Short version: Terry is great and this place does excellent work!Longer version: I got in a bit of a fender bender with my 2014 FJ Cruiser (my fault). Both the doors on the passenger side, the rocker panel, and the running board were crunched pretty good. I found Valley Collision Repair through my insurer (State Farm) as an authorized repair shop. I called and made an appointment for an estimate. Terry (the shop Manager) took photos and wrote up notes--it took about 20 minutes. I had my insurer assign the repair work to the shop and they pretty much did everything behind the scenes. Terry told me up front that it would probably be 6-8 weeks before the repair work could be done, largely due to difficulty in sourcing parts. He noted that the work itself would take about 10-14 days, assuming that they did not discover any hidden issues during the repair process. Terry was very thorough in explaining the repair process and answered all of my questions. Fast forward about 6 weeks and Terry called to say that they had the parts and were ready to start the work. It took about 9 business days. Let me say that the vehicle was like new! The color matched perfectly and the panel gapping was perfect. No visible imperfections remain. And the FJ was cleaner than it has been in a very long time. Terry's estimate was within a few hundred dollars of the actual cost and there were no major surprises. I paid my deductible directly to the shop and my insurer paid the balance directly. In short, this is the only place I would take my vehicle for body repair work. Really professional, courteous and nice people. They were very straightforward and honest about the repairs needed for my car. The price was fair. They communicated everything very clearly. They did a fantastic job of repairing my car. I felt recommend them.

Unfortunately due to a girl hitting me on April 1st, this now the temporary home to my van. He is friendly and patient and got me a rental right away. I didn't know I needed an appointment but it still worked out. Pictures are listed for the current condition of my van. Ugh.

Extremely satisfied with the work complted by Valley Collision. Terry was extremely kind. He thoroughly went over every item in the estimate and explained what it meant. They were very quick, completing the work in half the time expected. Terry even helped me transfer items from my rental car to my car when work was completed.

Very friendly and upfront with you. They provided a complete breakdown of the costs to repair my truck. They provided status updates on request and offered accommodations since I do not live in the Valley full time.

A deer did significant damage to our car. The insurance company declared it 'totaled.' Pat and his amazing team professionally restored it. It looks like a new car. We are blessed to have Valley Collision Repair here in Shenandoah County. David & Janet Ferguson
