This is my 5th car purchase from Auto Haus and as always, the customer service was excellent. Chase went above & beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He touched base with me regularly during the process and was always available to answer questions and make sure that I had everything that I needed. The personalized service offered at Auto Haus hasn't changed since my father started doing business with them over 30 years ago. Auto Haus has been, and will continue to be, my only destination for vehicle purchases.

I purchased two cars from Auto Haus And in about a month, Both had check engine lights coming on. Not even nine months of having my Mercedes, I have put out over $3000 in repairs. No need to take it back to them because they are going to charge you, or not fix it correctly anyway. My calls have gone unanswered and no one s concerned. my latest Mercedes, the brake pads were installed backwards. I had to pay another mechanic to get that fixed. I alerted their service department and they never responded. I would not buy another car from them nor would I recommend unless you want to put out more money in repairs. Ironically, this has happened to me twice. one would have think I would have learned my lesson the first time.

Chase provided me with great customer service. I had some concerns about the vehicle,however, Chase was able to get the concerns I had for the GMC 2023 fixed. I have enjoyed the truck this far. Thank you Auto Haus. This was not my first car I brought from you and sure it will not be the last.

Had a great experience at the Autohaus in Yorktown. Both Ken Petty my salesman and Diana Eyre were amazing to work with. They have very clean and well maintained vehicles that made it really hard to chose which vehicle to purchase. The staff new their vehicles well and gave great advice, while being attentive to all of the desired features that I desired in my new vehicle. They were both timely and proficient in getting the deal done without a hitch. I'll back for another vehicle in the near future and look forward to another great experience.

I located a great vehicle on the website, and Chase immediately responded to my questions and concerns. He offered a quite fair number for my trade, and offered to meet me halfway to exchange vehicles. They gave me a nice rate for my financing which was very competitive . It took less than 5 minutes to sign paperwork, as it was succinctly prepared. The process was smooth, efficient, transparent, and satisfying. I highly recommend Chase and Autohaus of Yorktown.

This is the place to purchase any vehicle. I purchased a SUV 4 years ago and Diane was so very helpful and informative. Yesterday my son purchased his first car with Jason at the Williamsburg location and he was very helpful and informative. He helped my son every step of the way and gave him some great life tips too!! My next vehicle will be with Auto Haus. Excellent service and customer care!!!

Auto Haus of YorktownToday, I had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Auto Haus in Yorktown, and it was the most positive car-buying experience that I've ever had. I had notified the folks at the dealership that I was going to be at their location in the early morning hours. After driving for a few hours upon arrival, the SUV I was interested in was already parked in front of their store and ready for my viewing. The SUV itself was hard to find because of the color combination and specs. The SUV, a Mercedes Benz GLS450, was flawless. The attention to detail and overall cleanliness of the SUV sold me the unit right on the spot. I immediately met with their staff, and as I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine helpfulness, a stark contrast to the pushy salespeople I'd encountered at other dealerships.Knowledgeable and Passionate Staff:My salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable about the various makes and models on the lot. He didn't just try to upsell me; he listened attentively to my needs and actually offered more than a reasonable offer for my trade-in. Auto Haus of Yorktown team was pretty awesome. I went in already knowing exactly what I wanted and Austin made it happen. Chase & Diana were great as well with all the information I received from them. Austin had the vehicle and papers ready for me when I came in the next day which made everything so much faster and easier for me to get in and get out with my new ride. Nicholas was a great sales rep, very courteous and astute to what I wanted and my trade in value. I purchased a Porsche and the Finance director Diana was a very prompt and classy lady who processed my purchase and had me out in 3 hours with a new car. This was my first time buying a car out of state and not test driving it myself, so I was anxious about the process. Jason and Steve took care of me the whole way through. Both sent me as many pictures of every minor imperfection they could find and every angle of the car. Jason even personally drove it over to their body shop to have them take a look at a small scratch I was concerned about. I looked at comps nationwide, and found that their price was actually on the lower end of the range, and the service was fantastic, they really made me feel comfortable about the whole process. Once the paperwork was signed on Friday, they arranged transport and the vehicle was in my driveway Saturday night. And finally, on delivery I noticed that there was an issue with the headlight. Send Jason a picture and they hadn t noticed, but without hesitation offered to split the cost of the replacement, which in my opinion was completely fair. Overall an amazing experience and will Absolutely be using them again in the future.

I had been searching far and wide, over numerous states, for a very clean, low mileage used convertible as a surprise for my wife. After looking at several makes and models, I settled on a VW Beetle. From points north of NH and as far south as Florida, I scoured both dealerships and private sales. By chance, I stumbled upon Auto Haus in Yorktown, Virginia.I found a 2017 VW BEETLE in what appeared to be impeccable condition with correct color scheme and mileage.I emailed an inquiry and immediately heard from Chase who explained he was a man for all positions at the dealership. He answered my questions in plainspeak and without pressure, offered assistance.I thought about it for a few hours and decided to purchase it. Chase has been focused on accommodating my requests to make the selection flawless.I'm looking forward to delivery of the vehicle (Chase is handling transportation to NH) with excitement. Chase has provided me with outstanding service and has made my selection a pleasure.

UPDATE at end of initial review.* I'm sorry to be posting this. I have bought vehicles from here and had maintenance performed on multiple cars over the last 10 years. Service was fantastic until the last 2-3 years ago. Since then, everytime I take a vehicle in there for service, they kept it for a month and kept diagnosing addtional problems. 3-4k every visit (probably 13k in total). The last visit in August 2023 another 4k bill, and supposedly fixed everything. 1st day we receive the car, it is leaking oil for the first time, ever.... We assume it is a plug not completely tightened, so we decided to wait until the oil needs changing, because we can't go another month without a vehicle. So we take it in on Thursday for the oil change and tell them about the leak. Their response is it is in a completely different area than the August repair. Once again another 3k+ repair. The service manager tells me leak isn't so bad and can hold on for a while. So now i bring the car home and it begins puking oil, so now I believe they did something...... to the car. Now I have to have my car towed to another repair shop determine what is the problem and how to fix. We have been feeling like this for a while and we have lost trust in this facilty.I am not a person that takes this post lightly. We will not buy any more cars or have maintenance work performed here, ever agin. Please be weary, not sure if management changed, but they are not the same company.The picture added is 2 hours of an oil leak after my Thursday oil change. We only had a drop a day since the August repair (that supposedly had nothing to do with the leak)UPDATE:A manager did reached out to us for corrective action. They did fix the problem associated with the major leak (shown in the pictures) and our previously leaking problem (from August) is completely gone (not sure how). We thank Johnny for reaching out and getting involved. This type of service is what, we had grown accustomed to in the previous decade. Hopefully leadership understands where we are coming from and will implement changes so we don't get to the point of public reviews.

We cannot say enough about the outstanding, professional treatment we received with regard to the recent rodent auto claim we had on our MB SL600 that was handled by the Auto Haus Service Team of Jacob Hall and Steve Hancock. They were in constant contact with our insurance carrier, USAA, throughout the multiple week ordeal. Steve and Jacob diligently kept us informed of the progress on every step. A thorough test drive was performed, (not a Ferris Bueller) to ensure our vehicle repairs were complete. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, you would have thought it went to a detail shop. We highly recommend Auto Haus as an excellent alternative to the "Stealerships."

Although they were not able to find the problem with my car they were awesome . They were supposed to get to it on Friday but got to my car 3 days sooner than expected. I had the results in UNDER 24 hours. They chose to not run extensive diagnostics as to NOT incur extra fees for a problem they were not guaranteed to find. EVERYONE is polite and professional. All employees were neat, clean and well groomed. The ENTIRE facility is SPOTLESS (inclusive of the lot).Auto Haus is a class act in every capacity. Steve is AMAZING and thorough as well as explains EVERYTHING with his customers. I didn t purchase my car from them and they still treated me as a VALUED &. RESPECTED customer. Thank you so much Auto Haus. I would recommend this business 100%.

what a bunch of crooks! specially that one dealer that tells everybody that he is a retired chief in the navy. l bought a car from autohaus a few years ago and unfortunately i have to deal with this guy.l trusted him because he said he was a fellow retired chief from the navy, l was looking for a crossover vehicle that is 4 wheel drive and was told that the vehicle they have was an all wheel drive. with his sweet words l decided to get the car and after 11 months l took it a shop to get the pads replaced, l was shocked when the mechanic told me that the vehicle was not an all wheel drive just a front wheel drive. l tried contacting him with the card he gave me but he never return my call. stay away from these crooks!

If you want a honest, respectful, dedicated, luxury salesman then Ken would be it. I called Auto Haus spoke with Ken about a particular vehicle. Unfortunately the one I want it was not on the lot however, Ken told me that he would contact their other dealership and make sure to have the vehicle there. I was in rush hour traffic bumper-to-bumper can did contact not to sell the car but just to check on my husband and myself to make sure that we were OK. Once I arrive at the dealership, Ken was very professional, making sure that the vehicle was in the front for me to test drive. My experience was a 10 out of 10 I Purchased the vehicle.

I purchased a 2002 Mercedes SL500. I live in Canada and couldn't come to see the vehicle in person. As a result Nicolas sent me multiple videos and things looked good. Obviously it's not ideal to buy a car sight unseen but I was relatively happy with the condition from what I saw from videos. However, videos don't always show the faults/flaws but I did rely on Nicolas to give details on every single ding/dent/scratch/chip/rust etc. He assured me over and over again that the car did not have any of the above mentioned. Now let's acknowledge, the car is 21 years old and I expect there to be some of the above but again, I was told over and over again the vehicle was in perfect condition. Being in Canada, rust is a big problem so I was particularly paranoid about that. Again I was assured over and over again there was zero rust on the car. After much back and forth I finally decided to purchase the car unseen. The transaction went very smoothly. You can certainly trust them from this aspect. Communication was excellent and I was very happy with the process as a whole. I organized a transport company to pick the car up and deliver it to Ogdensburg, NY (PM me for details, very happy with the transport company) and when it was delivered I was shocked at the drivers pre pick up damage report. Exterior first. There is a rust spot on the driver side front, above the bumper, approx 1inx1in. Very obvious in person. Not at all visible from videos. The next thing the driver showed me was a large crack on the driver side front bumper. So bad the bumper needs to be replaced. I couldn't believe it wasn't brought to my attention by Nicolas. Further walk around I found multiple scratches and mostly stone chips. Which again I would expect from a 21 year old car. However, the issue was the lack of honesty. I was explicitly told over and over again that there were zero dings/dents, chips, scratches, rust. To the interior. Very nice overall condition but it hadn't been professionally cleaned, as you would expect from a dealership like this. There was also only a quarter tank of gas in the car. I don't know what it's like in the US but here in Canada, the UK and Ireland, I've never bought a car from a dealership, new or used, that didn't come with a full tank of gas. It's super minor but it's the little things!!Nicolas failed to advise me the drivers door interior panel is loose and when I grab the handle to close the door the panel is nearly falling off. I was also assured there were no engine warning lights displayed. Sure enough, two warning lights are on and now I have to bring the car to a Mercedes dealership to have it taken care of as it won't pass the safety here in Ontario. The seat belt risers don't work. The up and down mechanism. I know it sounds all negative but there are many positives and particularly, Nicolas was very accommodating when it came to messaging with me. He was always super courteous and extremely helpful whenever I had a question or a request. Usually to send me a video. I hold up my hand in all of this too. I should have been more detailed in what I was looking for and I should have requested more detailed videos. The chips and scratches I wouldn't have had no issue with. I just feel duped that the crack on the bumper, the rust, the door panel and warning lights were not brought to my attention, especially as I asked several times. The hardtop is still on, I only took delivery of the car this morning so I'm excited/nervous to inspect the the soft top and surrounding areas!!! Look, we all have different standards of what's perfect condition. My main issue is a badly cracked bumper is exactly what it is..... a badly cracked bumper. There's no room for interpretation in that. It needs to be replaced. Had I know this, as well all the other issues, it would have been reflected in my offer. Would I buy from them again? Yes I would. However, next time, wherever I buy a car from and particularly if I can't see it person I will do things differently.

Ryan and his team of professionals are the best in Hampton Roads when it comes to courteous and reliable service. AutoHaus goes out of their way to satisfy their customers both in sales and service. I have bought 3 vehicles from them and this is the only place I will go for sales and service. Shout out to Chase as well who always answers my calls and emails. We have been using Autohaus for over 20 years to service the multiple Volvos we have owned and have never had any experience that was not excellent. Many times our final service bill was less than originally estimated. As soon as our new cars our out of warranty, they are serviced by Autohaus.Even when in warranty we have used Autohaus for maintenance work. Far better experience than the dealership. Ryan is more than a pleasure to deal with. Very honest, knowledgeable and professional.One problem with going here is the temptation to buy one of the Porsches they always have for sale!!
