Called them up and asked if the could mount a full set of tires on a set of wheels, the rims were off the car. They specified they were slightly busy, but would get to them when they could. 2 days later, they called and were done. Absolutely loved it, was expecting at least a week bc I know how shops are... so I'm definitely coming back. Plus an old high school acquaintance works there and has been for years, and from what I remember... he has always worked on cars. (MOUNTED A FULL SET OF KUHMO's ON A FULL SET OF ENKEI J10's)

I can t recommend them enough! I m passing through with a uhaul from out of town and had trouble with my alternator. They went above and beyond to work me into their busy schedule (right at Thanksgiving) and found an alternator for me, drove to a different town to get it during one of their lunch breaks and had it installed for me within a few hours of me bringing it in. The staff is so incredibly kind and they all provide exceptional service. I m very grateful for the service they helped me with today!

Read some other reviews and all I can think is that some people are just ignorant about how places like Hepner s rip its customers off in my opinion. Took my truck in for a safety inspection. (Red flag #1) The very first thing they did upon completion was give me an estimate for thousands of $ before even telling me why my truck didn t pass. They didn t pass it for brakes, a turn signal light out, and they said my power steering rack was leaking. They said that my parking brake was weak which it was and quoted me an outrageously high amount to fix it and (Red flag #2) said that although my regular brakes were still in compliance that they were so close to being out of compliance that they wouldn t pass them. What the heck? Starting with my first mini bike I have done all the repairs on my motor vehicles myself (except for parts that needed to be machined) and have done so for the past 53 of 63 years I ve been on this side of the ground. The brakes had not yet got to the early warning detector for wear and worked perfectly, so that was a non issue as far as a safety violation goes, but what really got me was they said my power steering rack was leaking fluid. Wrong I have never had to put power steering fluid in this trucks reservoir not once ever in the 10 years I ve owned it to this very day. Again they had a ridiculously high estimate to fix that so called issue. Now as far as the turn signal lamp being out I just smacked the lens with my open hand and it came right back on as a matter of fact I did that in Hepner s parking lot before I left. So I took my truck home put it up on ramps, crawled my (then) 61 year old body under it and checked my power steering unit, lines and rack. Absolutely no leakage whatsoever, not even any fluid residue. Was there some road and weather wear dirt and grime residue? Absolutely yes as is normal on every vehicle driven but not a single drop of fluid or oil leak of any kind. A few days later I took my truck to the dealer in Front Royal after they gave me an estimate of $85 on the phone to adjust the parking which is the lowest estimate they can give, it s for a half hours worth of labor and when it was all done with I was charged $105 total out the door . done! and it didn t cost me no almost a grand either. After that the following day I took my truck over to Cooks Auto Repair in Edinburg where it passed the safety inspection without any issues. So I need to say, before Cooks put the a safety sticker inside the windshield, I believe it was the owner who asked me why my truck didn t pass over at Hepners I showed him the rejection paperwork and told him about the estimate cost they gave me to pass the safety inspection and he just shook his head and said thank you for showing me the paperwork. So Hepner s rejected my truck back in 5/21. My early warning detectors for my brakes finally started squealing a couple of months ago and I replaced the pads myself for under $70 not no almost a grand once again and the parking brake the dealer fixed/adjusted is still working fine. I still haven t put a drop of power steering fluid in my power steering unit (it shows full) and works perfectly without any noise or mechanical issues whatsoever. You can bet your life on the fact that I will never have a use for any outfit like Hepner s nor would I ever recommend an outfit that in my opinion is dishonest, oh and by the way that turn signal lamp is still working fine. In my opinion Cooks Auto Repair is an auto repair business that is honest, trustworthy and a family run shop which will always be the kind of outfit I would recommend to others without hesitation ..

Can't speak on inspections or mechanic work but for tires and mounting they Got us out of a pinch and back in the road in minimal time for an honest price.

I went to get 4 new tires on my aluminum unpainted wheels, when I got my car home I noticed that all 4 rims was scratched around the valves stem. At first I talked to the service manager who treated me like I was dumb. Telling me "are you sure it's not dirt" and "why don't you take it to your boyfriend to see what he can do." Then two days later I get a phone call saying that they wasn't going to replace them. That was after I took them to a body shop and they told me they couldn't be fixed. So I call the owner Steven and he tells me that my wheels have rust on them and they have been scratched before. My wheels are aluminum and they don't rust. Plus the owner never saw my wheels. But he was such a nice guy that he hung the phone up on me while I was trying to talk to him. I give them 0 Stars if I could.

Very friendly. Good work. My only complaint would be how long it takes to get an appointment. I have to wait for my service. I don t have anyone to take me and bring me back. It normally takes 1 to 2 weeks to get an appointment to wait.

Absolutely amazing! The people, the service and all. We could not have asked for a better experience than what we had with them. From Initially ordering the tires and scheduling the install date with Pam, to the actual install which was spot on, the whole team was professional and personable.I highly recommend Hepner to anyone in need tires. I will be back.

Had a nail in my tire but the place determined it was not big enough to be deep enough. They were honest to not charge me anything. Very honest so I highly recommend!

Hepner Tire & Auto is a great auto service provider. I have used them for years without any problems at all. I would recommend them to all who wants a great job and wonderful customer service. Very nice staff and well trained service technicians. Thank you for a great job!

I was very impressed with the environment. It was very clean no tires in the waiting room. The staff was very pleasant. Any problems or questions they were right on it with you. They also had coffee and treats while you waited. Steve has a very great team. Keep up the great work. It was a pleasure meeting the advisors.

Hepner tire and auto is amazing honest prompt service! I don't say that lightly. we were driving back to New York, where after considerable research I had an appointment for four new tires. During our trip we had a road hazard accident and we needed a new tire. I spoke with Eddie Sherman at Hefner tire (30 minutes before they closed) Eddie was very knowledgeable and he gave me a better tire at a better price, ordered 4 tires and they had them installed the next morning by 10:00 (with an alignment) he called me and offered to pick me up at our hotel. This is is genuine Christian Southern hospitality please don't hesitate to use you these folks services. I am not related.

First time here. Scheduled an alignment on my VW New Beetle. The girl at the front desk was nice and made me feel welcomed. My bug came back in 30 minutes. Was really surprised that they were able to take care of it so quickly. The technician came out and went over the alignment and said you should have no problems now. He was right. I ll definitely be going back for tires, etc. in the future. Great job!

Had a front end alignment done today on my F-150. They were very quick to get it in and get the job done. Friendly staff and one of the nicest customer lounges I've seen in a repair shop.EDIT: 2022. Had another front end alignment completed here. Same experience. Good/friendly service and the job was done on time as I waited.

Overall a wonderful experience! I scheduled a tire repair and oil change, and then the morning of the appointment I went out I had another flat tire (talk about terrible luck). I live about five minutes away and managed to drive my car up there, and they had no trouble fixing both of them. They also went ahead and did my inspection which was due this month even though I hadn't requested it because they saw it would pass. I told them if my tires wouldn't pass inspection they could just order new ones, so they could have lied and made me buy new tires. However, they were extremely honest and fair. All of this only cost me $65 and I consider that to be a steal! Wonderful service and prices! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be a returning customer!

Hepner Tire is number one!! Went in for an alignment, they found one of my tires had a broken belt which explains the vibration while driving. They had four Continental tires available and offered those even though they were busy and I had an appointment for just an alignment. I needed new tires by fall anyway and I was back on the road in just a little over an hour, I ve checked online, their price per tire was cheaper than any I could find. Highly recommend Hepner Tire and Auto!!!! Pam and Eddie were awesome, as were the installers whose names I do not know. THANKS AGAIN

I was traveling from NY to TN and had a flat tire. They were very friendly, took my car right in, repaired the tire and put it back on for a great price! They were amazing and really helped me out!

This was my first time visiting for a state inspection and the staff was so friendly. I dropped my car off and they were very fast and called me back promptly as soon as everything was done and ready to go. I will definitely be back!

I have had ONLY great experiences with this company my father had been hiring this business for odd and ends, we had hired them for a compressor and they were so good for every bit of the time, only a few hours of labor then the price was AMAZING they truly are considerate people I'll always call them for whatever !

Hated to have to visit on our trip, but was well pleased with the service and honesty. If you are near and need tire service, I would definitely recommend them. The staff was friendly and they got us on our way rather quickly. I would rate this place 5+ stars.

Went there on a Monday morning cause starting acting up on Saturday afternoon. Was basically told had 1 tech on vacation booked solid for the next 2 weeks can't help you Goodbye great customer satisfaction not Felt like since I wasn't a regular then we don't want your business

Wonderful place to purchase tires. Staff is really knows tires and are very nice. The service techs worked very quickly to get me in & out. The prices were extremely affordable this is now my place to go for tires

Hepner offers something a lot of places have forgot - personalized, friendly, professional service. This is exactly why I have chosen to have some major work on my car. I honestly believe my car is in safe hands with the technical staff at Hepner. I give them a higher than 5 star rating.

My family and I have been going to Hepners for years!! The staff is so friendly. Today I went in for just an oil change. My car just drove so much better and that annoying tire pressure light was gone too :)!!! Just an example of the time they take to do the extra little things to make sure that my car is running smoothly. If there is a problem they will address it with me first before doing anything. They are honest and fairly priced. I trust and Highly recommend Hepners.

Professional, honest, and knowledgeable staff that are looking for that return customer instead of trying to get you to replace stuff that doesn't need to be!Very clean inside, so waiting isn't bad at all!Service was fast and efficient!
