I had a wonderful experience with Michael at Virginia Auto Mall. I found the vehicle I wanted online and had a few questions. They sent me several high resolution pictures and answered all my questions promptly. The best part, at no time did I get any sales pitches or tactics. Michael simply answered my questions and provided a "Car Facts" report. He also ensured the vehicle got a fresh state inspection and detailing before I picked it up. Great experience and look forward to working with him again in the future.

I came without much in the way of an "ideal car" just needed something FAST and for a great deal too. Ended up with a very clean and really well kept 2012 fiat 500 POP and it is so much better then I expected. I really loved the business second. honesty first. Attitude I got from the manager Michael Taylor. Thanks to him I found the car I needed for my budget at the time. He made the car buying experience much more stress free. I'd say I would recommend asking for Michael if your planning to buy a car through Virginia Auto mall

I wanted to share my experience buying a 1990 Hiace pickup truck from Umair at VAM.He communicated with me via FB and was extremely flexible with my tight schedule, even when I was late.He took the time to talk on the phone and Face Time me and show me the vehicle up and down.I had been looking for awhile and he had two double cab diesel units in stock.He allowed me to drive both and was very friendly and answered any questions I had during the test drive.He was willing to work within my budget and we reached an agreement on a truck and I drove home that day, clean title in hand.After owning the truck several weeks and throughly servicing and examining it, I am impressed at the quality. It definitely has some quirks but for an over 30 year old vehicle it's a solid unit.For JDM vehicles you must know, he imports these and puts them on the lot. It's up to you to discern what the vehicle might need to be brought up to snuff. Some are turn key and very high quality while others are obviously used and need some work and the price reflects that.Most of these vehicles are not new so you need to know what you are looking at but he has some very interesting and rare JDM cars. He also has newer and non JDM stuff.The 5 stars are for his standup service and fair prices.I'd shop there again.Thanks, Umair!

Bought this 97 HiAce super custom limited yesterday. Drove it right off the lot and into the mountains. Hands down best purchase I ve made. Also one of the best retail experiences I ve had. These guys took the time to install an American radio per my request with no hesitation. It was one should expect from a car buying experience. But rarely receive in the auto retail industry. No pushy or kitschy sales gimmicks. Absolutely great price for a well maintained vehicle. Umair was my guy and a great guy at that. Fielded all my questions both in person and over the phone. With nothing less than kindness. All the guys there were extremely helpful and genuine. No question I would buy from them again.

I purchased my Hiace Van from and flew from Denver to DC and took the train to Fredericksburg. Umair drove to Fredericksburg to pick me up and brought me to the lot in Woodford, VA. He knew we had a long drive back to Denver so he put in new batteries and changed the oil before we got there. After we drove off, we had to call back a few times to figure out how to open the gas door and some other questions since we were having a hard time getting insurance coverage for JDM car. Umair answered all our calls even though we called him well after the dealership was already closed. He had a lot of knowledge about JMD vehicles as well. Excellent person to do business with.

Dealer is knowingly selling cars with unverified inaccurately stated mileage, while refusing to show proof of verified mileage outside of shady overseas auction pictures.

Interesting. Truely had a wife variety of cars. Had cars from over seas. Cars you normally don't see in the US. Had van campers from Japan by Toyota again stuff you just normally don't see. Place had people on the lot checking things out.

Great service from start to finish. Picked me up from the train station in the vehicle and the car was exactly as described. I would highly recommend them for any Japanese Import vehicle.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I purchased F150 from them in March. They have issued two 30-day tags and they have both expired. I have not been able to drive my truck for 16 days.They have made promises and have not kept them. The calls are screened so I have to use someone else phone to call them. Three hours ago, they promised to call me back in half an hour, needless to say they have yet to call. They operate as Virginia Auto Mall. They have not renewed the LLC since 2017.I apologize to anyone that read my initial evalution. This is a shady operation I would not recommend them at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP

Really enjoyed the experience working with The team here. I don t like shopping for used cars and Omar made it very easy. He was honest, easy and user friendly. Non pressure. All straightforward. I ll come back for my next vehicle.

Took a weekend trip with the family to get a JDM Van they had at a great price. The people working there were very nice and even had some animals for the kids to look at. Over all I would buy from them again

These guys are terrible people, they are nothing but crooks and thieves. They never registered my vehicle to DMV; and never sent my insurance to my finance company and now because of that, as you all would know I have tow massive fee's to pay because of there negligence. My 2007 Subaru Impreza 2.5RS was a ghost to the state of VA and the DMV; NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE!

Umair answered my messages very punctually and was easy to keep in touch with. I know I bothered him with 101 questions before coming to see my rig but he was very understanding and when I did arrive to see it, he came to greet me and let me take a few out. I walked away with one of JDM dream rigs and I m very excited to take it out on the road. If you re looking for a (especially JDM) car in the northeast, definitely come check out Virginia auto mall. He was very accommodating to make sure all was good to go before I drove off the lot. Can t wait to explore the roads with my Toyota Coaster!

My experience with Virginia Auto Mall was outstanding! Umair was very great to work with and, even though I was coming from over 5 hours away, he worked diligently to ensure I had all the information I needed and felt safe and comfortable with a car I had not seen in person. They were very accommodating when I arrived and allowed me to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and take it for a lengthy test drive to ensure everything was in order. The vehicle was exactly as he had described. We agreed on a very fair price and he handled my paperwork quickly and efficiently and he had me ready to go in no time! I am so very pleased with my experience with them and would highly recommend them to anyone!Not only was my experience in this purchase fantastic, but I was also completely amazed at the range of selection that they had! They keep multiple JDM imported vehicles on the lot and they are all incredibly clean and low mileage! I will be watching his future listing very closely and may very well go back to purchase another vehicle from him!!

Great dealership. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and their hospitality was great. Micheal helped me out and provided all the information I needed to purchase the vehicle. Super respectful and hospitable gentleman. He answered all the questions I had and was super patient and cooperative with me and other customers. These are very friendly and helpful people here at Virginia Auto mall. I bought a van that I really wanted from this place. I had to come from the West Coast (California) to get it, and they were very attentive and helpful with the things I needed to make it happen. They worked with me on the price, picked me up from the airport and I drove the vehicle back to West Coast with no problems. All praises to the Most High. Thank you Virginia Auto Mall.

They have good vehicles here. I bought a 2007 f150 with low miles and great carfax. My son got a good condition older Toyota Tacoma from them 2 weeks ago. If I'd checked out the truck then, we'd left with 2 trucks that day.

Beware!!!! Where do I start? Pulled up no parking anywhere. I didn t know if this place was selling cars or if it was a junk yard. The shop bay doors were open playing loud provocative music the entire time. Asked about two trucks, one has a blown engine the other needed to be inspected. Manager told me to call back in a week to see if the truck for inspection made it through. Week goes by, he told me the inspector quit and call back in a week. This went on for four weeks. Finally I stopped by and asked to speak with the owner because I was told he would have more information. The manager called the owner and said he d be there in 20 minutes to chat. I waited a hour in the scorching sun while the manager is feeding goats, chickens, and turkeys on the side of the building. Needless to say the owner never showed, never received a phone call or nothing. So I will never return to this whatever you would call it and warn all to stay far away!!!

Wonderful experience buying a 2014 Jeep online from this place. Great communication, level of detail and attentiveness, helped out with the shipping/transportation as well. Look forward to doing more business with Virginia Auto Mall in the future. 5 star service!

Bought a truck from VA Auto Mall. Definitely regret that decision. They had it inspected the same day i bought it. When I took it to shop later, the truck failed inspection big time. Needed over $750 in repairs for just the inspection items. Plus almost another $3000 in non-inspection items (including the leaking gas tank, and the heat and a/c which broke about a week after i bought it.) I was not made aware of any repairs it would need when i bought it. Their salesman, Michael, said it was a great, capable vehicle and that "a man needs a truck" so i was excited. It was listed at 35,000 miles at the time of purchase. They know a guy who does inspections and passes vehicles for them without checking anything. The mechanic I went to said it should've been obvious to whoever inspected it and they probably knew what they were doing. I got ripped off. He also said he thought the odometer may have been tampered with but i will give them the benefit of the doubt on that. Either way, they definitely knew they were not selling me a reliable vehicle. Unfortunately it was an as-is purchase so there is nothing I can do. Would never go back and would advise anyone looking for reliable transportation to stay away. Nothing you find here will be a good deal, they are a certain kind of business. You are definitely better off paying more initially to buy a vehicle from a reputable company than buying from these shady scammers and paying thousands of extra dollars in repairs later.

Nice people to deal with. Easy negotiations. Car was a little under represented, but the little things can be handled without worry. Not sure why the negative reviews. Overall my experience was very good!
