The Parking s are most of them reserved, specifically the ones close to the fuel pump.

There was ample semi pkg w trailer. This TA has Popeyes & Subway.I discovered a new drink: MONSTER ENERGY & they have a wide assortment!

I was towed in...Got me in as they said they would. I would say for Roadside work, fair and honest. Of course no one wants the bill at the end, but close on spot to what they quoted in a fair amount of time job completed. Been there twice. Happy about the whole overall experience in dealing with them. Thank you

My goto stop on the 300 mile frequent trip. Decent food options, good convenience store and nice shopping for other accesories more geared toward trucking but also vehicle use.

Not a good place to stop. Employees are very rude. Hard place to get in and out of. Staff is not helpful. Wouldn't recommend.

Came in for an oil change and grease the truck. Said it would be a couple hours. Thats fine. I get in the bay and tell the tech that I have a quick drain on the oil pan and not to use the plugs. He says OK. 2 hours later he is finally done with the service. All the filters have oil all over them the oil filter has streaks of oil on it and is dented. The oil plug is shiny and wiped off but the quick drain still has road grime on it. So I know he didn't use that. How hard is it to change oil and grease a truck when you have a pit? They need more training.Service: Oil change

Heads up! DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! Prices are on the higher end than most convenient stores. Prepare yourself if you have any questions to asks. Late night employees 4/3/21 embarrassing lazy! Ewe

The lady (catalina) second shift is very nice person. Helping in any I needed,also brad the mechanic. Today is hard personal like this. Usually in other shops in USA are rude personal.

Had my oil changed there and the put the wrong water fuel cartridge on they never seem to have anyone who takes the time to compare filters just slap any one on 5 miles down the road and check engine light came on I checked the engine found the fuel filter was not correct luckily I had one installed and on my way

Honestly to much was bad I don't even want to write that much. To make it short, the manager told me to take door 1 while laying on some books on the counter. That should describe how the business was ran. This is how we get treated in most places, so I getting use to it..

Always have clean restrooms! Store is clean. Staff is very professional and will help you find things you're looking for. There's lots of different foods to choose from their fresh side and of course the junk food excellent coffee especially when you're traveling around Long distance on the roads. Thanks T/A

I had a wide load on and needed overnight parking. Not sure who designed the added lower lot but it is not very accommodating. Tight turns and wrong angles to park. I love angle parking especially with an OD load but this one is all wrong. Be very careful when using it.

Advertised very low gas but none of the pumps had any of it except the most expensive grade will never shop there again beware

We go there quite a lot. We're either going on vacation somewhere, or going south to see family. Everyone has always treated us with respect, and helped us when we needed it. Wonderful combination of business and workers. Thank you for everything

As for the shop they are understaffed and stay really busy. If you are patient expert first class treatment and good honest service. Fair pricing and knowledgeable techs A+As for the store l received smiles as l walked up to pay. Just a small gesture like a smile can really brighten someone's day. They were both very nice ladies that genuinely seem happy to be there. Nice selection of drinks, snacks and coffee. The store is very clean and organized. A+Ate at the Popeyes and it was delicious. The staff from cashier to the man handing me my bag were very friendly. Asked me if l would like to try the various sauces etc. You can tell they love helping the customers. They seemed like a really good team. The chicken, shrimp and sweet tea were fresh and delicious! Well seasoned and hot. Definitely recommended!

3 hours waiting to fix a tire then they put you behind a door and say you have up to 3 more hours to wait. The fuel pumps and card reader at the pumps don't work half the time. And they let driver's park and block fuel and scales. Bad management of a truck stop. Side note they do have a couple of good workers at the fuel desk/ store.

Cashier (Tiffany) was rude. Paying customers should always be taken care of first! nice lady at truck service. Better service today (8/30/23) also service and food was great at Popeyes

This is a hit on TA. They need to stop allowing Non service dogs into their restaurants in place of business. I am tired of watching dogs coming out of the restaurants sitting at the tables eating off of plates and coming out of the showers this is not your Pet service area. TA NEEDS TO FIX THIS.

Nice, clean and friendly staff! Needs to work on cleaning bathroom faster an not leaving CLOSED sign up while chatting about personal life with employees at front desk at 6am. Thank you to the manager for taking care of it this morning!

Clean restrooms and friendly service. Lots of places to eat. A new IHOP opened up there if you like the food. Didn't get the chance to eat there but it looked busy.

Stopped to eat, Taco Bell was awful and expensive, floor dangerously wet. Ended up at the IHOP, wonderful service and good food

My family have been stopping here for years. We have many truckers in the family and they recommend this stop as a safe place for women traveling alone. It's a little crowded at times but there are two restrooms and several places to eat. Also a dog walk, or in my case, cat Walk. As a female who often travels alone, I feel perfectly safe here.
