Truly thankful for Clay & Eddie with 103 Towing today!! Clay took the call, spoke to me and reassured me they d have me home safe and to not attempt to change it myself. Eddie came to the rescue in a quick manner, got me in the truck and safely got my car off the side of the interstate and on his truck. Not many companies have the respect, true customer service and support for the public these day, but 103 truly cares!!Service: Car towing

Just got towed by Clay, the owner/operator. Fantastic guy. I was in a tough spot with a flat, even picked me up at the hotel so I wouldn't have to walk to my car in the rain.This guy deserves your business!!!

Clay took the call. Eddie came out and picked up our Bike that had a Flat tire.. AMAZING PEOPLE. GREAT RATES. THANK YOU SO MUCH.. These people know how to tow a Motorcycle.. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN

Clayton is genuinely an awesome person!!! I can t even begin expressing how thankful I am! We broke down coming from California to North Carolina on the side of the 77 freeway and he rescued us from a horrible situation! He got me off the freeway quickly & safely and towed my car to the dealership. I found him based off his great reviews and he definitely deserved all these great reviews! My husband and I were traveling and needed a tow I called another company first and they gave me a quote almost 2xs the amount And wanted to keep my truck over night. I called Clayton he was there within the hour. He was even kind enough to bring out another truck to accommodate a comfortable ride for my husband, dog and myself.This locally owned small family business is worth contacting. Thanks Clayton! Choose 103 Towing! Super friendly, even a little humorous to make the process less painful, and arrived earlier than they said they would. Not to mention they were 50.00 less than our major towing company in town. And 103 Towing even had to come from farther away, so I know they must really make a conscious effort to keep their prices as low as possible. They came to our rescue!!!! We were towing our travel trailer and one of the tires locked up. He toke the tire off and followed us all the way (going 20 mph on the freeway) to B And B RV sales and service. They are fantastic!Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

Clayton was awesome!! My motorcycle died on me just south of Wytheville, and the local Honda shop suggested I call 103 towing. Clayton picked up the phone right away, and said he had a motorcycle dolly. He showed up about 15 minutes later with a smile, a clean and tidy truck, all the right stuff and a great attitude. He took me to the shop ( it turns out that he used to work there) and was pleasant and helpful throughout. If you are EVER in need of towing services in this area, CALL CLAY!!

While traveling from West Virginia to Florida, my husband and I experienced car troubles. We were working with Bob Huff Chevrolet when our vehicle became disabled. Terri from the service department called 103 towing and Clay arrived within 20 mins of us calling. Being from a family owned towing service myself, I found 103 Towing and Clay to be the ultimate professional. From the cleanliness of his rollback to the quick and efficient manner that he loaded my vehicle. Clay's rates were extremely reasonable and although unfortunate circumstances, it was a very pleasant experience.

An accident sent me on a helicopter ride to a hospital; my van wasn't the first priority at the time. Thank goodness Clay was there to take care of it. He towed it (and all the pieces) to his yard, covered broken windshield with a tarp to protect my personal belongings and stored it safely until things could be sorted out. I've had to use tow services many times in my life and have seen a fair share of good and bad service but Clay is in a category of his own: dealing with him I felt like a family member was taking care of me. I wish he could be cloned a thousand times over: we need one of him in every town!

Clay was awesome. Car broke down day before Thanksgiving after 10pm on interstate. Called and showed up less than 20 minutes. Towed car to Kingsport safe and sound. Very professional and would highly recommend him. Lifesaver!!! Got my fianc� and her son home for Thanksgiving.

These guys are great, they helped push my car into a parking spot when my transmission gave out .. and they didn't have to at all I truly appreciate it, especially since they went out of their way!

Clay was very helpful in providing assistance on a Saturday night when we broke down. He made recommendations for local mechanics. He even checked with us when he began getting phone calls for other tows, as he knew he needed to fit us in for that day.Thank you for all your help!!

I made a brilliant decision of buying a 35 year old truck two states away and then attempted to drive it home. I broke down 3 1/2 hours away. 103 Towing and Recovery saved me a lot of time, money, and headache. 110% recommend. Thanks again!

Clayton was phenomenal!! He is the best, hands down!! He went above & beyond to help me and my 2year old daughter get back on the road!! If I could leave him 5,000,000 stars I would definitely do so!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH CLAYTON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best towing Company in SouthWest Va! If you need any towing assistance, jump start, fuel delivery, or are locked out of your car, call THIS company. Company responds in a very timely manner, the assistance is great, and the towing gets completed correctly and damage free. I ve called this company once, and since then have not called anyone else.

Clayton was very friendly, super helpful as the only Tesla certified towing company. After a huge snow storm blacked out Wytheville, VA Supercharger station, Clayton more than came through for us stranded Tesla owners. Thank you Clayton!!!

Had a flat tire and called this company because they are 24 hours and it s a joke . They need to put a time they open because it s definitely not 24 hours

I work for 3T towing out of mooresville NC I was in the area picking up a vehicle. I recently switched trucks and my tools weren t on the truck I had I also have only ever dropped one other drive shaft. Both vehicles I picked up today were AWD so I had to drop the drive shaft out of one of them I called several people to see if anyone could help people and everyone said no the weathers bad or they don t got anyone. Well I was about to give up then I called 103 and clay said he could be there in 30 mins he was there in 10mins and even tho it was muddy, raining, sleeting, and everything else he got dirty with me and helped me drop the shaft! Anything you need 103 has it! Thanks again clay!

Amazing guy! Helped me when I was broke down in another state along the highway with no one else to turn to. Got me where I needed to be at a VERY reasonable price! Will do business again for sure. Thank you!
