Outstanding experience, very polite and they work with you, to make sure your needs are met. I will definitely recommend anyone I know to shop with Airport. If credit is a problem, they make sure that it's no longer a problem when it comes to getting wheels, and getting you back on the road, not to mention the whole process took less than 2 hours unlike those other car dealerships. Airport is A1 in my book..

I have had the worst experiences with dealerships ! So I was so nervous about getting a vehicle from here ! But they had the truck that I really wanted , got the truck before i had the truck 30 days I was having some issues. They told me to drop the vehicle off etc. they called and notified me that they ordered parts and will be fixing my truck I asked them how much would it be . They guy said you aren t paying for anything you just got this truck ! When I tell you these people have been so understanding since DAY ONE Would definitely recommend

I called in to speak with someone regarding an open position. (I heard through word of mouth.) I was trying to speak with someone directly to get a clear understanding of what they are looking for and their requirements.Also, to introduce myself and build rapport.However, the operator had an attitude/poor customer service skills.

This is my 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from airport auto and I have nothing bad to say, it has always been 5stars with me and my family, I just wish they would report good payments to the 3 major credit places, that would make this place even better!!

Tiffany was absolutely amazing. The service that I was provided was very respectful and it was an honor to meet Tiffany and her staff. I would recommend this Auto Shop to anyone. God wil humble these dealerships im on oxygen and they didn't care they would disable my car and I had insurance with them and I know it doesn't lap with it being paid the following day . knowing there probably paying that bill monthly. But it's all good cause God will handle. Anyone who does wrong and lie. But I'm so glad I don't have to deal with these people anymore. I'm so glad I don't have to talk deal email nothing anymore. I damn sure not visiting or trying to do any business with them every. I don't care about them saying I can't come back .I wouldn't dare even if I could.

I recently had my car detailed at Airport Auto Sales. I have had it done at a few other local places, and this was BY FAR the best results I have seen! To be honest, my car was much dirtier than it had been before those previous cleans, and they made it look brand new again! I have finally found a place I'm willing to give my money to more than once

This is my fourth vehicle I have purchased from Airport. I continue to return because everyone treats me like I am family. I recommend this company to everyone who asks. (My only issue is I have to remind them to call me Michelle and not Mrs. Gill!)

I love Airport auto, They are awesome. Communication is the key. I referred my son in-law to them as well, Also my husband just purchased a truck from them almost a month ago, Truck rides so good. I've also referred several others. I had situation and question Lexi was able to help me. Like I said communication is the key. I love my odyssey. Thanks Airport Auto y'all rock

Ive had a car for 3 weeks, called multiple times. No one has returned a call, they're SUPPOSED to open at 8 as per their website. At 8:30 some employees arrived. So I asked for help as was looked at like I was crazy. If I wasn't sure my credit be screwed. I'd return their car. Won't be back. What a joke

If you're looking for a used car, buy from here. They take care of you, they do not take advantage of you and they try their best to make things right. Overall it's a used vehicle, you may have some issues even driving off the lot. I wouldn't go anywhere else and you can own your car in 2 years or less!

I 1000% don t recommend getting a car from here the are over priced and raggedy they look good to buy but once you drive the car off the lot the problems begin i only had my car for a hour before things started to go wrong I contacted them to return the car and they would not accept it back saying even if I gave it back I would still have to pay for it they also tract your every move and say you can t drive you car where you want to with out paying man extra fee on it 6 months later I m still having issues with the car I constantly have to drive up to thornburg to have a what they call a mechanic look at the car they so called had to replace my radiator thermostat and torque strut mounts costing me over 700 dollars just for my car to still run hot and smoke took the car back and the so called replaced the radiator yet again an now my car is still running hot and my temperature hand is not working when it was when I dropped the car off this place is a scam and rips people off for their money DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE you WILL REGRET it to the fullest

Airport Auto is the best ...there cars and vans are in great condition customer service is on top wonderful people they understand if you have a problem paying they help you with payment plain so your vehicle won't be taking away are cut off 10 plus for me ...get your vehicle from Airport Auto
