This is your warning if you value your time, money, license, and possible freedom DO NOT use this company. It is worth the drive to use the other one. The only good thing about them is the technician is a nice guy. Used this company and the device they installed messed up so many times on me I started documenting it on video every time it messed up. Well they charge you 50 bucks every time it does, and your 6 months starts over.They always tell you to file an incident report online and you can get your money back, but won't give you the phone number of the person who reviews them. They just send you back a typical response that says everything was working correctly. Nobody would even listen to me that I had 9 videos of this device clearly malfunctioning. They rob their customers.

The technician was very knowledgeable ... made sure i understood everything about the system.... specialy the dose and donts.!!! Went over everything with me....multiple times...checked my truck multiple times to make sure i didnt have a issue....before i left the wytheville facility.......

Had a very good experience today, Josh was very knowledgeable and efficient doing his job!!! Explained everything well and and had me out in no time, Great job!!!!!
