My husband passed 2 weeks ago. His military honors shadow box was dropped and busted. These kind, professional, and wonderful people fixed his box and charged me so little for a job that was close to my heart. These are the kindest people ever. Services here are HIGHLY recommended. Bless the wonderful caring staff

Guys just came out and looked at my window that needs to be replaced. The moisture seal is compromised and I thought the whole window needed to be replaced. They said we can bound the problem and repair what s wrong instead of replacing the whole window. Both gentlemen that came over were courteous and professional. Ms. Rhonda even brought them out earlier than scheduled to assist me in my busy work schedule. Great company!!!

I highly recommend Precision Glass & Mirror - their customer service and craftsmanship are exceptional. We had 7 panes of true-divided insulated window lights that had to be replaced. Not only were they the most price-competitive bid we received but they were great to work with. Rhonda kept me informed of arrival times whenever they were scheduled to do work and Ernie, the technician was outstanding. He is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work and ensures it is done the way he would on his own home. Ernie was meticulous and, when the work was finished, you could not even tell that trim and glass were removed and replaced.

Took the day off work for a scheduled window repair quote and got a call mid day saying they will not come out to my house after all (its too far). My whole family has used this company for years and i have referred many people to them. Never again.

They had the cheapest quote we got from several businesses to repair a busted car window. Came to our house (much earlier than scheduled, but better early than late) and the technician was extremely friendly and helpful. Outstanding customer service and definitely priced competitively/affordably! Definitely recommend them!

I ordered a large mirror to replace the broken one in my bathroom. I called on a Tuesday to place the order and told it would be delivered Friday morning. I was working from home Thursday and called just to see if they'd be able to deliver any earlier. They delivered it within an hour of my call. Will definitely go back if we need this type of service again.

Pay attention to the one star reviews! The customer service is horrible with this company and the woman who takes the orders needs be trained extensively on what customer service is. I am having my mothers bathroom remodeled to make it handicap proof because she is the last stage of Alzheimers. I am her caregiver and as an only child having to deal with added stress over a simple mirror is the last thing I need. It had been about a month and I still did not hear back from them ever about my mirror that I had left to be resized! When I called, the women at the front desk stated that they broke my mirror and had to send out for a piece in order to cut my mirror in the shape I requested. I immediately asked why I had not heard from anyone and she stated she forgot....No apology...nothing! She then proceeds to tell me it will take another added week before it s done, but of course it took longer. When I didn t not hear from her in a week, I called back yet again and she stated it was still not ready and will be another added week. She again, never apologized. I asked her how they were going to make up for this horrible mishap and she with the most sarcastic undertone asked me what did I want to happen. It was then I knew I was dealing with a women who does not care about the customers nor gets reprimanded by her boss on her horrible communication and lack of people skills. She then says she can give me $5, which she emphasized more than once that it would be coming out of her pocket. I finally received a call today that it was complete. When I got to the store, she showed me where my mirror was and gave me some screws for it. Still no apology for handling my order so horribly. I then proceed to ask for my $5 and she smirks and goes to the cash register to get it, but holds it in her hand while giving me excuses as to why this happened and why they never give money back even for cases like this. I told her more than once I did not want to discuss it, but of course she ignored it. I was so livid with the horrible service and tried my best just to get in and get out until she made a snide remark that at least I now have a brand new mirror with no scratches and marks on it. I couldn t believe that after a month or waiting, no phone calls, and my mothers original mirror shattered that she had the audacity to make a comment as if it was all worth it. On top of belittling my mothers original mirror as of it was in bad condition, which it was not. At that point I had had it and proceeded to express my disdain as a customer. She of course was combative and it took a very young and mature young man to come out and shut her up. I would not recommend this company to anyone. You take the risk of them not only damaging your property, but also treating you as if you re the problem in the process. Do not use this company, go somewhere else where the customer is appreciated and professionalism is shown in all circumstances.

I needed a shower door glass replaced. After waiting over 2 weeks I was told that the, perfect condition, intact frame I left was out of square and they would have to order another piece of glass???? I wasn't going to wait another 2 weeks so I canceled the order. When I went to pick up my frame it was now in 4 pieces,damaged, and unusable. I would not recommend this company.

I needed new mirror sliding doors for a medicine cabinet. I brought the old ones in and had a new set later the same day. Precision Glass and Mirror did a great job on the replacements. I will use them again.

I took my wing window from my boat to them I asked if they did boat windows she informed yes and it would be 10 days well after 10 days I called was told they had to order the glass ? WHT!!! Now It's Almost Half A Month so I waited for there call maybe for a quote or its ready? So now it's a month still no call so I call she tells me she is short staffed and they wouldn't be able to help me !!! WHT !!!so I tell her I will come pick up the frame .I get there my frame is sitting by the door WOW!! All she would say is sorry! I look at the frame and there should glass still in frame which tell me that they never measured it or even touch it customer service is non existed do not recommend this place !!!!!!! TERRIBLE! !!!!

I needed glass cut for shelves in a hutch. They did amazing work and were quick. They also gave me a great price and advice on what type of glass to get. Totally recommend them!
