In the smaller town of Aberdeen, wa there aren't a lot of options. Had an insurance repair for a couple raccoons I encountered on the road. At first they did okay. Problem came to the billing. The insurance sent then a check in my name so I went in and took care of signing over. Then asked "what else do I owe?" A couple of workers looked around. The one guy asked Mike (the boss in the office) they said "no you're all paid" well few months later I get a notice.of collections. They've been rude and hung up on me since. Granted I'm in collections for funds I was told were paid and they legally can't discuss some thing. but theirs ways to still he professional. Hanging up and refusing to tell me the names of who I spoke too is sketchy.**response to your response. Why did you say it was paid on full when you picked up?Why was your secretary rude and hung up on me twice (I was not being out of hand in anyway. Calling to figure things out.Never saw your call to sort anything out. Did you use a different number?Continuing to not take responsibility for telling customers they are "paid in full sir" is what you told me. Even if you did call why would I bother, figure you're trying to sell me something.Re-evaluate how you treat customers when speaking to them. On the phone and in responses online. You get to practice business like this because you're isolated in Aberdeen. Be better 5 Star. Or at least change your name to "we don't care auto repair"

DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HERE. I don t usually leave bad reviews, but this place scammed us and it s costing us a lot of money. Our insurance sent our work truck here because of a fire, which several people including the fire department witnessed, and they claimed it had never been on fire and charged us $400 to fix melted wires, without asking authorization before doing the work (and how did they melt with no fire?). This whole time they were rude, didn t answer their phone, and didn t call us to update us. We just wanted this done, so we went to pick it up, paid the money before we saw the car (mistake), and when we went to get it, they had left it unattended in a back lot and it had been smashed up, gas missing, etc. The truck has now been there a months and months, wasted work time, and we finally reached them. They told us it was finally ready so we told them we were sending someone to get it. The person got there it was unclear what work had even been done, and several other new things were wrong, including damage caused by the break in (shorted window regulator, caused by sitting with a broken window, no coolant, no gas, dead battery, etc.). We called to confront and they were, as usual, rude and dismissive. We will likely be calling a lawyer. Save yourself the hassle.Services: Electrical, Brakes, Battery
