We have had many problems with the new 2015 Chrysler Town and Country van starting after only 6 months. in June 2023 we had to have torque converter replaced. we were told there was a 2 year warranty on our transmission. we brought our van to Direct Dodge after breaking down on vacation to have 2 hoses replaced that were leaking. my husband asked the man who made the repair apt if the cost would be covered under our previous transmission repair. He reviewed the previous repair and told my husband distinctly "yes it will be covered with no cost to you". we took the van in and after repair was charged $258. The mechanic said it was not covered. We were given an 800 number to call so they could handle a possible refund. that number was bogus and we were told we were getting the runaround. I personally called Direct Dodge and they would not allow me to speak to the owner or manager, only the mechanic. He refused to speak to the man that told us the repair would be free because "he was out of town". He went so far as to say he could not believe what I was telling him as many people these days were liars. that was the last straw. I do not appreciate being called a liar. Keep your $258. You will come out losing in the end.

I wish I could give zero stars but alas, Google won't allow!I am very disappointed in the marketing tactics of this dealership. My 90 year old grandmother was so excited to receive a scratch off winning card in the mail from New Direct Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Thinking this was likely a scam, we called to inquire if this winning card was legitimate. Victor assured us that it was legitimate and to come to the dealership with my grandmother and her driver's license to receive her $1000. My 90 year old grandmother got herself ready and along with my mom, make a 50 mile round trip to receive her earnings. Such a trip can be very taxing on an elderly woman but the excitement for receiving a $1,000 helped her to stay the course! Upon arrival, we learned this was a scam. Other innocent winners came in the building to also receive their prizes (which allegedly ranged from $25,000 to a 4 wheeler to lottery tickets) only to be laughed at by the sales team. Needless to say this trip was not only disheartening but also embarrassing and publicly humiliating. I would have thought a dealership serving the local community would have had more respect and honorable intentions toward those who keep them in business. Given how they handled this situation, I would think again before doing business with New Direct Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

I give them 5 stars if I could do more I would. They helped me out a great deal and were very nice. Buying process was very easy. Absolutely love my new vehicle and Dave is an awesome guy, very nice and very helpful. Definitely recommend going here is your looking for a great vehicle.

Very disappointed with my experience. My traditional dealership could not see me and I was in a pickle. I chose Direct Dodge in Wytheville because I had to have the work done! I took the truck with a limp mode warning and was told it needed a pump in the DEF system. They cleared the code and we continued to drive it until the parts come in. By then the message had returned with 73 miles until limp mode. They fixed it and I took it and drove it 30 miles home and as I was pulling into my driveway the EXACT SAME MESSAGE WITH THE EXACT SAME MILES COME BACK! On top of that they charged me a $100 deducible that I have NEVER paid before, just for it not to be fixed. I called them back and scheduled an appointment for the next morning in which they called at 8:00am (before they even open) to cancel my appointment because the tech was out sick! #1 We use the truck EVERYDAY to feed our livestock. We depend on that truck. For them to call and cancel our appointment, OUTRAGEOUS! #2 Why do they only have 1 tech that can work on it? I understand someone else started on it, but there was a stack of paperwork describing how they fixed it . Shouldn t someone else be able to read that and actually FIX MY PROBLEM?! Very VERY disappointed!

The sales staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and made the sale process easy. I was able to purchase remotely and have the car delivered quickly. Their pricing was very competitive and straightforward. I would recommend them to others.

They always go out of their way to fix any issues I have had with warranty work or just simple maintenance on all of my vehicles! I must say have always gone above and beyond when it has came to purchase of vehicles as well! Top notch group of people at this dealership!

The Service department is in Major need of management. My truck was there 3 months of which the last 3 weeks parts were there but no one touched my truck. Only after I went in and raised Hell did my truck get finished. And then only after the mechanic volunteered to stay after hours to finish it. I cannot recommend this Dealership.

These guys were great! They got me in with an issue at the end of the day within 10 minutes of my call to the service department and had it diagnosed and fixed by the next afternoon. Great customer service and wonderful staff all the way around!

I wanted to be happy about this experience but it started sour. Went ok when they had the sale finished then the vehicle was delivered damaged. Which some of it we didn t see till the next day because we had about 30 seconds to look it over before the driver wanted us signing papers because he wanted to drive back. Large scratches on the roof. Damage to the passenger front wheel. When you bring it up to the dealership they just want the estimate from a body shop. No other words. Just give us the estimate. The navigation screen is delaminating and we let them know this by email but they have ignored us there as well. The title team is horrible. We had to double pay taxes and fees because they didn t file the right paper work with north Carolina and we also had to go to the DMV which should never happen. They are very unknowledgeable if buying out of state so I would stay away. Again I thought things were turning around at one point but now I m out a ton of extra money. I have huge scratches on the roof that they won t fix and god knows what other damage because there were way more miles On the vehicle than they told us when we bought it. I m assuming it was a toy for them for a bit.

Was traveling from Ohio to South Carolina went my Jeeps dash lights starting going off. Found this dealership on the way. They were very friendly and got me in immediately to check it out. Ended up being loose wires, but I was back on the road in no time. I appreciated their help so much!!

I had a tire that had a screw in it and they fixed it in a timely manner and was back on the road. They have always treated us respectfully and always have the Jeep ready when scheduled.

My truck was brought in several months ago DEF issues and other issues, I explained I only had 5000.00 to work with, I called all the time with no answers at all.. one day the cost was 2300.00 then something else, no ever knew what was going on, half the times I couldn t even get anyone to answer. Well to say the least , the cost went from 2300.00 to 8950.00, had to get a lone, still paying on this when we went and got my truck, technician explained that he deleted the DEF but left everything under the hood the way it was which was fine with me, but I understand it is illegal to do that, not long after having the truck back all kinds of lights came up on my dash every time I accelerate a push of air will come out inside the truck. I went to have my truck inspected and it failed because my Cadillac converter had been taken off. To say the least someone made some money off of me. I called the dealership to explain what was going on and I was asked if my Cadillac converter had been stolen, I said well must ve been a good thief to cut it weld it and then paint it. To say the least it is back in that shop right now been there for almost a month now and still has not been looked at !!!! I am beyond pissed I need my truck I m single I have horses I have to feed I have with a wood stove I need wood geeze !!!!

I took my jeep to get oil change and tires rotated. I specifically asked upon dropping my jeep off that all 5 tires be rotated, and when I arrived to pick up my jeep the spare tire had not been rotated(I know this because I had marked it prior to drop off). This should be normal practice for a Jeep dealerahip but for some reason it isn t at Direct Dodge, even when you specially request it be done. Needless to say they told me my Jeep was ready but it was not and I had to make another trip back to get it once tires were rotated correctly- I was on lunch and had to eat!

We wanted to use a locally owned business for warranty work on our Jeep. Coming here was a really bad mistake. The work we asked for was NOT done and other diagnostic procedures were done which we did not want, nor need! By the way we were told to come pick up the vehicle and no paperwork was needed, since the work was not done. When we arrived there was paperwork along with a bill! We paid under protest and after talking with the manager the next day it was refunded. The entire experience was awful.

Don't buy a vehicle from here. They are quick to offer you a deal and promise to fix everything on your new vehicle at no charge but then after you purchase it they tell you they can't help you and you have to pay for it yourself. Very unprofessional, we would have picked a whole different car if they were half way honest to start with.

I had a good experience here yesterday. I took my Promaster van in for an oil change and cooling system flush. The service advisor, Ashley, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. The wait time, close to three hours, was somewhat longer than I expected, but that's OK. I had nowhere else to go. I will return here for future service needs.

I'm glad a friend lead me to New Direct. I made an appointment for an oil change and was in and out in no time. They checked everything and brought me the air filter to show why they suggested a new one. They were completely right. Asked about some tires they had on sale because I was in desperate need. I had ordered a set somewhere else because I had to go out of town but I was still waiting and my trip was in two days. They gave honest info and opinions about the tires and mounted, balanced and alignment the next morning. Everyone is friendly and happy to help. They are my new go to. And big thank to my friend.

I was please with the service and people when I met in person, was little frustrating when calling to set up the appointment being in hold for what felt like 15 minutes in two different occurrences.Took 2 months to get the parts and three weeks to schedule my work, I dropped off vehicle day before and called late next evening to be told the tech need another day to complete. The remaining of that week I would get silenced calls to my voice mail stating they needed another day. Friday afternoon was told it would be Monday and my truck was on the lift and I assume it was elevated all weekend which I m not pleased with. Monday around 11am I got another silences call to voice mail stating the tech called in sick and wouldn t be ready again. After a lengthy time on hold I spoke to a very nice lady Ashley who said the tech just got there and my truck was still on his lift so it was his main priority. She called back at 5pm saying it was ready and Tim would be there till 5:30 so I could come get it. Truck is doing fine but the whole entire process and communication left me with a bad experience. I hope this feedback will be used to improve and not used to discipline the employees involved

Was told I needed 3k of repairs, took elsewhere and found out most everything I was told needed to be fixed wasn t true and got issue resolved for $250. Proceed with caution if taking your vehicle here

This is the worst place to go to . The current complaint is, took a month to get a appointment, after the parts got there . Then a day or two before appointment I call to confirm, they don't have it down , not sure what I'm even talking about. After 20 minutes on phone, I call the technician directly. He sets new appointment for the next week. I drop car off day before . Two days later. Work hasn't even started. Now I have no car over the weekend. Have to try a reschedule trip I need it for.. only reason I go back is cause they have one good tech
