Great job, Emeric and Dom!!Short-handed, but still got it done quickly and professionally. I always come to take 5. Nohigh-pressuree sales. Just change the oil, filter, and wipers.

The service was quick and professional. The employees answered all of my questions thoroughly and informed me of additional services that would benefit my car s performance. There was no sales pressure - just an honest evaluation of what they saw under the hood as the oil change was happening. I took advantage of a coupon/sale to replace an air filter, and might return for the other service as well (it could not done at that time as the car was too hot). I have a regular service location we ve used for years but it s a bit of a trek for just a quick oil change. When I heard the faint metal sound I know I needed to deal with the oil asap (that and the light came on!). I m so glad I took a chance on Take 5 and this location to get the job done quickly, easily, and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

The team at store #704 in Yorktown are awesome. My first time at Take 5, I was in and out. They told me everything they were doing as they were doing it. The military discount is great. Great Job!

Outstanding Service! Fast and Efficient! Mr. Emeric, Mr. Tyler and Mr. Don were very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Any questions I had about my vehicle, a 2019 Jeep compass trailhawk, they answered. The service I got for my vehicle was an oil change, and a new air filter, prices were very reasonable! I didn't even have to leave my vehicle! I have now found a new place to get my car service! Awesome work, gentlemen!

The young man and woman were very professional! Asked all the questions needed to gain knowledge to properly service our vehicle. No pressure add one, showed us our air filter and stayed it was in good shape. Checked wipers and air tire pressure. I was a little low in a couple and young lady fixed it right on up! Very pleased with everything much better than dealership! You have our business!

This place is great!!! The employees were as nice as can be and very funny! They made an oil change fun and not dreadful, which i would ve never thought was possible until now. I would 10/10 recommend this place for fast and efficient service as well.

Went to Take 5 for an oil change mainly because they gave a discount to veterans. They were very professional, explained everything to me and did a fast and efficient job. They have gained a new customer! A++ service. Thank you!

I truly appreciate Emeric and Earl. They were very thorough and knowledgeable of what they were doing I felt like they were also very honest which is a flaw a lot with car service providers. Because they were honest and thorough compared to others I would definitely choose this one over many. The conversation was even great and the customer service was superb. Thank you lots.

I was a sceptic. Made an appointment online in two minutes. Showed up, rolled in early, in, out and on my way without finishing my lunch inside the car. Best oil change I've ever done.

Attendant at Yorktown va take 5 said he was unable to change my oil because the oil pan was flexing. I took it to valvoline this morning. They told me all ram pickups do that and they had no issues with it. Take 5 told the customer beside me in a Cadillac the same thing. I'll never go back to take 5.

I hate when your first experience is great and your second visit is terrible. I won t be going back because I was told to come for a top up when I reached a certain mileage. When I went back the guy said I had to come back before that mileage. I wasn t even 100 miles over the mileage and the first guy said AFTER the mileage. Shady practices for sure.

First time taking my jeep to a drive thru oil change. The guys were very professional, informative, and understanding of my situation. They found my oil leak and got me back on the road really fast.

Very convenient. Friendly staff , free undercarriage safety inspection, windshield cleaning op incl and tire pressure check/ top off. A little pricey but for $90 you can sit on your ashe, get full synthetic oil/filter change and general vehicle inspection would recommend this business to anyone

Great service friendly attendants and quick. Disappointed that after choosing the economy oil was told it was not available and asked chose from the premium choices opting for the next lowest at $40 higher than the economy.That will prevent me from using this facility again as there was no explanation as to why other than being asked to chose the higher options.

I ve been here 2 times in the past 4 months and both times I ve received amazing service. My first visit was in October and Emeric was my technician and he was very helpful & had great customer service. I went back yesterday and Earl was my technician and he was just as attentive and helpful. I ve found my new favorite oil change place. Definitely recommend!

Super friendly team members at Take 5! There are three bays; but, there seems to be just one team - meaning only enough staff to service 1 car at a time. I came for an oil change during my Friday lunch break, but I did have to leave because it was taking too long. I came back after work, though, and got right in.

The guys were very honest with me. Evidently I didn t need an oil change after having my car for 2 years and never having the oil changed (I tried last year too). I don t drive very much and barely have 3000 miles on the car. They also told me that I only need an oil change every 5000 miles.

A cold bottle of water was given to me while I waited in my car for the oil change to be completed they were nice, fast, and didn t pressure me to buy other things. Military discount saved me 22$!! I will be going back

Incredibly friendly and helpful, for some reason my car wouldn't start up when I was there and they tried to help me as best they could. Eventually it did start and I've had no problems cents but their customer service was impeccable.

Good, quick work with polite and sincere customer service.Every step was explained. No hardsell for upsell options. I felt like they wanted repeat business more than wringing pennies from this visit.Highly likely i will use them next time. Good job by Dominic and Rae.
