Great experience here while having my oil changed and some filters replaced. Fast and friendly service. Knowledgeable mechanics. There was no wait the day and time I arrived. I will absolutely be going back.

I've gone to this place since I moved back in 2016. I absolutely REFUSE to go again and I promise to tell others to AVOID.I understand waiting, but when I finally pulled into the service area, waited another 10-15 minutes and was told they didn't have my oil in stock. They said it could be delivered or I should go pick it up. I honestly didn't have a problem picking it up. I asked if I would be able to return and not wait when I returned. This is when I would say it went sideways. I was told I would have to wait behind all the other cars who had arrived after and were waiting. I got there fairly early to avoid this particular problem. I then asked if they could call their other location to see if I could go there. I was informed it wasn't possible as I had a foreign car and they won't have it in stocks.I drove the couple miles and was stopped before I pulled all the way up. He informed me they don't carry my oil. I asked and was willing to come back, how long the delivery will take. He said 10-15 minutes and u said I would politely wait for the other car pulling in. He said I had to be in the bay before they could pre-order it.I am beyond disappointed and to know they were next door and the other place was across town???Do not give this business your money- go to the other location on Southside. They will FOREVER have a loyal customer.Thanks, Steven--- you made my experience much better.He isn't at your location. He's at the better one.

Great service here, I want to say Davey really went above and beyond to get a part that was accidentally broken during a fix up (because that part was plastic and extremely weak) he researched it and got it put in with the rest of the team at no extra charge due to my situation here. Now for oil changes and everything else they are very professional and would highly recommend!

These guys were great. Very friendly and low pressure. It had been a long time since the last oil change and we had a leak as well. They flushed the engine to clear out all that old jet black oil and changed multiple filters that were pretty gross. Would use them again.

Went to get my oil changed here and the staff was very rude, treated me like I was stupid. They were rolling their eyes every time I had to turn my car on or off for them. Will NOT be going back there

Went and got my oil changed today and the gentleman Stephan that helped me was amazing, very good customer service, great personality! Didn't even mind the wait time. I always dread getting it done! Thank you for being awesome!

Diana and the team are wonderful. Always great service and go above and beyond. They noticed another part that needed to be fixed that they don t carry and even arranged for it to be ordered and delivered to my local auto store so I could stop by and pick it up.

It's not often I have good experiences with businesses so it was really refreshing to be so thoroughly pleased with my experience here. Steve performed my oil change and I genuinely felt like he cared about me and my car. He was thoughtful, helpful, professional, and very nice. He even gave me some very helpful tips about my car, fixed a totally unrelated issue, and really just generally went the extra mile. I used to be a "change the oil myself" type, but I'm now a Fast Lube & Oil customer for life.

They have some new procedures that I appreciate where they show you the levels and cleanliness of your fluids. Great service, quick, and great communication.

I took my car in for an oil change. Usually this place would get a 5 star rating from me but yesterday the service was very poor. I did get my oil changed. I had to ask for window washing fluid. Matt didn't check my lights, tires, or windshield wipers. He did charge me 30 dollars for the cabin air filter. I had to ask him to fix the maintenance light.

We came to Fast Lube and Oil without knowing what was really wrong with our car. These guys were friendly, super great at explaining the problem in layman s terms, and actively advised against a service that we had incorrectly thought we needed. Just got yelled atJust got yelled at when we went to the simpson Ave one. We got there 15 minutes before opening and a guy came out and said What are you doing here! We said here to get our oil changed and he yelled don't ever park here! Mind you we were in a parking spot that we have parked in before. Then he says park in front of the big door next time and don't ever park here again. Then as he is walking away he turns and yells again at us, we don't open til 8:30 and goes in the garage door and slams it closed. It was so weird to get treated like that, we were just waiting til openingService: Oil change

I was there getting a basic oil change today. The man in charge of my oil change was going through the routine showing me air filter and differential oil, etc. I wanted to because I know my car will run better. I Couldn't afford it. I just got the oil change. The bill came up to about 12.0 to 13.0 I couldn't afford. I gave him about 46.0 and said I'd make arrangements for the rest. He scrounged for change and made it work. I appreciate it. Now I can keep rolling in these hard times. Thank you guys...

I rolled in with 10 minutes to close and a drain plug that was tighter than sting in the 80's and saw no sign of anger or frustration on behalf of the mechanics. They just went to town doing a thorough and professional job of changing my oil and filter... After it seemed they were done, without even needing to ask, they just started taking all the fluid measurements and inspecting several different parts of the engine. One of them then conveyed to me quality masterful advice about the state of things and I knew it to be honest because I had previous knowledge of the problem that he described. Overall just a great experience. Wonderful place to get and oil change.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

My transmission was decimated after getting it flushed here. The "10 minute" process took an hour with their faulty machine. I barely made it home, and my transmission is shot. I drive a work van for my company and I drive all the time. My little van was in dire need of an oil change and although this company isn't able to service and bill through my company, they were nice enough to do a once over and add oil to my engine and it desperately needed it. These guys are great and I was adamant about finding a way to show my support. They wanted nothing except to make sure that I didn't break down later on back to Olympia. Professional, courteous, and understanding I'm grateful for these true gentlemen and their help. Five out of five easily!Service: Oil change

We waited right in the car. No problems. They had three bays open, at least six guys working. Everyone was friendly, everyone was busy. In and out in about 10 minutes.

Been having my oil changed here for twenty years and three different vehicles. Reasonable prices, quick friendly service. Remind me when other vehicle maintenance is due. Also at affordable prices. Good technicians who are knowledgeable about what they are doing when it comes to vehicle maintenance.

Highly over priced they try to get you to spend more when not needed. I sent wife in to get oil changed she told them exactly what I said I wanted full Synthetic oil with a 10,000 mile oil change. She comes back with a sticker that says every 5,000 miles and a list of stuff they recommend to be done. That has already been done. The service on our car is totally up to date by the dealership. All I wanted was a oil change the way I wanted and our regular shop was booked up and it needed done. So this is what I get not impressed at all and will never return here again.You can get it cheaper at the dealership with exactly what you ask for.Service: Oil change

Don t take your car to the touchless car wash it will mess your car up it took the clear coat off the top of my Tahoe in exactly three straight lines.Even when I went over there the guys told me I was not the only complaint. Don t take you car there
