I first tried this tire shop for an emergency repair and had excellent service. I ve now become a loyal customer after a few more visits with equal satisfaction and totally recommend this spot for any and all tire needs. Great prices and quick service. 5 stars

Poor customer service, poorly trained staff, damaged 2 studs on my vehicle while putting my tire back on, then refused to fix it , and then had the nerve to charge me for the patch , it's all about profit for this business and not about customer service, My family and friends will not be back,do not recommend .. BEWARE.

Had a tire replaced in the morning went to wrk ,got left on 95 with that tire. They tell me I picked up a nail that wasn t still in tire. I would definitely think twice about dealing with this place.

I was driving from DC to Richmond and got a flat tire around the Fort A.P. Hill area. I found this place online and as a Colombian native and also Valluna, I was happy to support this business. A young gentleman (Jose) helped me out and I was out of there in no time.

A small, family run company. They really helped us out in a big jam. We got the 2 RV tires that 3 other places did not even have, and we're in and out in 30 minutes. Friendly, hardworking people here, who deserve your business. No upselling or trickery, just straight up good business. WELL WORTH THE STOP, ON RT ONE.

If you don t order a set make the tires you want replaced are marked and double check before you leave because they replaced the wrong tire on my truck went home got up this morning one tire had barely any air in it. They replaced a decent tire that was already on the truck and left the cracked up leaking one(I pointed to that tire and told them that s the one that needs to be replaced). Had to go back just now and had to pay more money to change the tire back out to the original decent one I had. I been there a few times before and had awesome experiences. I like that the workers are honest and straight to the point. One time they were trying different size tires to see what the biggest tire I could fit on my truck without rubbing(previous truck I used to drive).The woman I talked to I m guessing is a manager made me pay for them to fix their mistake. I get mistakes happen but I shouldn t have to pay for something that was not my fault. 4 stars for the workers. 0 stars for the manager for not backing their work.

Travelling from Toronto to Florida, blew a tire called around and these folks helped us out AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE!!!Thank you for helping us out, hope the driver s hand gets better.

They tighten lug nuts extremely too tight and now 800$ later I was able to get a spare put on

These guys are great! Great prices and hard working people! I had a blowout on a Monday evening after work, had both kids that just got out of school and were ready to be home. I showed up here around 6 with a donut on my car. They had me in and out in about 20 min. Even put air back in the donut for me. I went back a few days later and got 3 more tires put on. They remembered me and took great care of me. I was in and out in less the 30 minutes !

I sliced a sidewall on my truck and only needed one tire. They saw me unloading it from my truck and rushed out to help. NICE people great service excellent prices $. I have used them twice now. To The women who left a bad review, I think you have the wrong place

Wow! Now I know what it feels like to have my own pit crew!Our night was shot when we blew a tire and barely limped our fusion into the first rest stop... We aren't from here and it was a disheartening turn of events; first blowing a tire, then having a donut not suitable for much... But with a little luck and direction from a local named Tom we were directed to Pal used tire and our whole day was turned around!These 3 gentlemen heard us out and got to work, they accommodated our needs and it was so fast I didn't even realize we had stopped.2 tires, less than 10 minutes, and we were on our way with out breaking the bank.It was such a great deal and the service was so outstanding. Funny how a blown night turned into customers for life. Thanks guys, well see you next time were in town for sure.This is by far the most impressive tire establishment I have been to in 30 years and i use to work at one. 5 stars because Google wouldn't let me go any higher .

The most unorganized place that I have ever visited. The owner is out to steal your money. She doesn't know a thing about customer service. The guys who work for her tells you one things and she says another. The worst experience that my family has ever had.

I had to stop here unexpectedly after getting a nail in my tire on a road trip. The technician attended to my car right away and was able to plug my tire for $15. Extraordinary service and super nice guys!

My 17 year old soon was traveling home from VA beach with friends when the other car got a flat tire, with the help of Google and great business that told us about Pals while I was looking for a tire shop, they got here. Sold a tire for a great price and got them back on the road!! An honest business and great service and people. THANK YOU!!!! There aren't enough stars on here.

I have been a customer with pal used tires for a few years now. I have bought new tires for three vehicles with them. They are a great local business to deal with! They will order whatever new tires you want give you a good price and excellent service. David the manager does an exceptional job! I am a happy customer and will continue to take my business there. I give them five stars and recommend them highly

Ordered 4 new Michelins one day, they arrived the next day and they called and we went in and got them installed within 45 minutes. Great service, great people, great prices.

Amazing service. We were traveling from PA for our wedding and and the wires started showing the night before the wedding. We showed up around 6:10 and by 6:30 we were out. We re so thankful
