High quality workmanship, that simple. From the beginning, Chelsey was thorough explaining scope of work and the overall process to fix a tear in my leather seat. When she came out she was nice, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The work honestly got finished faster than I expected which was great and I d bet my money that nobody would be able to know there was a tear in the seat. Overall I d recommend Fibrenew any day of the week. Hopefully this doesn t happen to me again, but if it does I know who to call.

Thank you for your excellent job!!! We thought our couch was going to need replacing due to worn leather. We loved the couch, so we called Fibrenew! Chelsea and Robert were so helpful and made our old couch NEW AGAIN! We love it!

What an amazing service!! Where have you been all my life this has just been the best experience. I had a stain on my car's leather seat and I think I was making it worse by cleaning it. They offered the suggestion to go ahead and dye the leather I was a little concerned if it would match but I had to just trust. So I left them alone they let me know when they were done I came out and voila it was perfect! I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone. It's just such a neat service they come right to you! I also love that they are passionate about their business and helping to decrease items in the landfill by repairing versus dumping. Terrific job Chelseyand Robert thank you so very much job well done!

When you think furniture repair, you dread the wait time to get an appointment and the ordeal of having them come into your home. I sent the request Sunday and had an appointment first thing this afternoon.They are a fantastic family-owned husband and wife team who not only were friendly, they respected my home and removed their shoes, and did topnotch work on my sofa and pillow repair. They leave your home better than they came. The range of services they provide means they now have a long-standing customer.

Robert & Chelsey took my 30 year old leather sofa & club chair & made it look new! They are a personable team and explain thoroughly the process.Service is incredible - from in-home estimate, to execution of the cleaning & renewal with personal delivery of our furniture - they took care of everything & everything went smoothly.Our furniture needed light repair as well. They stitched a seam, inspected the support systems and replaced the cushions - we no longer sink into the center! The aniline leather is soft and supple, and we are completely amazed!I highly recommend using these products & people!.

Friendly professionals arrived ready to evaluate and accomplish required work.I was given full estimates for both items in need of repair. They set about their work which was carried out with precision and attention to detail.Upon completion they both has me inspect their work.The pull handel installed on my recliner worked flawlessly. Better than new.In the case of my paint stained leather drivers seat, they saved me a large sum of money by pointing out the portion of the restoration process already completed had fully restored my truck seat.So no further bells & whistles were needed.So that cost was subtracted from the initial estimate.Their honesty is both rare and refreshing.This business put their customers first. The Doctor is in the house! 2007 Mustang GT vert that had driver s side seat seam splitting with age. No one in northern VA where we were living at the time was interested in repair but found Fibrenew doing a search here in Hampton Roads. Got a solid estimate and a quick date with repair at our home. Arrived on time and completed the repair in 4.0 condition. Final bill matched estimate - strongly recommend this new company and will be my first call for any other repair work in the future!

I was experiencing issues with a barstool swivel. I was put in touch with Fibrenew and Mr. Pegram was excellent! He was courteous and patient, while providing me with the services and guidance needed to remedy my situation in a timely manor. Fibrenew was absolutely amazing! Came to our home to assess seam issues with our couch. They had to take the cushion back to their office to complete the repair, we re super friendly and informative. Returned our cushion like new the very next morning. Reasonable pricing and great customer service! Thank you Robert :)

Fibrenew does superb (almost magical) work in renewing and restoration of worn and damaged materials, furniture, upholstery, car seats, etc. Robert and Chelsea are some of the kindest most professional people you will meet, and the system they use to breathe life back into your items will keep them off the junk pile and have you enjoying them for years to come. Robert and Chelsey were very professional throughout the process of repairing my sofa where seams tore apart in a very difficult location. They restored it back to original appearance. Very thankful and I highly recommend them. Very fair quote and saved us from having to replace a perfectly good couch!

Robert and his lovely wife were incredibly responsive when I contacted them. They were able to come to my home and repair buttons on a tufted leather couch. I am not aware of any other business in the area that could repair these buttons without me having to take the whole couch to a facility. They were a pleasure to deal ! Highly recommend!

These folks were able to give me an estimate based on my pictures. Once we made an appointment, Chelsey (one of the owners) came to my house and worked on the project (a large burn hole in a leather car seat). It was all so easy. The finished job was beautiful. Unless you know where to look you would never know there had been a hole in the seat. And even when you do know where to look, you might not be able to spot where it was repaired. Chelsey was so sweet and accommodating and very good at what she does. I'm VERY impressed and happy!

We called Fibrenew after a few of our couch legs were damaged during a move (in addition to a rip in the fabric) and Robert did an excellent job! He was able to come out within 2 days of our request, and fixed all the issues within a few hours. We were so impressed and excited to have our nice couch back! Robert and Chelsey were personable, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They were sent to us by a local furniture company to correct problems with some of our new furniture. Some issues were not fixable, due to no fault of them, but they did their absolute best to make what could be fixed right. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them in the future if I need furniture repairs of any kind.

We had a leather recliner that required repairs due to scuff marks on both corners of the chair and needed restuffing. Robert and Chelsey were very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They did a wonderful job in repairing and being able to match the scuffed areas to the rest of our recliner. Very pleased customer! Highly recommended!

Fibrenew is a wonderful company. They came to my home examined my chairs said they could clean them and quoted me a price. Two days later they came back on time took about 45 minutes and I had 6 dining room chair cushions that looked brand new. You could never tell they had been stained. They saved us a lot of money as I thought we might have to replace the chair cushions because of the stains. They are very passionate about their work and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great work

Excellent Customer service! Robert and Chelsey were very knowledgeable about their craft. They diagnosed the issue with my power recliner over the phone arriving the next day to repair it. Upon their arrival they inspected my recliner confirming their previous diagnosis. My POWER recliner was fixed in a matter of minutes! Robert and Chelsey did a fantastic job restoring our 16+ year old leather sectional sofa. The sofa has been though several moves and 6 months in storage. The headrests and arms were especially worn and discolored, there were several tears from the various moves, and a cushion corner had been crushed. All of these defects were fixed with no trace. It looks great again and seems ready for another 16 years. Robert and Chelsey were wonderful to work with consisent communication on when they would visit including a text when they were on the way. We had them visit twice, first for a thorough cleaning and quotes on the defects and discoloration, then a return visit to do the repairs. They explained the work needed, options and costs (very reasonable) and they worked non-stop and were very respectful of our time and belongings. I will certainly hire them for any leather, vinyl or other restoration services and am recommending them to my large community of neighbors.

Fibrenew Hampton Roads came out to my home to repair a recliner for me. They called ahead to let me know when they would arrive and they were right on time. They came with everything needed for the repair. Robert and his wife are a team and worked together Harmoniously, and professionally in making the repairs to my chair. When they had torn the chair down they found some manufacturers problems which they also repaired at no cost to me. They replaced all the foam in the recliner seat as well even though the problem they came to fix was in the leg rest. They went Way above the requirement they were there to fix, but because of their need to have things done right and their open desire to strive for perfection they did all this additional work without any cost to me. Needless to say, when they left my recliner was better and more comfortable than when I bought it new. This young couple who also own Fibrenew Hampton Roads are to be commended for their integrity, and their honest way of doing business which is not found too often.in today s businesses. I proudly recommend them to anyone needing their many different types of specialties that I was amazed they did.

Had Fibrenew repair 2 leather chairs. Very satisfied with the outcome and quality of work and Chelsey s professionalism. She came to the house todo the work on site. Worked out great. We agreed on price before work started .reasonable. Will send before/after photos to their email for their use as desired. Thanks .A+.
