My car s oil light was on, I walked in 5 minutes before closing, the two guys working tonight 3/6/24 were incredibly nice and checked my oil level and filled my oil tank for me in the rain minutes after closing time because I needed to drive a long way and had a very low level. Thank you!! Great service!! Wonderful staff!! Wythville Autozone

We were travelling from Cleveland ohio to Florida and our engine light went on. We received the best service from the kindest trio (Jenny, Josh and Jenna). Kudos to these 3 for helping travellers in need!

Amazing and helpful folks here. Had a core to return for a refund - they were happy to handle it and give me my cash back. Even as I purchased it in New Jersey they still did it. Both the older male and female employees made pleasant conversation and even suggested the way to avoid a construction delay as I drive on home to TN

Beside the typical parts place it was so great that they were willing to help us when we had an emergency repair needed on our van! Our thermostat stuck closed and kept over heating. They let me use some tools to get it fixed can't say thank you enough. :) they were very helpful!!

The only auto parts store I will shop at! Alex is absolutely amazing! He is the most helpful & kind person I have ever met! He truly goes above & beyond for his customers! I will always give them my business as long as he is employed there! The discount promos when you sign up for the email is awesome & the point system where you get $20 off after spending over $20 (5) times is lovely & comes in handy!

Nothing but positive things to say about this store. Long story short, I ended up with a hole in my engine on my way back to NC from PA. I took the truck across the street (see my review) to Sawyers 24/7 Mechanic Shop. The employees at Autozone stayed open late to make sure I got the parts I need. Steven and a nice young lady (I m embarrassed to say I didn t get her name) were working that night. Not at all upset that this was the town I broke down in. Incredibly sweet people who took care of me. Thank you both.

Driving cross-country with irritating and noisy wiper blades. Stopped in for new ones and was immediately greeted and helped. The guy recommended good and quiet ones and then offered to put them on the vehicle, in the rain no less. Outstanding customer service!! Thank you, whoever you were. Noisy wiper blades are so irritating, but you saved the day! Thank you!!!

Today I came in to AutoZone for a diagnostic on my car and as soon as I entered Joey greeted and immediately asked if I needed help, I told him my long story about needing a diagnostic test on my car he was very patient in listening to me babble and came out to run the test. We went back inside and it was a simple fix with me not having to purchase anything. He was thorough in explaining exactly what I needed to do and me having no clue about vehicles understood what he said. I would highly recommend going to this location and feel confident that whatever your vehicle needs you will get the help you need. 10 stars if that was an option. GO Joey!!!

Tristan K went WAY above and beyond his duties on July 23rd, 2021. A belt on our vehicle broke while driving home with our 3 kids from Myrtle Beach, SC to Indiana. It was Friday evening and we were hoping to find a Ford dealership in the morning to get it fixed. My boyfriend is not mechanically inclined at all. Tristan changed our belt and got us safely back on the road! There is still kindness in this world. Thank you, Tristan!! You are so very appreciated by us!!

I'd give it 0 stars if was an option but just to inform anyone this a terrible store...I purchased a battery then when I asked for a receipt they didn't want to give me one & even said they wasn't sure if they knew how then to they go make a duplicate of a receipt with someone elses name & debit info to me & the battery wasn't even the same then when confronted them they just played dumb then wasn't given my core charge back when they was the one that put in the new one & took the old one...just terrible customer service & pure stupidity the people that manage & run this store specifically ..I feel they was trying to pocket some of the money they owed me

Staff wasn't friendly and told me I couldn't work on my car in their parking lot. It wouldn't have left a mess no fluids involved. And would have only taken an hour to get my car fixed.

I called up to get an alternator while traveling on presidents day. They offered to test my old unit, charged my dead battery and Bob kept me in great spirits while I repaired my truck in the parking lot. The even offered to lend me whatever tools I needed and didn't have.All the staff were great and cheerful.Thanks Bob.

Love autozones pricess. But the way I was treated on this day I won't be spending no more of my hard earned money there. And I like fix up my rides or just to help take care of it. But I'm very unhappy with the way I was treated. So I'm not going back there again

The customer service is usually very good. I have been very pleased with the parts I have purchased from them over the years. Far better than Advance Auto and O"reillys. The prices are competitive.

Absolutely wonderful staff. The gentleman went above and beyond to help us figure out why the light was on in my car. Customer Service was absolutely excellent.
