Gave an Honest evaluation of my trucks issues and said they could fix it. I found the price to be reasonable, they did definitely not over price the job and they met there schedule. Great bunch of honest guys doing a job they enjoy!Ben Weeks

Great place to take vehicles to for any reason. When something is wrong or potentially needing replacement, they explain what it is, why, and are overall very understanding.Would highly recommend anyone to take their car here.If you are coming for an inspection, I'd recommend getting in line BY 7am or earlier.

Never been here before. Called the day before to get details on the state inspection and the man on the phone told me to come early but did not say anything about waiting in my car. Maybe this is common knowledge but I m still young and learning. So I got there about an hour early and parked and waiting until 7:20 and then I got out of my car with my toddler and started walking up to the front door. The man in the garage came out, and I said good morning to him and I guess he didn t hear me or just straight up ignored me because he didn t say anything back. I told him I had a quick question about how to go about getting my car inspected and he said I had to wait in line and pointed to where the line was formed. It s extremely frustrating for me that I woke up extra early and got out here extra early and was not given proper instructions on how to go about being serviced. This information doesn t just come from nowhere, I have no one telling me what I m supposed to do. I just can t catch a break.

My favorite and most highly recommended place to take your car. Their prices are fair and they are honest people. I never leave feeling like I've been robbed. I will always support this business and I highly encourage you to take your vehicles there.

A grizzled group of old school mechanics. Simple, quick, and easy state inspections. No fuss. Reasonable prices. Not the cheeriest place but who needs cheer, just need the work done.

25-year customer. Family close to 40 or more. Can't say enough about how good this business is. Jack, Phil, and the staff are knowledgeable and HONEST, never will you have to worry about being taken advantage off, etc. Great local business. They service, repair and look after my entire families' vehicles. This is the way all service businesses should treat their customers.

My usual inspection station shut down so I took a chance with graftex and I'm so glad I did. Staff was very nice and polite. Waiting room was pretty basic but I was in and out in less than 20 minutes so it wasn't an issue. I didn't feel I was being pressured into buying anything. The one thing they noticed on my car was the brakes were worn. They said I probably had six months or so left on them, and they told me to ride them until then. Great group of people and a great local business to support.

Waited an hour in line with other cars, no one behind me....... Gentleman walked up to my car and said the car ahead of you that's the last car we're doing today..... And just walked away. No apologies or nothing. Very bad business

My dad recommended Graftex to me after my car overheated on the highway and we got misdiagnosed by another auto repair shop. They tested my car and were able to discover the root of the problem. I haven't had any issues with overheating since! Wonderful place to get your state inspection done. Just make sure to get in line early. They get busy quick some days. Every person that I have dealt with here has been nice. They are profesional and knowledgeable. They will tell you straight forward if they can do it or not and Their prices are reasonable compared to what the dealer had quoted us. I also loved their free quotes. Keep up your good job!

My first experience with Graftex was for a state inspection on my vehicle. I was impressed with the quick service! I went on a Thursday afternoon around 1:45pm and had one car ahead of me. The mechanic, Ryan was very kind, honest, and helpful. I was pleased with the whole experience and recommend them for this service. If you're going for an inspection make sure you bring cash (may take check?).

Graftex is a great shop with friendly and professional staff. My wife and I both take our vehicles there for state inspections and for repairs and we always have a positive experience. They even went out of their way to get used parts for my wife s car to save her money. Highly recommended.

Have inspected my vehicles here for 9 years, they're blunt, honest, and extremely helpful. Jobs are done quickly and professionally, they're never out to rob you. On years that my car didn't pass they've referred me to local folks who've helped me fix the problem same-day, will always recommend these guys.

I have gotten my state inspection done here for two years now. Super quick and easy and best of all the line never gets super long. Highly recommend going as soon as they open and having cash on hand. Inspection is cash only.

This was our second diagnosis of the issue with the car. Found out that the other garage had misdiagnosed the problem and had tripled the price for an unneeded repair. Graftex is honest and reliable.

Convenient location for inspections in the Grafton area of Yorktown. Reasonable wait time, especially if you arrive by 7:30-8:00. Open Monday-Friday. Cash only for state inspections.

Jack and his team is awesome. They have been with me through four cars always did quality outstanding work and what you can't beat honesty. The only person that can beat them is my dad. But too sad so bad for me he's in Arizona

Great place to get your inspections done!As a young female, I've had multiple bad experiences with auto shops trying to fail me for unnecessary things so they could try to rack up a bill.Ryan Smith at Graftex was the first person who passed me for my inspection without coming up with extra things to charge me for. I cannot express how pleasing this was to me.I definitely recommend coming here to see Ryan if you want someone who is honest with their work.

I have taken my car for inspections here for years, and the mechanics are always so helpful, fair, and absolutely honest. They won't make up some $500 Wobble Bushing that you totally need to pass inspection like some other places. They are always friendly and polite to kids as well, even showing my son everything they were doing, which was just awesome. Graftex is the best, and a group of mighty fine people.

I went to get an inspection done and the guy wasn't doing anymore for the day. It was about 11:30am. He walked up to my car told me I had a exhaust leak and turned around and walked away. He was a jerk to say the least. So I went up the street to meineke and they looked at my car and could not find anything wrong with my car but windshield wiper blades and a bulb out. No exhaust leak!!! This guy had me stressing out. I don't feel that was very good customer service and it was not very nice. Very unprofessional. Never had a problem with them before they have always been very nice. I'm not going to down them because of one person but people be aware.

I started going to Graftex 12 years ago for an inspection. I was so impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable they were, and each year I returned. As a person who knows little to nothing about my aging car, they are my only choice to go to for any repairs it may need. They are fair, priced right and thorough! I recommend it without hesitation!

I am taking care of my grandmother while she recovers from surgery. I needed an oil change and wanted them to check an oil leak I noticed on the garage floor. She recommended going here. Not sure if it was because of rhe out of state plates but they diagnosed the leak asked if I wanted them to put some stuff in to fix I said yes he said he didn't have any but would order and have delivered woukd be a few minutes I said okay. In the meantime the guy working on my car has finished the oil change. He never told the guy qorking on my car to hold off on rellacing the oil until they fixed the leak. Seems he never had any intention of ordering and just figured who cares. He tells me he forgot to tell him about it and that they can't fix it now because the oil is in it. WTH kind of business is that?! It's yiur mistake if you were a good business you would have drained the oil back out and done what was asked to make it right since it was your mistake. Like I said seems to have never intended to call to get what he needed to fix it and that's why he never bothered to tell the guy working on my car right after I said I wanted them to fix it!Service: Oil change

Best place to get inspection. Get there early the line get super long, but that should tell you everything you need to know. I don t go anywhere else but this place

Got state inspections done. Super easy, pull in, get in line drive off. The car behind me got last inspection of the day and it was kind of early still so I suggest get up and get it done early. Kind service, professional.
