Terrible. Lied about when the work would be completed. Did not communicate changes to schedule. Held our vehicle for weeks. Had to call repeatedly to find out what was going on. Zero communication from them. Went to pick up vehicle (finally) and the secretary couldn't even look us in the eye.This shop gave us an estimate for specific service. Great. Then they ordered another part unbeknown to us, and installed it on our vehicle without consent, bumping their profit by a whopping 700.00. This is highly illegal. We were shocked when we went to pick up the vehicle and pay. Shocked. They knew they messed up too. Smugly apologized for their misstep, but still.....we aren't talking about a replacement bulb here. 700 bucks y'all. They broke the law.We are good and honest people looking to have multiple farm and leisure vehicles serviced.Not by them. Never again. Enjoy your theft. You just lost thousands of dollars in business. Thumbs down.

Timing chain belt broke away from home. They were highly recommended. I let them perform timing belt repair they recommended water pump replacement. This was approximately 3 years ago. Car started overheating after their work. I ended up replacing all kinds of parts. Different mechanic found a small plastic cover that was left probably from water pump replacement into radiator flow. Cost me 1000s of dollars all.kinds of parts replaced and sensors and on and on.The car was out of commission for months. Jan 2022 valve cover gasket now leaking after a 1000 miles or less . The vehicle has been a nightmare.I should have had it towed a 100 miles had I known their repairs were problematic. Then it was approximately 1300 repair bill at the time.I would have taken it back but it was too far and i was hoping it would be something simple.Jan 2022 will be addressing the valve cover leak as it's leaking on exhaust causing burnt smell.Cant believe all the money I have spent given the repairs.Not sure who worked on the vehicle and left a plastic cover in the bottom radiator hose blocking flow and causing temperature gauge to.go.off the charts..I was not going to post this but after the valve cover gasket started leaking in which was part of timing belt.repair I thought maybe I should.I took the vehicle to local mechanic cleaned resealed the valve cover gasket replaced oil cap that was bad seems to have improved the vehicle even the erratic temp is more stable...kinda just using as much as possible to see if it holds up.

My car developed a massive oil leak while I was working in Woodstock. Being from out'of-town. I had no idea who I was dealing with. They diagnosed a leaking cam seal which involves a lot of labor, including removing the timing belt. They recommended that I replace the timing belt and H2O pump as they were in there anyway. I had them do my front rotors and pads as well. Not only was their price very reasonable, but they didn't inflate it even though they discovered a few extras that needed doing. I am moving to Strasburg this week. Now that I'm closer to Woodstock, I'll have them do all of my mechanical work. Its difficult to find an honest and competent garage. I was lucky to stumble onto them.
