From my visit on 12/22/2023 actually (meant to write this that very day but here we are now in March, yikes! But it s been on my to do list since - and bc I felt it was important to share how wonderful the staff were on this particular visit!) - two gentleman were at the register when I came in to return an item during the frustrating process we were having with a failed car inspection/license plate & appropriate coloring for said-plate s light bulbs to be able to pass inspection long story - but the point is these two were so friendly, supportive and super helpful in giving me advice for the issue and I appreciated their time/energy very much. So thank you to them both again for sharing their insights and for being so kind - especially for just a customer like me returning an item versus purchasing further items from their store, etc. - genuinely kind & much appreciated).

Brandon was incredibly thorough and helpful! The only negative part of my experience was being in the middle of a confrontation that went on between him and Olga. She was incredibly unprofessional, yelling at him across the store, all while talking on her phone as if she wasn t working along side him. Some conversations should be handled(especially one of such) offline, not in front of customers as that creates a hostile space for those around. It s also quite embarrassing. Brandon kept his composure and continued being very helpful and I appreciate that the most.

Matt was awesome!! He helped me during my time of stress after my car battery died for the second time. He was patient and very kind. Definitely recommend this location!

I came in to purchase front and rear windshield wiper blades. The salesperson wanted to be sure that the wipers fit my vehicle, so we went to my car to install them. There was difficulty with the installation, and two additional people came to help. It took about 45 minutes to get the job done. To my way of thinking, they all gave excellent customer service. I appreciate their persistence in making sure the items I bought were the right ones for my vehicle.

Super helpful people over here. They where prepared to let me use their car computer even though my car was a mile or so down the road. Luckily a gentleman getting off his shift gave me a ride back to my car and then back to autozone with the diagnostic reading. Unfortunately my car is looking more and more like it's done for but I genuinely appreciate all the help this autozone location gave me!

I went in to get oil for my car and was greeted by Joey. Even though it was just oil I needed he was so helpful making sure I got the correct type I needed. I had no idea there were so many but he went above and beyond to help and was just the nicest person. I didn t get the woman s name that was working but she was very nice as well. Great experience in an auto store!

Place is a joke. Manager and clerk teamed up together to tell my I had an issue and this part would resolve it. With a $70 mark up fee, I was bamboozled into getting it. ORDER YOUR PARTS ONLINE, TAKE TO MECHANIC. Don t trust these businesses anymore, American business has changed for the worse. All they want is your money.

I had such a wonderful experience at this location. My car wouldn't start without a jump, and as suspected it was time for a new battery. The technicians were able to confirm it was a dead battery and quickly replaced it with a new one. Both individuals were friendly and efficient in a situation that can be stressful for the customer. They got me signed up for a rewards account so I'll be back for more of my future needs.

A "shout out" to the gentlemen, who just turned the customer away. I came in to ask to read the error code in my car, which was done by your store before without any issues. The clerk was chatting with the buddy, not a customer , and it took him a hot minute to switch his attention. Upon me asking for help, he told me that "the reader is down". In store that actually advertises this service.... An electronic device, that is SOLD in several varieties in this same store "is down".... sure

Mr. Fox helped me when I had an emergency situation just before a road trip. My battery had leaked acid everywhere and was literally merged with other parts of the engine. After another place was unable to remove and replace it, I was blessed to randomly find Mr. Fox. He spent well over an hour surgically removing my old battery and then replacing it with a new one. With his patience, absolute professionalism, and vast knowledge of automobiles, he should be the one running the place!!

Mike A. helped me find the correct batteries for my Honda key fob, took time with his personal cell phone to scan the barcode to determine which battery I needed. Excellent customer service and nice to know that there are still people who care about a customer.Thank you Mike

We are from out of town & are towing our 4-wheelers on the back; our trailer light broke down & it wasn t connecting to our truck for some reason so we figured to stop by this specific store. My bf went inside & spoke to Jimmy who so kindly came outside to take a look & ended up helping us fix it on the spot. We honestly couldn t thank him enough for the help & would highly recommend Jimmy for any needed assistance!

Just leaving this AutoZone location now and I couldn't be more disappointed in the service. The last time I came here for items to do an oil change I received the most amazing service. I just happened to have been in the area and I stopped in here and the gentleman who helped me was absolutely wonderful. I live in Williamsburg but I made a point to come back out here today because of the wonderful service I received the last time. This time, I came in and asked about the oil change special that they are having and the kid who was helping me seemed like I was bothering him. He barely listen to what I was saying and just rattled off some numbers to me for a filter code and the oil that I needed and I asked him to repeat himself and he just mumbled the numbers at me again and pointed to the back of the store to say that's where I had to go to find the parts that I needed. He then immediately moved on to the person who was waiting next in line. I went to the back and looked around for a few minutes but I didn't want to end up buying the wrong thing nor did I want to have to deal with that kid again so I just left empty-handed and I will go somewhere else. It would have taken him all of 2 minutes to walk me back there and make sure that I got what I needed. It's funny because I just got done telling my friend that I was going to drive all the way to Yorktown just to support that particular business because of the service I had received the last time. I guess that was not the standard for the shop.

Car battery died so took it to the store. They offered to test the battery and charge it for free if necessary. Another employee walking by noted a sticker on the battery and asked for my phone number to pull up my account. He discovered that battery was under warranty still and gave me a new battery and said, "Have a nice day, thank you for shopping at AutoZone". I didn't even know it was under warranty.

Kimberly is hateful and non helpful, somebody that works at auto zone should know a thing about car parts. The only helpful thing that she kept repeating was "my jobs not worth it"

They were awesome. I was having car trouble and made it to AutoZone. They tested my battery for free and determined I was having an alternator issue. This is my go to store!

AutoZone is always helpful and friendly. I should just start here instead of trying a cheap all purpose store that has delivered the wrong parts multiple times. AutoZone gets it right the first time everytime.
