The lady that helped us was nice and professional. We had to go through three tires to find one in good shape. They give a warranty which is wonderful for used tires. All in all a great experience

Had a tire pop the day I was supposed to leave for thanksgiving dinner. Went to firestone down the road; firestone was busy and told me to head down to this area. The lady in charge was very kind and the mechanic got me a new tire quickly. Made it to dinner afterward. 10/10. Will come again.

When no other tire store would touch my tire, they repaired it. My wife caught a nail and they took care of it within 20 minutes and it cost me $25! Way better than $200 for a new tire! No days if you get a nail and it s not in the center, most places won t touch it! It s ridiculous

Started getting all our tires from here about 1.5 years ago . Always fast friendly professional and affordable!! Are you guys really open 24 hours on Sundays ??? Google is showing that just fyi :)

My tire exploded on the expressway. This shop was friendly from the first phone call! They had us in and out in 20 mins or less and didn't charge us an arm and a leg to replace my two faulty tires! 10/10 would recommend!

I called to get two 255/45/r18 tires for mercedes, first he said he didn't have it. Then all of sudden two appeared. The guy starts to tell me I had three bad tires, so he can sell me a pair. Go head inside get paperwork from clerk. I had a bad feeling in my gut so I didn't go inside just yet. I took pics of my tires when I initially got there, all the workers were acting suspicious; lots of eye cutting, talking fast, & moving quickly gestures. I'm very observant. So I go inside to pay, cashier upselling and cutting her eyes, trying take my attention off the workers doing the work. Needless to say I went out & as I look at tires he put on were not my size 245/55/18. They looked smaller than what I had on there, I said take them off right now, give me my original tires back. Of course he said these are your tires, one had a nail in it which I never recall seeing one there. They are pathetic & scammers. I wouldn't recommend them . Ladies that shows me they've been swindling women for a long time,NOT THIS ONE! I GOT MY MONEY BACK, because I was about to call police. It's sad, that's bad business. Never will I go again

We were on way to the beach and our tire pressure keep decreasing. They were able to get in immediately and inspect the tire. We had 3 nails and decided to replace the tire. Service was fast, honest and friendly. What could have been an expensive inconvenience, turned out to be a quick stop. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

I live in Chesterfield Va and we needed to help our son with 4 good tires. We sent them to Tire Traxx 2 and we were able to pay for these 4 tires over the phone and our son said they took great care of him with excellent service and awesome used tires with a 30 day warranty. This world needs more honest people like them thank you so very much for being there for our family in a time of need God Bless.Maria

Our 21 yo son had a flat on the interstate on the way to a memorial for his gf mom. I explained the situation to tire traxx and they waited for my son a little past closing time to replace the donut with a tire so he can get back on the road. I m so grateful for their kindness.

This is my second visit in 2 months. Great SERVICE, which will make your visit a good one. You can buy stuff from lots of people, but very few will give you great service to go with your stuff. The whole team there is aligned with being friendly, helpful, and cost effective. It starts at the top, and is a key difference worth the visit. From Williamsburg I probably drive past more than 20 or 30 tire stores to get there, and I find the fast, friendly, fairly priced service to be a huge value.

Great service, and fast! They offered an excellent price on a set of used tires for our car. I would use them again. The staff and owner are wonderful people; very friendly.

It was a Sunday and the low tire pressure sensor kicked in as our family were on the way for a day out. We had nitrogen filled tires so we assumed we had a nail or some other small puncture.Turns out, next to no one carries nitrogen that is open on a Sunday!We called Tire Traxx and the guy on the phone was super helpful, got us in right when they opened and in 40 minutes we were back on the road! We had them flush all the nitrogen out, check for the puncture and refilled with air, so now if I get a low we can at least check the pressure and top up ourselves.Super happy with the service we received, they were upfront and honest about pricing, and trustworthy with recommended course of action!

Friendly staff, efficient service. So glad I looked for a place that was local and a small business.Saved $$$ and Taylor was nice and definitely not trying to make big money. So much better than going to a "box" store.

Sunny Taylor and crew are the most professional and family oriented folks. I've lived in Hampton/Newport News for 25yrs and haven't encountered better automotive service. Allow them to serve you and I'm almost certain you won't be disappointed.

Great experience! Rolled in there with wheel and tire from our SUV. I brought a replacement tire with me. I was in and out in less 15 minutes! They removed the old tire, mounted and balanced the replacement tire. I will definitely be going back!!

This is the BEST tire place I ve been to! I m so glad I found them. The service is great, I normally get used tires and they look like new. Prices are very reasonable! Check them out!

I've been looking and calling around for two weeks around Gloucester area,,no answer no call backs,I called Tire Traxx on a Sunday and they answered and had my car on a lift getting 4 tires in one hour after calling them...best service and the coolest owner I've ever spoke with..they will have all my work for now on.thanks my friend

Good price but the staff isn't the friendliest and the place is a little run diwn. They installed my tire pressure sensor but wouldn't activate them because they do not have the tool for it! I was like are you serious?! And when I was going to pay, they wouldn't let me pay with a card because their system shuts down at 4:30pm I was forced to take money out from a atm to pay... So unprofessional

My daughter is heading to California and I noticed all the tires were bad and 1 wheel was a spare the wrong size. Called Tire Traxx at 10 am on a Sunday when everyone else was saying next week at the soonest Taylor said come on in!!! Came in got all 4 tires AND he had a wheel for the suburban that matched didn't break the bank and will be a successful trip to California I appreciate you guys. Chris the tech!!!! Awesome!!!! You guys took care of my daughter and made sure that she and my grandkids can safely get to California now.

Wouldn't use anyone else. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and I was a walk-in. Good prices, good service and good people. My whole family uses them now.

Went to get 4 used tires today...quick service!! Lovely lady working on the inside and the fella that did my tires was pleasant! Great experience and great staff!! My tires look great, too!

I would give them 0 stars! They used an old dry-rotted valve stem in one of the tires which I purchased. It came to my attention when I found myself sitting on the side of the road two weeks later. When confronted with the issue the owner refused to accept any responsibility or offer any re-imbursement. Total crooked rip-off!

After being turn down from Firestone because of a tire key I don t have, I went down the street and they helped me with no problems. I highly recommend these guys, they are great!!

Dont drop your uhaul off here, he will sit on the turn in for days so he can charge you for items sitting in his yard, has no problem committing credit card fraud, his response below says it all, he somehow feels he has the right to charge you for equipment sitting in his yard, and if you complain about it, your just being problematic

Great experience with these guys highly recommended. Auto detailing totally worth it when you have kids, my car looks brand new again, recommend.
