Mike and Chad are true car enthusiasts. Mike also has an impressive car collection. Their combined wealth of knowledge and shear joy of repairing and rebuilding automobiles is incredible. If you're not crazy about taking your car to the dealer, this is the best alternative.

I live in Virginia Beach and purchased a cayenne turbo from Ali Arshad sight unseen. Ali totally met his end of the deal in a transparent and effortless manner to an out-of-stater. He was as helpful as I could have asked and I truly appreciate what he did for me. Over the top, legitimate business transaction. I would 100% use him again. Great guy and hope he is still working with Exotic Motors if and when I need another killer car.

They changed out the fuel pump and transmission shifter cable in my 2007 Corvette. While they specialize in BMW and Porsche the tech there (Chad) has extensive experience with Corvettes. The repair was completed expertly, timely and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this business.

Had the engine in my 2005 X5 BMW replaced. Mike did and excellent job and even clued me into a few things about the replacement engine so I got a different one. Great mechanic, honest guy and gets the work done quick. Would not hesitate to go here again.

I am originally from the northern half of the state, and for years I bounced around shops up there and never quite found a good place. Since moving here I have been coming to East Coast Exotics and I will go nowhere else. First and foremost is their timelines, consistently I get my car back sooner than I expected or exactly on time. They have never ever been late. Furthermore they do fantastic work, just because it's quick doesn't mean it was rushed. They know exactly what they're doing and you can trust your car with them. Additionally everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. They're always quick to run down what needs to be fixed and let you know if there is stuff to watch out for in the future (ya know instead of saying you NEED this right now!). ALSO if you have their plate holders on you get free inspections, and of you return your car before a certain mileage point they give a 10% discount on oil changes.All in all I love this place. I have been a customer for over 5 years. This business provides excellent service in an honest and trustworthy fashion--and at a reasonable cost. I wouldn't suggest going anywhere else to service my BMW. Mike is a Master Technician who knows and loves his craft.

East Coast Exotics is a phenominal place to take your Mini, BMW, German car. Mike is a very smart and talented mechanic! The service and customer care is like no other place I have ever experienced! The prices are the best; you are not being ripped off or over-charged!I no longer detest auto repair trips. I now know my Mini is in excellent hands!!

Mike and Chad have worked on my 00 Z3 twice for front end work and tires. And for locking mechanism on steering wheel. Both times quick return, very reasonable and beautiful work! This is the second review I ve ever written... But when I come across an organization that substantially exceeds my expectations on a consistent basis, I feel people should know as I consider this a rarity nowadays.If you re looking for a shop that s trustworthy, reliable and has people who are genuine and honest... don t go anywhere else but East Coast Exotics. These guys are truly skilled at what they do. They are masters of the mechanics trade which is something that s hard to find these days. So many shops are full of nothing more then technicians who swap parts until they get lucky. While you sit there continuously needing cash for unneeded labor and parts.East Coast Exotics takes pride in the work they do. So if you want a shop that won t cut corners, will do things right the first time, be upfront with you and won t charge you for things you don t need... I have been doing business with Mike and Karen for the last 12 years. They are both very knowledgeable and have always treated me like family. Mike is a fair and honest mechanic, and I have recommended him to friends and family for many years and will continue to do so!!

Been a customer since 2007. I Always can count on them. They are dependable and do reliable work. Will be Straight forward with your automobile issues without beating around the bush and inform the best way to go about fixing any problems.Great Communication. Fast turn around time.I recommend East Coast Exotics be your first choice.

Mike is very knowledgeable about cars and is willing to go above and beyond to fix the issue. I brought my Audi in thinking I knew what was wrong, he showed me (part in hand) what was actually wrong and kept the car for a few extra days until the part came in. I'm glad that I found East Coast Exotics and they will continue to get my business.

If you want someone to be disrespectful in attempted to sell a Lemon, The these sales people are it (I blocked the names for privacy unless the Owner of the establishment decides they'd like to know whom they are....unless it was the owner themselve...which would make it even MORE sadThey'll attempt to patronize you as if you didn't know any better...as if you were in contempt. No one can read your mind sir or ma'am.1. Requested information which was never followed up on until I reach out another 45 days later AFTER they stated they would send me the inquired picture2. After given the link (from the lack of willing to just take the photo I requested, overlooked the car and gave a simple list of why I wasn't interested..I DIDN'T give an offer to be low offer of any kind. Just stated things that stuck out as an M car enthusiast of why I was passing it, especially for that price point, check engine light, etc.3. Gentleman then ranted about how to read the ad that it was "listed on their ad" about the Check Engine Light...HOWEVER this is NOT true (see pics), I only mentioned things that threw the car "off"4. Salvaged cars are 40-50% value OF a clean title equivalent. Even if it was clean, this IS NOT a $25k car, no where close to it with it's improper swapping of parts.Learn how to be respectful, especially in the South. You may have had a bad day, but no one treated them with disrespect to be treated as such. I'm beginning to ponder how many people are taught the golden rule growing up?

Not great to deal with to purchase a vehicle. Wasted my time waiting until, whom I presume is the owner, to be back in town so I could purchase a vehicle. Almost three weeks later, when he said he'd be back, I messaged again about the car and was rudely told someone had put a deposit the day he came back. He had previously informed me I couldn't purchase until he returned. I'm sure I would have been one of the first to contact about the vehicle the day or so after it was posted. Why list something for sale if you know you won't allow anyone to purchase it for three weeks?

Unquestionably good at what they do. I have lived in this area for 30 years and wish I knew of this shop sooner. They put a clutch in my 2003 BMW at a great price and in half a day. Thanks guys.

I agree with a previous review. I arrived at this location looking for a BMW. I was approached by an old white female, glasses, blond hair. She was rude and did not appear to want to help me. I had cash on hand to purchase the vehicle. I never returned. I wish I was approached by a different employee, I hear her husband works there as well.

Don t waste time with them called to get a quote on how much it be to get new turbos threw them and installed first time I called it was around 4K call later that week to get told it s 10k they told me it s 3k for each turbo when online for both turbos it s only 1500...

They sold me two jetskies. They told me that they were ready to ride.they lied. They totally misrepresented their merchandise to get me to pay top dollar. Now I'm spending thousands more, because they lied.

This business is owned by a husband and wife. The husband is very friendly but the wife should retire!! She was very rude and not at all friendly! Wow won't be returning , I'm the owner of a 750li and wouldn't spend a dollar at this place!!!
