I came in Thurs March 21 '24 for oil change with synthetic oil. I ask serviceman how long is synthetic good for? His response " 5000 miles." If you go longer, the oil filter can explode.This is what I found out.Not coming back to fast lube"Generally, a standard oil filter is intended to provide excellent filtration for most types of vehicles between regular service intervals of up to 5,000 miles. An extended life or synthetic oil filter can often last about twice as long, or up to 10,000 miles."

This is my place to go and I will only tell others. I am promise to keep spreading the word. Steven absolutely saved the day, was extremely professional and let me know they aren't as corrupt as the other shop. If you are able, COMPLETELY AVOID the location near Dairy Queen, right below the hospital. They are not good and will deceive you all over. I hope whomever manages both corrects the behavior of that other location as corrupt and clean house.Thank you for letting me know all aren't corrupt in Grays Harbor and we can keep going local. This particular business represents the best of Grays Harbor and shouldn't be associated with that other poor excuse of customer service for this area.

The service here is amazing, I ve gotten several oil and transmission changes here and The employees are GREAT, they CARE about YOU and your CAR, they make sure your car is up and running. I just want to say thank you!

Very nice staff. Clear with pricing so I knew what I was getting into. Sold the Mobil1 engine oil I prefer. Had the parts in hand of the fuel and oil filter my car needed.

Yesterday I went here. I always come here and every time everyone has excellent service and they are always so quick to help no matter how busy they are. Fast service. My tech was not exactly friendly. I believe he was having a bad day. Or maybe he is just not a nice guy. I know they are short staffed. Less busy at this location, but car wash stinks there. They made it right. Went to the Simpson store and got the truck washed. I'm glad they started doing the light inspection. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past, sadly. The attitude seems to be that if you don't like it, go somewhere else.

Steven was amazing. I attempted to use the car wash and did not pull forward enough and tried to do it twice and he assisted me with the car wash. He was kind and understanding!

Oil change was quick and they were friendly. Also liked on a separate day I was getting my car washed and vacuumed out there and needed quarters. They were nice about it and cashed me out. A lot of other places suck and won't do that for some reason..

Oil change and a top of their line car was by far great. I always like listening to my music and enjoy the colorful water wax art pictures I'm able to capture. I really enjoy the fact that their car wash is open 24-7. Pick from different levels of car washes offered. They also offer different types of oil changes, car batteries and more.

I'm a newby to Aberdeen and I read some reviews for this Fast Lube and I was surprised. I always get good service. I have never been yelled at. The employee's are always friendly and have good advice, they steer me to places that can do work they can not. They check my lights, fluids, wipers, air, battery. They are friendly and get the job done in about 25 minutes( if it wasn't for me jibber jabbering at em). I have been coming here for about 2 years and have never had a problem. I really would like the car wash back, but other than that a great place for an oil change.

Super rude staff! Called for an appointment. Person on phone was irritable and rude. Shouted at me on the phone that no appointments were needed. Pulled into the establishment for service on two of my cars and a young worker started hollering at us that we couldn t park there. Attempted to ask how to receive service and the employee shouted at me to stay in my car! Rolled the window down to ask what we needed to do to get service and the employee shouted at me again that I needed to pull into a bay and stay in my car. At this point I just decided to take my business elsewhere. There are no posted signs or directions on how to obtain service. Staff on the phone and in person were very rude and aggressive. Not sure if this is the normal for this establishment but I won t go here again.

Just had to stop at the car wash but didn't really get the car clean. They may need to do some adjustments cuz the lower half of the car is still dirty.

Great place to have an oil change. They don't bug u about everything else to add to the bill. They ask once and leave u alone. Customer service is great and friendly

Been coming here for years and today was one of the most irritating experiences to date. The service was especially slow. I was asked to switch spots because the other car was there first and then had to change spots again because the car that I had to move for was almost done.I went for my oil and ac recharge and 45 min later a car that I was "in front of" got their ac recharge before me. then they told me I could wait an additional 30 min and pull around and change spots for a 3rd time. Due to them picking and choosing who gets what service done first i quickly opted out because I didn't want to spend almost 2 hours at an oil change place.What's worse is the manager was the one who came out and said we had to wait for our AC recharge because he was doing inventory and he was the one that started the other cars ac.It was the most unprofessional experience and what's worse is the manager did not own up to his mistake at all.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

5/5 Stars.Respectful, playful, knowledgeable and proficient staff during my oil change. Staff made me feel comfortable as most mechanical ventures big and small bring out my skepticism. The man down in the cave, and the gentleman with his ears gauged took away this skepticism I would have otherwise experienced. Thank you guys and I ll be seeing you in a few thousand miles for my next service!!Oil change completed at 1:00pm today for staff reference/recognition.

In the past 4 months, my husband and I came here for lube and oil services twice as we have 2 vehicles. The folks are so helpful and friendly! When you get certain work done, you get a token for their car wash, too. (We visit the car wash often, as we drive to a lot of natural parks to hike.) Because of their attention to good friendly service, we will definitely return here regularly!

The staff was very friendly and did an efficient job changing my oil. For some reason my car wash token didn't work at first, but one of the employees was really helpful and let me through anyways. Super good customer service!

Went here after waiting 2 and a half hours at Early without getting an oil change, I was in and out in about half an hour. I'm going to just come here from now on, mechanics were nice and efficient. The only thing is I wished they did tire rotations too but I can just stop into Les Schwab for that.

Good service. Polite, professional, fast and friendly. Knew how reset my service light faster then it would have taken me to look it up in the owner's manual.I was just stopping for an oil change during my road trip heading back home.

While there, the service was excellent. I was able to watch what they were doing from under the raised hood. Afterwards my husband asked if they check the antifreeze/coolant. Looking on the itemized checklist they provided, it just said "Ok" while other items were either marked na or checked. We didn't know if that meant they checked it so I drove back and asked. The guy working there said, "Yeah, we usually do. It says ok because sometimes we get in a hurry and don't change it to checked." So my husband had me drive to the other oil change location towards Hoquiam, not knowing they were the same owners. The guy from the first location was at this location but did not remember me. I asked him if he'd check the coolant and explained I didn't think it was checked at the prior location. I watched him check it. I can tell you they did NOT check it when I got my oil changed. I wonder what else they dont do that's on the checklist?? They also told me about another issue, which they didn't tell me at the first location. Odd. Not sure I will go back. It's handy but with winter coming people really need to know if they need antifreeze or not. That's a big problem!

From out of state they are very friendlyThey vac my car , wash windows all included in the price. It's also cheaper then I pay at home for syntheticWould highly recommend!!!Their bathroom is also very clean in the waiting area

Review is strictly for the car wash. It was a fun experience, car came out clean and shiney. Though the payment machine appears old and could do with a wash of it's own.

Best car wash on the coast and west of Puget sound. They have a brush for scrubbing the front grill and tires and the carwash is touchless. There's even an under carriage sprayer, nice!
