i had a small accident on my truck and went to the nearest truck stop to fix my truck. But unfortunately there were no parts for my truck. then I found what I needed in this NAPA store. This is oil hub cap. Good job guys.

WARNING THIS GUY SCOTT KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!To make a long story short this guy Scott Holbrook (mechanic) helped my wife and son to get back on the road after a long trip down to NC but they got stranded in VA. Scott diagnosed the problem, charged the battery and sent them on their way really fast. He also spoke to me about the problem and gave me the proper diagnosis, so, that the problem could be fixed permanently once they got back home!!!Thumbs up to Scott and the business owner for having this amazingly knowledgeable mechanic working for them.He is an asset to this company, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to their shop again if we needed it.Thanks again Scott!!!!

Truly amazing service from a great group of people. When our power steering pump went out on our Jeep during a long road trip from FL to PA, these folks not only hooked us up with a replacement right away, but they let us use the back of their lot to replace the part. They also let us borrow a jack! If you ever need any parts in Wytheville, contact NAPA first.

They are so nice and helpful the other car places make me feel like I'm bothering them they always have the part the next morning and so much cheaper than the other places I've went to them everytime I need any part and I won't go anywhere else!!

We noticed today that our turn signal was making the sound that tells you a bulb is burned out. Hubs said that he was going to get a replacement bulb. He went in, got the bulb. He asked the young gentleman if he could borrow a ratchet. The clerk went and found one! Great service, great attitude! Napa that s going above a lot of parts stores!

This is a staple for auto parts stores. They have a lot of quality and hard to find parts. The staff here are personable and very knowledgeable about most any question you have. They also have special discounts throughout the year. Go see them and experience good old fashioned customer service.

Excellent car wash, really cleaned my Audi from all the winter road grime. It even has a wheel and tire cleaner at the end of the right side wash.
