I've been bringing my cars to Carlos for probably 10 years now. My neighbor was the g m at A local Honda dealership and he told me whenever his technicians couldn't figure out what was wrong. They would send it to carlos!

I will never take my car to another mechanic - Carlos is the best! I've never felt like he was upcharging me or that he's told me I needed services I actually didn't. And his prices are fair! I found him through my nextdoor app - so many people had good things to say about him and I see why. I definitely recommend Carlos and his shop!

If I could give Carlos 100 stars, I would. He is THE absolute BEST mechanic hands down. If you want accommodation, friendly, caring, honesty, reasonabe prices, he's your guy. He was a referral from The Nextdoor Community & I do not regret giving him a chance. Small world-speaking with a neighbor about my car issue & I mentioned the repair shop's name, he smiled with glee & said I've known Carlos for twenty years-GOOD GUY!!!

Carlos always takes great care of my vehicle. He doesn't "upsell", which I love. He'll tell you what's absolutely necessary or what's a waste. My entire family goes to him.

My family and myself have been coming to Carlos for nearly 15 years and have never had an issue. Always honest, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. From a Toyota Tacoma, to a VW Golf TDI, and on to an Audi s5 he has always done excellent service and cannot be recommended enough.

Carlos is the most amazing mechanic ever. My husband has been without a car for over a month because we were told by other mechanics that he needed a new clutch and that it would be a huge job between $1,000 and $2,000. We went to Carlos because my parents have been going to him my whole life and I knew he would be honest with us. When we got there he looked at the car and told us that at a quick glance it did not look like we needed a new clutch and that it was probably just an issue with the clutch pedal. He then went and grabbed a screwdriver and did some kind of magic and just like that the car was fixed. I can't believe we got that lucky. Any other mechanic probably would have had us leave the car there and they would've told us they did all kinds of things to fix it and would've charged us a ton of money and that's assuming that another mechanic would have even been able to figure out the problem, which is doubtful. Carlos didn't even charge us a penny. He is so honest and kind and I'm so grateful. I would recommend him to anybody looking for an intelligent and honest mechanic

I have been going to Carlos for years and the best service ever and lovely conversation. He has a beautiful and wonderful family, it is always a joy going to Wildfire, no over pricing, pure honesty. Stay strong Carlos...please and 5 more stars

Carlos is a wonderful down to earth mechanic, he has serviced my car many times and he is honest and upfront on prices, as well as labor. I would recommend him to anyone, he is one of the best.

Dishonest. Can't properly diagnose issue, but replace parts anyway just to make money. Unfortunately this is the norm for a lot of mechanics & I've been taken by many over the years. This place came highly recommended by a friend, specifically for being honest. I did not find this to be the case & would NEVER go here again. Took my van in for an electrical issue- battery was draining. I'd go out in the am & it would be dead. Jump it and would run fine, next morn dead again.I told Carlos I want to sell this van so I don't want to spend a fortune, just please find the source of the draw. He assured me he had, replaced a bunch of stuff in the steering column/ignition module I believe. Fixed a misfire too & got it to pass emissions. I bring it home & 2 days later it's dead again. Fabulous! I called & told him the problem wasn't fixed & he said they'd have to do some more testing if I brought it back. When I asked how much that would be he said it depends on how long it takes, testing, etc. I said "I can't afford to spend anymore- already paid you $500.+ and the issue is not fixed. I shouldn't have to pay to find the REAL issue." So I hung up, irritated & feeling totally ripped off. I had to let the van sit for a while til I saved $ again to get it fixed. Took it to my regular mechanic (who is rather costly, but good) and found out the real issue today. The radio was not shutting off & draining the battery, as well as an alarm system that no longer works. So after disconnecting both of these the draw on the battery stopped. Problem solved. They figured this out in a day and it cost me half what Carlos charged.Lesson learned; Stick with who I know & trust & don't go somewhere else to try to save $$! Very costly mistake! Instead of saving I wasted about $400.+Thanks Wildfire!So I'd have to agree with Gabe & Michael, they are dishonest. If you want to truly know what's wrong with your car & not wasted money, just lining their pockets, go somewhere else. I'd tell u my shop, but they are already so busy I don't wanna share, so it will be harder for me to get in. LOL. They are expensive, but very good! I will not stray again!Wildfire, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm so tired of dishonest mechanics. I don't know why this profession has such a reputation for dishonesty. People don't know who to trust anymore. I felt it was important to let people know this so as maybe to save someone else the headache & money. It costs too much to live here & I don't appreciate flushing my $ down the toilet.

Most people dread going to a mechanic shop, I sure as heck don't. Wildfire Automotive is a treasure for those living in Woodbridge lucky enough to take their vehicle. Lifelong customer, and so will my kids and grandkids.
