I normally go to the Nissan dealership but pricing went UP. For FASTER and more friendly customer service, decided to try this place.Even with it being a Holiday weekend, we only waited 5 minutes to get pulled into the bay. Micaiah was friendly, professional, and explained everything without hard selling. It was a pleasure to be treated well and the service was fast! We will NEVER go anywhere else now for car service!

I went in for an oil change and it was the best experience i ve ever had at an auto shop. I also needed new windshield wipers which they also changed for me. All and all it took maybe 10 minutes and the service was great and very friendly. 10/10 recommend

****Update: was there again today for oil change on another car. Met Joe; Don & the very professional & expert team. I appreciate each and everyone. Will keep coming back for the awesome services!Wow, the team are so friendly!!! They work together to get an instant oil change; tire rotation and other services. Will be coming here for often than any other place. The staff helped us out with coupon where I didn t have it on hand. Thank you, Micaiah and team!!!

Good location especially for travelers that need to stop in for a quick check after/before getting gas/food since Wawa and Walmart is next to them.Three bays available so there s not long of a wait outside. I only went in for a top off so I was in & out as it was.Everyone was professional but there is no personality there. I guess because it s a corporate store or the rain already drained them out? I don t know.Definitely can tell the difference between them and a franchise though.Would I go back when I m in the area? Yeah I would, just to see how they actually do changing the oil..

Professional and friendly. I have a lowered G37 and they where very helpful with my lowered car and making sure I could get in and out safely. Super friendly staff, will be using this branch from now on highly recommend!

I have posted a previous review before on how great things were, so this pains me to now have to retract my prior comment. However, after returning the other day, it s truly sad to see this place go down hill. No one seemed to enjoy their job anymore. Way too pushy with trying to sell things. A lot more just standing around than normal. I guess employees are allowed to come into work high on whatever they please, just unprofessional. Makes for a hard time trying to speak to anyone when they seem to be off in la la land. This use to be my go to place, can t say I will be returning for another go round.

Normally have a pretty good experience here, but I'm not cool with sitting in the right lane and watching 3 cars that arrived after me go through the left lane before they even get to me because their point of sale system was down in the right lane. You don't do that, you zipper the cars from both lanes into one until your point of sale system is working again. Guess it's time to check out Take 5.

Was there recently and definitely recommend it to all my coworkers and friends. The team all around are great I personally had Micaiah and Joe and they make an excellent tag team if you re ever getting service from them you re in good hands. Thank you Yorktown Valvoline !!

Been going there for three years. 20 min drive and there is a oil place 8 seconds away from me and they do outstanding work. I will literally never go anywhere else. Joe is the epitome of above and beyond. Excellent service and care.

Always a pleasure service is always great. They greet yoou with a smile. They are definitely very personable and funny. However they provide outstanding service never disappoint Hampton roads locations are great!!!!. I will always use valvoline!! My favorite location is hands down yorktown

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They really seemed to enjoy their job while maintaining professionalism.Service was quick, and I didn't even have to get out of my car.

I went there in summer. The oil is good but I spent 15 minutes in small lot they have, wiping oil dripping off car. Even the valve stems, hubcaps had smudges because they did psi check. The front hood was worse and under hood a few drops.

My name is Kayla & I just visited this Valvoline. I had the best experience I ve ever had. I came in with a Nissan Kicks for an oil change. The manager Cameron and his coworkers all teamed up on my car as it had sludgey like oil. He warned me what could happen if I did the oil change after so long, but I told him to go ahead. They flushed out my old oil & repeated the processes twice. They showed me everything along the way and stressed to me and make me understand how important routine maintenance is. I really appreciate all they did for me and I WILL be back after 2,000 miles as I was directed!! Thank you guys!Service: Oil change

Sigh I didnt get the service. They have 3 garages and only 2 car was in the garage. They had 4 people working on 2 cars. I was waiting in the car for 20minutes. No one cared.

Paid for a full synthetic oil change in my wife's 2017 Lincoln probably 6-7 months ago. Not sure of the price but it was well over $100.00. Well, time to change it again so I went to a Ford Dealership in Poquoson Va. I have been dealing with them for years. The technician drained the old oil. Then was preparing to change the oil filter ( this is the canister type ) he pulled the cover off only to find there WAS NO OIL FILTER, he showed it to me. The way its designed there were no oil leaks, so the oil was just circulating through the system with NO FILTER. Does not appear to be any damage to the engine, lucky I change the oil frequently.The shop is located on Route 17 next to WAWA in Yorkcounty Va.. Of course you stay in the vehicle while they service the vehicle., so you really do not know what they are doing. ..I will never visit them again. I did not go back there today to confront them, it would do no good. Just a lesson buyer beware, your paying high dollar for this type of service. Just glad there was no engine damage.Service: Oil change

As always a fast and pleasant experience!Only concern is the employees in this heat. In being there I quickly noticed how hot it got even inside my car waiting for my oil change to be complete. Is there anything that can be done for these guys?

Very friendly and personable staff. I brought my 2 vehicles here the same day and service was no more than 15min per vehicle. Very thorough in checking you fluid levels and tire pressure.

5 men walking around doing nothing, 2 cars in bays, sat there for 30 minutes, and watched 5 men do nothing, will drive a little further to Jefferson, but those guys are not walking around looking lost

Professional. Knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Prices higher, but excellent grade oil. Do not have to get out of your car. Coupons are available, but could use more.
