Hydraulic line popped and was a bih to trace down on my wrecker bed. They had me back to getting money within an hour of pulling up. Wish they did more then lines. Customer service is with these guys. And I can't forget the beautiful couple running it. Thanks you guys.

This guy steals money. He put a transmission in for me and charged me $3000. The following year I had to another transmission problem. All he do is rig things up to keep you coming back. I dropped a brand new hood off to get put on a tractor which he left outside for 2months n never got to it. I got tired of waiting and pick my tractor and good up. When I got my hood back it had dents in it. I ask Wayne the owner what happened to the hood and he just act dumbfounded about the situation. I wouldn t recommend these people to change your oil. They steal money and don t stand behind they work.

I called Wayne and he had me bring the truck over. I spoke with Homer and made him aware of the problems I was having. He told me it would take about a week depending parts. He was spot on. They were very Informative and easy to talk and work with. Johnson Logistics will definitely be using Williams Industrial in the near future. We also highly recommend their services. Homer definitely knows his stuff.

Wayne and his staff are great! we had a F450 truck and took it to a three different mechanics (shops) in Newport News and Yorktown, one said it needs an engine and they wanted $6500, one said it needs transmission and wanted $5800, one said it needed both... and head gasket and they wanted $8700. Williams diagnosed it and it was an electric issue and a gas pedal issue, out the door for $1200.00 and working! In a business where integrity is apparently uncommon, I highly recommend Williams industrial for all your heavy truck repairs!

Do not go here they ll tell you they ll sell you parts over the phone but then when they get you there they want to charge you $80 an hour for something that takes five minutes they ll lie to you especially the woman on the phone it doesn t know what they sell and what they don t sell and apparently if they have such a problem finding and sourcing their parts that are readily available everywhere else they need to close the doors

Personnel seem pleasant dropped off a cylinder today's date we will see if they do a good job I want to prices.
