Dropped my car off on august the 28th 2023. The process started a little bumpy. Was informed that they were down several techs and short handed. Was told there would be more techs hired and would work to get the vehicle done by a set date as I had to leave to go out of town. Several phone calls not returned and multiple delays at first. Then i started speaking with a gentlemen named Chris. Chris introduced himself as the new manager and promised to have my car to me by said date. Chris went above and beyond to make sure that I was up to date on all the good and the bad. Once Chris was handed my file and took my phone call the service was absolutely amazing. He was very informative and had my vehicle returned by October 13. 2023. This does seem like quite some time, but given they were short staffed I feel as if they handled this like champs. Would definitely recommend you talk to Chris for all your body shop and repair needs. Hopefully I won t have to return any time soon but if so, definitely look forward to working with Chris and the Bob huff team again.

Someone had bumped into my car on Black Friday and Huff Collision redid my bumper. Almost 2 and a half years layer the paint started chipping off. I took it back and they fixed it free of charge. The paint company paid for it they said so there was no charge to me. However, the paint job was not spot on because the paint line was brought down onto the black part of the bumper and it should not have been like that. I complained because hey, I work for a living and that vehicle isn't even paid for yet and it's not a cheap vehicle. They were happy to fix that for me and had it done the day after I had complained about it. They even dropped it off to Mt house while I was at work and had my husband's vehicle. They made me happy. They made it right. That's good business in my book. HUFF COLLISION, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Had my car towed in Sept 7. They told me 2 weeks to repair it. Today is October 25th and I still don't have my car. They've told me they'll "have it done by next week" 4 times. If they actually manage to get it to me next week, that will be 2 entire months its been in their garage. They'll never get business from me ever again. Zero accountability. Look up how much a rental car costs for 2 months before you think about using them.

I m very pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle! These people are professional and courteous! I ve gotten updated texts, rides to rental place, and work was doing in a timely fashion. Good quality parts put on the vehicle, exterior was washed and interior was brushed up on! Thanks guys for over and beyond!! I would highly recommend Bob Huff Collison Center. I brought my Cadillac that had been in a hit and run. The technicians were fast and efficient on getting the body back to its perfection. Paint was blended and on point. 10 out of 10!

A little over 2 weeks became a little over 2 months. This was a out of pocket job not insurance so I had no vehicle. They missed a couple things they were supposed to do. I had to order new taillights because a piece of wiring was missing when I picked up my truck. The worker had the nerve to say I want to believe you re taillights worked when you brought it here I can forgive all their mistakes but I don t tolerate disrespect.Make up your own mind but I guarantee I will never give them another dime.

Fixed the grill on my car. Took care of everything. Sent me text messages to update me on progress and had it done in less than 24 hours. Washed my car and Covid cleaned the inside. Great work.

I went here to get an estimate for my car that was hit by a deer. I had insurance company estimate and check in hand. They would not take the time to give me an estimate even though the man that could do it was standing right there in the office. Instead she wanted to give me an appointment to come back just for the estimate. Wow

Went in for a consultation. The office was very clean, comfortable, and calming. My son liked the fish tank. The ladies there were very professional, friendly, and prompt.

Not sure how the car will look because it's been there going on 3 weeks. I understand there where other problems that came up but a phone call to that effect would have been nice. People seem nice.

They lost the keys and the keys magically appeared after 4pm I spoke with the lady this morning at 9:50am and she stated that car would be assed in an hour when I spoke with her, she was in the process of looking at vehicle I'm not sure if I would have this collision service center work on my car unprofessional not organized at all the car was dropped off yesterday not today they lied to insurance claims division I'm sure this is a good place to have your car worked on I have had two other vehicles worked on by this company and I was pleasantly pleased not this go around
