus, for sure!!Highly recommend. 5 star.

I called six months ago for a quote for an out-of-pocket replacement window when I called back to take it in Mike honored the quote he had given me even though the pricing has increased. My civic was happy, and so was I. Great place to do business with.

I broke one of my panes to my louvered window in my greenhouse. Just so happened to be safety glass. The guys at the Glass Doctor were very knowledgeable and promptly ordered what I needed and within a week I had my window pane in place and it was a perfect fit. Will definitely recommend this company and use them for any future needs I may have.

Mike took my call of distress about broken glass, result of a break in. I live over two hrs travel time from my building. He was understanding, assuring, and by the time I arrived the job was nearly complete and pricing was fair. I am going back for another project. I highly recommend this shop!

I was happy with the job and on time. But I am not happy with the price, Could have got the job done $300.00 cheaper and with the same quality work for the install of the two-house windows. The Glass Doctor was able to do it sooner. Instead of the two weeks for the other guys.

Had my windshield replaced & found out it was installed improperly last time it was replaced. They showed me where is was not sealed.In by 8 am & out by 2 pmGreat service and the staff was awesome.

From first Calling, I was informed of the process and was giving a quote, which I thought was very reasonable. After reading the reviews, it confirmed my choice to use these guys.Everyone at the shop was professional, courteous, and went beyond taking care of my needs for a windshield replacement. While waiting, I had the opportunity to listen to them communicate with customers over the phone in which they maintain their professionalism along with care.I definitely recommend this shop for any of your glass needs. They have taken well care of mine, and everyone else they come in contact with.

I was able to get a fair estimate for a new windshield very quickly and scheduled for drop off the next day. I was going to be out of town for several days and they were able to store my car until I came back. It was done on time at the price I was quoted. I was very pleasantly surprised to get a 1 year warranty - hopefully I will not need it but it s a bonus if I get a rock chip or worse.I highly recommend The Glass Doctor and wouldn t hesitate to use them again.

They were able to come out and measure the window. That did a good job installing the window. The reason why I didn't give 4 stars is it did take a little time to get it done other than that, the entire experience was awesome.

Took a couple weeks to have someone come to my house and then to receive an estimate. Once received it, took a week from the time it was ordered, it was for an huge picture window, and then installed. Installers were terrific, very professional and nice and did a fantastic job, cleaned up area and window prior to leaving. I highly recommend the company/ team.

Very positive interaction with Mike, the owner. The window screen we had replaced was on time and fit perfectly in our window. Good price too. And of course, I realized I need 1 or 2 other screens replaced I will definitely take them to the Glass Doctor. Thanks!

I needed to get the glass replaced on my wood stove because of my own stupid mistake! Took it in yesterday. Was kinda surprised when they told me it would take a week. Since they are the only ones on the harbor to replace the glass for wood stoves I left it although the wood stove I told them that my wood stove was my only source of heat. I got a call from them about 24 hours later saying they my door was ready to pick up and it was actually less then they quoted me for the job! So greatful that had it done so quickly!

Got the glass ordered went from auto body to glass doctor and back to auto body no need to bring in after auto body repair they worked with shop. Needed nothing other than insurance info from me. They coordinated with body shop and car was totally finished Nicely. Thank you Glass Doctor and Pacific Northwest auto body job well done!

These guys were awesome! Needed to get my daughters windshield fixed before she left back to Idaho and they said they couldn t do it till Monday and she was leaving Saturday night. With a simple phone call to one of the workers he said that he would come in on his day off and have it done by noon. These guys are professional and do a great job with great communication. I will definitely be taking the rest of my vehicles to them for any window or windshield work. Thanks again Glass Doctor!!

They were very nice and my new windshield is amazing! And you get 3 chip repairs for 12 months. The price was reasonable as my insurance doesn t have a deductible for windshield replacements.

Installed a windshield in my smart car. Good professional job. 3 years later I got a small leak. A week later the entire windshield came unstuck from the urethane like was never adheref. Mike got me in on 2 days. Got the job done. No charge warranty service. A freak occurrence taken care of promptly. Best in the harbor!

I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. My sons truck was stolen and on it's return Vince at the Glass Doctor was 100 percent on board in getting the windows replaced and suggesting a great mechanic for the engine repairs.
